Ordered a pizza that was delivered in a huge pile of 1/2 cooked crust and toppings everywhere. We called to let them know it had been completely squished to one side of the box. They said that their delivery drivers aren't working today, and that door dash delivered it. They said it's not their problem once it leaves the store when it's delivered by DoorDash. We didn't order from DoorDash, so I Believe Donatos should take responsibility of who they have delivering their food. The pizza was so disappointing. read more

It's. No suprise this particular restaurant is only getting 2.7 stars. My husband and I have traveled across the country today and all we wanted to do is enjoy a pizza we called on our way home from the airport ordered two pizzas to the tune of $40 of which they did charge my credit card and never delivered the pizzas. In addition to that they never even answered the phone to make sure that we had received something I will never ever ever order from his company again and I encourage you to not order from them. read more

The overall quality of the pizza is fine. This location fails with attention to details. For the last three years, I have never received an order that was completely correct. The last time, this week, I received their "Quattro Italiano" pizza without the shaved Parmesan cheese and a salad without the dressing. They simply do not have quality control in place. read more

So the place is nice on the inside. Oh, and their cheese bread is good. Three people eating. Two orders messed up. Appetizer came out way after the mains. One of the orders was a build your own. It had pepperoni on it, but quite a few other things. So to fix it, they took it to the back, threw the other missed ingredient one it and ran it back through. Whole onion slices mind you, and burned the bottom of the pizza in the process. So good cheese bread. You wont get sick, it is okay for groups, but this is really meant for teenagers that re using someone else's money to buy dinner. read more

Ordered here last week which was my first time at this location. I got the "Founders Favorite" and added onions and extra sauce. The pizza was excellent and I especially like the "thicker crust" option. I think Donatos probably offers the best thin crust in the industry but I have always wished for a thicker but not too thick crust. Donatos nailed it! The inside of this restaurant is immaculate. Sad and way overpriced. Order of hot wings was dry, not hot at all and all the wings were tiny. Better off buying a no name brand of frozen wings at the grocery and save being disappointed. I ordered the pizza online for pickup. The website stated that purchase had gone through. Get to the restaurant to pick up the pizza and am told the credit card did not go through. I then give them 2 different credit cards both of which do not go through. I am then treated like a villain trying to cheat them out of money. Luckily I had enough cash to make the purchase and leave. I then contact both of my credit card companies and am told that nothing is wrong with them. I then call the restaurant to talk to the manager who apologizes and states that my next order will be free. Fantastic thin crust pizza. Also have subs, wings, salads, etc... delivery is fast and hot. Dining room has a nice atmosphere and good service. If you have kids bring them on Wednesdays, they can eat free and there is a guy who does balloon animals and magic tricks. read more

I have mobile ordered several times from this location. Tonight was the worst experience. I mobile ordered and was sent an email to confirm pick up at 549. I received my pizza at 633p. The issue I have were. They had me pay when I came up at 553 to get. I was offered a beverage while I waited but I just asked for the one I ordered. No consistent person at carry out counter. So unsure if pizza was just sitting back there. Witnessed one customer Susan who left after getting her money back Katelyn the main clerk was very nice and never lost her cool. The manager who would go out on deliveries told me it would be about three more minutes at 615. Advice just be honest with customers realize that it was a Friday night and first football games for many and you were understaffed or more likely overwhelmed Food was still good as Always. But the price i paid for getting two pizzas 40 minutes after they were promised is what is leaving a bad taste in mouth. read more

We ordered for pick up. Not all of our food was placed in the bag. When I contacted the store, the woman on the phone was so terribly rude and not apologetic. I asked if they could bring the missing items to me (I was less than 5 minutes away at Barlow Park) because, after all it was their mistake....her response was no and that it wasn't her responsibility. I asked to speak to the manager, her response, "I am the manager." I went back to the store to pick up my missing items to find 5 people "working"...standing around talking and no customers in the dining room. The crew at Housecalls Home Services in Hudson loved the thin crust pizza. We were remodeling a kitchen and our customer found a coupon then treated the crew to a large pepperoni and wings. The thin crust was excellent, cooked just right and the pepperoni was everywhere. Unlike some pizza joints that can be stingy with the meat, not Donatos's. Another good thing it is not greasy or heavy. It beats a heavy thick crust pizza especially for the working crew who will fall asleep on the job with too much crust. read more

Donatos is one of the best pizza chains out there. Pizza chains I feel usually deliver subpar pizza compared to the locally owned restaurants. Donatos does a good job though. We had the Margharita pizza w/ thick crust. It was very good, but could have used a little more seasoning. They're other pizzas are pretty good too. At the Hudson location, they're dining area is somewhat futuristic with phones replacing waiters. Take out is best though. Overall, if you're looking for a good pizza and you want to eat in, try Donatos. read more

Always perfectly cooked! Delicious! The servers are always friendly and helpful as well. We seriously eat here at least once month!

First off, if this app would allow me to write a review without giving any stars, I wouldn't have even given this place one. It took about 15 minutes for our waitress to even get our order. There are only two other party's of about 3-4 so it doesn't really make sense why it took so long. We've been waiting about 40 minutes for our pizza. The employees have messed up the other party's orders as we've been waiting. Also the employees are so dumb like literally they're standing around doing shit. As we were sitting here I heard someone quote "Who would've guessed this place would be THIS bad." This is probably worse than the time where I was stuck on a bridge for 6 hours and had to pee. Don't come here. Just don't. Getting run over by a car would be less painful than this experience. read more

The meatball sandwiches are absolutely delicious, as well as their pizzas (not doughy at all). However, the only problem I have is that this place is extremely over priced, and the service can be slow at times. A really nice sit-down location, very clean and nicely decorated, with pleasant employees. Sadly, it's still Donatos pizza though. Plain sauce, plain toppings, plain crust...everything plain.
