I love Jersey Mikes. Especially the facility in Hudson. I have a complaint concerning my last few visits. How about a simple "thank you" when I tip you for simply doing your job. The last few times I purchased a sub there was no appreciation. Cashier simply walked away. No more tipping on my part. The subs are great!!!! Someone from Corporate needs to emphasize to these young people that a simple thank you goes a long way. I will be back but no more tipping. read more

Made an online order. In the special instructions I asked for green peppers (since it's not in the veggie list but they have them) and extra pickles. When I went to pick up, I opened the door holding my baby in a carseat. Someone walked over and started rolling up the long rug and made me stand there holding the door and carseat before I could go get my order. I grabbed my order and drove 20 minutes home. There were 4 pickles on the entire sub and no green peppers. When I called, she said I could come back in to receive a small container of pickles but that the green peppers were considered a meat charge (what?!). I told her I wasn't coming back because of the drive. She told me she was a shift lead and would absolutely not refund me anything (which I hadn't asked for) and was extremely rude and asked "Well what do you want me to do?" If they had gotten my order right, zero issues with the food. It's always tasty. But I was just blown away by the attitude. read more

Ordered a stick ball special on 10/19. The service sucked! One young man was terribly rude and tried to give us a sandwich with green tomatoes. He was indignant when asked to remove them and put some ripe ones on the sandwich. Had to wait a long time because once they started making the sandwich some bozo who got like five sandwiches wanted one more and they stopped making our sandwich and made another for him. Jersey Mikes, how I love thee let me count the ways, or at least let me count the money i have to get another sub! Ive been a loyal customer to Jersey Mikes since my Jersey Shore days, and bringing this franchise to NE Ohio made my entire year! First, this location is a bit smaller than most, but fear not the quality of food is still awesome. The staff was friendly, a little distracted when it came to ordering, but nonetheless i was happy with my visit. I ordered a chipotle chicken philly, after a bit of a mixup it came out and was fresh as heck! the meat was perfect, the chipotle mayo was awesome, i ordered a regular i should have gotten a full size UGHHHHHH! Im a little bummed because they dont have sides like the original jersey mikes, like fries or something, but im still equally as happy with my chips i got. Pricing was a bit higher than most sandwich places but totally worth it. read more

My sub was awesome!! Came just the way I ordered it. Love the Miss Vickies BBQ chips, always get them, also love the Cherry Stubborn soda (though a bit pricey). My complaint is that when I went to pick up my food, I stood at the pick up area while two of the three employees were up front then went to the back room without even asking me if I needed anything or if I needed to pick up my order (it was ready and sitting on the back counter all bought and paid for). I felt bad for the guy left up front (employee one) who was putting together a sub, and also for the lady waiting for him to finish that one sub (it was a doozy) before working on hers. I know that employees two and three were still there cuz I heard them laughing in the back. Employee one finally took a break from working on the first sub to give me my order. As I was leaving (about five minutes after entering), employee one still hadn't gotten to the lady's sub, and two and three never came up front. Team needs a teamwork lesson! Our first time and the last time at this franchise. Very rude and very unfriendly people. We paid $30 for 2 sandwiches and regretted going there. Will keep it short and sweet. My wife and I checked out Jersey Mike's for lunch on Saturday. I gather they are a chain, but it was the first time I've tried one. I had the Chipotle Chicken, she had a turkey sub. The chicken was pretty good, not too spicy, but it seemed to be just chicken, cheese, onions and maybe peppers - could have used something else. My wife liked her turkey. They seem to only have one kind of bread, its fine, but nothing special. Everyone was friendly, but it was a little slow on the hot sub. I'd say it was fine, better than Subway, not as good as Cosmic Dave's. I can't imagine crazing it, but I'd eat it again if that was convenient. read more

Decided to give jersey Mike's another chance. That was a mistake, slow as always even though I placed the order online. The person working the cash register couldn't even be heard over the noise inside and although I was standing there waiting for 10 minutes he never noticed that the sub was sitting in the warming been. Poor execution. Finally when I asked him again he noticed with no apology handed me the sub. I doubt I'll be back again. read more

Wonderful subs here! My favorite is the #13 Original Italian, prepared "Mike's Way" PLUS cherry peppers & a little mayo --LOVE! Relieved when they opened this location as I boycott the chain across the street (initials J.J.) due to its namesake being an unapologetic trophy hunter manchild. So, I Used to love jimmy johns, but it's starting to get a little tired. So I wandered into jersey mikes, which is similar to jersey giant in Michigan( don't know who ripped the other off first). It seemed a little pricey for the size. That being said, the quality of the sandwich far makes up for an cost differences. It's my new favorite chain for a sandwich. I have been to Jersey Mike's in Hudson three times since it opened a short time ago. The food is average and a bit over priced. However, the service is terrible, thus the 1 star rating. Today, I walked out and won't be back. There were 8 employees working and 4 people in line ahead of me. It took 10 minutes to get to the point where I could place my order. The person who appeared to be the manager/supervisor barked out an unfriendly - do you want a hot or cold sub. Hot, I replied. She then said, "It will be a minute or two as they are backed up on the grill." After 5 minutes another employee came to assist me at which point the supervisor berated her and very loudly said, "I told him it will be another 10 minutes for a hot sub." At this point, I am in the store 15 minutes and haven't even ordered. I have been treated as if I am somehow inconveniencing them by wanting a hot sub, have witnessed a rude manager scold an employee, and was told to wait another 10 minutes. No thanks! I understand that this place is relatively new, but they clearly do not have their process down. Being rude to customers and employees is no way to run a business. read more
