I often stopped into this location on the way to visiting my mother and there was one employee, Cherise, who made my sandwich perfectly every time. She was kind, friendly and eager to make customers happy. I stopped going in for over a year after a few unpleasant experiences with other employees when Cherise wasn't there. I stopped in recently and was surprised at the turnaround. It was clean and they were really busy! (I think walk in customers forget call in orders have to be filled in a timely manner as well, which is as common as a pizza place there. I think if you don't like being patient in line, call your order in.) My favorite employee is back and she cleaned things up! My sandwich was PERFECT! We stayed and ate in too. Cherise never disappoints! Her hard work really made/makes a difference. She really knows customer service and it shows. I'll be back! read more

I typically enjoy Jersey Mikes but I want to be helpful so you don't risk good customers or come into some cross contamination concerns. I had to tell the gentleman working there today at 1:00pm to change gloves as he used the pen and went to cash register and went bank to handling peoples sandwiches. Someone is going to get really ill from this eventually. Cook at grill also leaves the area to grab items. Please look at adjusting this before someone becomes and it can also impact your business and customer flow. Not harsh but trying to be helpful. read more

Ordered a couple of subs on the app for carryout at dinnertime on a weeknight. First impression was that the store was very clean and each of the four employees I saw looked very tidy and professional. There were no customers dining in the restaurant at the time but they seemed to be pretty busy with carryout. My order was handed over about 5 minutes later than the time promised by the app- not too bad considering it was dinner rush. The order was accurate, but the sandwiches were a bit underwhelming, flavor-wise. Maybe I will try some of their other selections if they are running a special. read more

The quality of the food has gone down dramatically over the last four years we came in for a chicken Philly cheesesteak sandwich at the Twinsburg location. It took forever to make, they made up the Philly cheesesteak with beef never listened to us so when we got home and opened the package and saw it wasn't even chicken . It was so terrible like eating gristle . We called to complain. That was a mistake. It took them 15 minutes to get on the phone and then we got that I don't really care attitude like what do you want us to do and you know what really made us mad when you go to check out the machine asks to leave a tip for something that those people are paid to do and we actually did leave them a tip because you feel pressured when you go up to the counter. We will never be back. read more

So good. Sandwiches are fresh and way better than subway. Chicken bacon ranch is the best.

Made a quick stop here after a business meeting. Food tastes great. High quality. Affordable priced. I can't remember what it was, but there was an interesting historical poster on the wall. I'll have to take a look when I go back to see what it was. read more

Great, fresh food, fast service, friendly staff! Best location around! I pass another Jersey Mikes to get to this one. It's that good!

The food is great, especially the BLT. Only thing is they are expensive. The crew is friendly and helpful.

Horrible and slow service. Cook was surly and actively unhelpful. Seemed very upset that we needed one sandwich with gluten free bread. I hope that Thai was just an off day but very disappointed with my experience. read more

So I wanted to update my review and make it clear that I have had no problems with any of my orders over the last year or two. I downloaded the app and have been using that consistently because you get reward points and I have ended up with several free regular subs over the course of the last couple years. Always fast and always fresh. read more

Lunch meat cut to order. Tastes so fresh. They also have gluten free bread for those that prefer. #7 Turkey and Provolone made Mike's way less the onions is the way to go. read more

I had the pleasure of getting to have lunch at Jersey Mikes in Twinsburg. I must say the food was delicious, but Greg and Jordan made my experience so much better. They were fun, kind, helpful and made a darn good sandwich. Thanks for enjoying your work boys, not many people smile and enjoy what they are doing these days. read more

Great cause on 3/31...all proceeds at Jersey Mike's went to charity. We patron the Twinsburg location and they do a great job always fresh and made to order. They go out of their way to help others supporting local charities. That's a win win Jersey Mike's is Committed to giving back along with good quality subs and service. read more

I have never had Jersey Mikes before my boss had recommended them to me. We got them for lunch one day and I have found my new favorite sub place. I ordered the original italian and it was amazing. The sub was delicious and had plenty of proscuito and cheese and everything else on it. I have ordered several times from them and love it more and more. Excellent job. read more

The Reuben and The cheesesteak are pretty good. They are really pricey though. The average 7 inch sub costs around 9 dollars.

Felt bad for the workers, there was only 2 of them. Subs were still delicious. I work at a jersey mikes and seeing only 2 workers there, I can realize how difficult it is to get everything done diligently being that understaffed. read more

Best samiches on earth!!!!! The best subs ever, subway couldn't make a sub this good if they went to collage for it!!!! JERSEY MIKES ROCKS!!!! read more

Completely disappointing to walk in at 8:45pm and both attendants were not willing to take my order because they already started wrapping most of their meats. Working hours said the establishment closes at 9:00pm. read more

I put an order online, went to pick it up at the designated time and still had to wait 20 more min for it to be ready.

This is a well run location. They are always busy but get the orders right, every time! Many of the staff are outgoing and friendly. Even the quiet ones usually convey a good mood even though they might not be vocal. Give them a try. read more

Ordered the Buffalo chicken cheesesteak 7/10. Young man behind counter put a ridiculous amount blue cheese dressing and hot sauce that I did not request. My bread was completely soggy, dripping, and leaking through paper. Hire people that enjoy making sandwiches or retrain them. read more

Great subs, great people, really nice place to sit and eat. Ingredients are noticeably fresh, this is probably me and my family's favorite sub place. I definitely recommend giving this place a try if you already haven't. read more

We ordered 2 boxes for a party, they did an amazing job! The sandwiches were perfect, we loved the individually wrapped presentation. They put sides of vegis in individual containers so our guest could customize their own and everyone loved them! They were delicious and held up great even for left overs the next day! We will definitely be using jersey mikes and specifically the Twinsburg location for our future parties! read more
