Recently came here with some close family friends we came in and said hi and got or drinks right away. We immediately see that there are drawings all over the wall and we think y don't we have a drawing contest so we ask for drawing paper and we get that all most immediately also we draw and there is also lollipops in a basket so we grab a cup pls and do that. The pizza is very good. The store is take out only. You order by phone and park outside 30 minutes later. A runner comes out and you pay them. They go get your pizza and bring it out. The price is excellent. It is a great deal for the family style. read more

After we found the CF location seems to have closed we tried the Hudson location for one of our fav pizza joints The pizza and salads are just as sweet and tasty The vibe is the same small local shop feel. Not crazy about the pizza. It's overloaded with sauce unless you request otherwise. They are closed on Sundays? The location out in Northfield is much better. The Northfield location is really busy and they close during the summer when kids are out on summer break. I get it we all need a vacation but that's a long vacation especially from a busy pizzeria. I'm from Pittsburgh area and in the area for work so this was my first time and I'll definitely be back. The pizza was very good all around, especially the sauce and they don't simp on the toppings. All blended very well with great crust and cheese. For this town, it's as good as it gets. Here's a tasty pizza with fresh ingredients. Farinacci's is great because all they do is the basics. They don't mess with wings and everything else, it's just pizzas, and their pizzas are great. We loved their thicker crust, but thinner bottom. Their two-topping family pizza was perfectly sized for our family and priced at $14.40 (Oct 2011). I'd rather pay top dollar for fresh, never frozen ingredients, and wait 25-minutes for a pizza that isn't pre-made. They only do a dinner service opening at 4pm, and they're not open very late (they close 11:30pm on weekends). If you're not familiar with town it could be hard to find, but once you see the giant mural of famous Italians you know you're there. They have a small seating area, but I've yet to see anyone sitting in the dining room. They also have a Ms. Pacman machine, just like the pizza parlors where I grew up! read more

I'd take a family owned pizza joint over the big corporate pies any day. Dave runs the place like he's cooking for his family and I love to go in there to pick up my dinner or eat in. As for the pizza, it's the best. We always get the family cut. 12 pieces for around 15 bucks. Can't beat it. Try the salad covered in cheese! Haven't had Farinacci's in years! I grew up in Northfield so it was our go-to pizza joint back in the 70s and 80s. I was so happy to see that it was exactly as good as I remembered it! Great crust, great toppings, just enough greasiness. I could not stop eating. I hate myself for every chain pizza I choked down all of these years! What was I thinking? There were enough good comments here on Yelp that I thought I'd give the Hudson Farinacci's a try. I dined in, but I think it must primarily be a carry-out place. It wasn't bad, there just wasn't anything special about the experience that would make me want to go back. The dining room felt like an after-thought, not the cozy kind of place that would make you want to sit and relish your food. The salad was good, but nothing special. The pizza was good, and if you're sensing my theme, you know there was nothing special about it either. There weren't many customers dining in, but the service was slow nonetheless. The waitresses were nice but doubled as cashiers for the carry-out business, and those customers apparently were more important since they were taken care of while the dine-in folks waited and waited. It took at least 20 minutes for someone to collect my payment. read more

Absolutely our favorite pizza place in Hudson. As long time residents here we've tried them all, and this one is tops. The pizza is flavorful and delicious, and I love their "family sized" pizza. This is a larger rectangular size with 12 square slices. Perfect for when you've got a few extra kids over, and you don't have to order ahead or give them extra time. The owners are really friendly, and they work hard to learn your name so that you always feel welcome there. Nothing fancy about this place but the pizza is good the entire menu is postcard sized the pretty much have pizza, salad, a lettuce salad and a sandwich or two nothing else. The pizza is a bit different than most of the pizza I have had since moving to OH - The sauce is not as sweet as most and I like that! I held a baby shower here in their back room on a Saturday afternoon. Pizza is great!! I ordered pizza, Italian sandwiches and garlic bread to feed the crowd. Everyone loved it and I was able to order more pizza as we needed during the party. The owner, Dave, and his wife were great, keeping the drinks and food coming plus setting up the room. Tonight my wife and I stopped in for a quick dinner after checking out the holiday event downtown Hudson. We have never been here before. When we walked in one of the waitresses (I believe her name was Mary) let us know it would be 10 minutes. We agreed that was fine. While standing there Dave (I believe he is the owner) started talking to us and asked if we had been given a wait time, we had, and asked if we wanted to pre-order our pizza. We agreed and said, large pepperoni pizza, 2 drinks, and that's it. He asked if we wanted salads. We said no we are good but thanked him. He asked if we wanted to taste the salad. We smiled and again said no thank you. He said are you sure, you can take it home, it's on the house. We laughed and again said that's ok but thanked him again. He said ok well your meal is free tonight. We were taken back a bit. He said see (as he wrote paid on our check). We were blown away. He explained that he believes in working hard, believes in giving, and believed in being good to people. He said you never know when someone just needs a free pizza to cheer them up. We were very gracious for his generosity. He was a very funny guy to chat with. We were seated a short time later and just as we sat down our pizza came out of the oven. We are the pizza (which was really good by the way) and tipped the waitress for our free pizza (about 50% of what our bill would have been). As we were walking out I stopped and talked to Dave and told him I wanted to pay for the next persons bill. He looked at his tickets and said ok that would be Mike, $11.00. I handed him a $20 and said keep the rest as a tip for your staff, he said that wasn't necessary but thanked me the same. As I turned for the door I watched him place the whole $20 in the employee tip jar. Sometimes we meet people in this world with really big hearts that make you want to do the same. Now granted it was just pizza but he didn't have to do that, there was no bad service or excessive wait, he was just being nice. The pizza is very good. The salads are ok (just lettuce, generous cheese and minimal veggies), but the salad dressing is great. The service is always friendly. The atmosphere could use a bit of warming up. We will go there again, but only for take-out. With five kids, we appreciate free refills on pop, and Farinacci charge for every glass. That really adds up, since my husband and I are big diet pop fans, too. I'd rather bring home the pizza and spend $1.50 on a 2-litre bottle than spend $12 on pop for seven people there.
