The service was amazing! We came in at 11pm, and we had Holly C as our waiter. She was awesome, super kind, and made us feel super welcome. It was relatively empty, but I enjoyed the overall atmosphere a lot. Despite some negative reviews, I found our food very good for the price. Some of the feedback I've seen is ridiculous considering it's an IHOP, and they expect five star restaurant quality. It's IHOP guys. But super amazing for IHOP, definitely going back SOON! IHOP is what it is, and isn't what it isn't. Food at this location isn't great and there isn't a lot of time spent in the kitchen trying to make your food better. The wife ordered a custom omelette with sausage in it. There were exactly two little chunks of sausage (keep in mind they charge $1 for each item you put in an omelette.) Pancakes came out cold and there was one underdone on my child's plate as well. My biggest issue is this place isn't as cheap as the food should make it. They nickel and dime you for everything. $5 for a hot chocolate in a small coffee mug. $1 per topping (that they skimp on) in your omelette. Most places serve hashbrowns AND toast with your omelette. Nope, not IHOP. You get one or the other OR you can pay extra. Here is the big kicker today: There was some guy wandering around tying balloons for "donations." While this may seem cute and friendly, anyone with kids knows it isn't. I want breakfast. I don't want to be shamed in to buying your balloon animal or dealing with a crying child that I have to say "no" to. read more

This is our closest iHop location so we frequent here quite a bit. After today, I'm over it. We are never greeted when we enter, the employees always seem like they're having the worst day ever, and when we ask for something, it takes almost the entire meal to get it. I didn't have a drink until after I had almost eaten my entire meal. I was supposed to have a side of hash browns and never received them. Throughout the entire time we were here, we were checked on maybe twice and we weren't really given the chance to answer when we did need anything which is why I gave up on my hash browns. Not sure this waitress deserves a tip, but I'm sure we will give her one anyway. Really disappointed in the service here, I will drive out of my way from now on to go to another location. Management needs to train their employees better and have them be more attentive to their tables rather than walking around goofing off with other servers. UPDATE: I wrote this right before we got our check and we were given the WRONG TICKET! We were almost overcharged by 30$! I am happy I saw it beforehand but then she tried to charge us for the sides we never got. This is the worst IHOP that we've ever been to. It wasn't busy. We went on a weekday morning. The coffee was lukewarm and old. When I asked for fresh, I was told the coffee is always fresh. Got a refill with the same lukewarm coffee. I didn't drink it. The restaurant didn't smell clean. The restrooms were not very clean, and the syrup and creamer were grabbed off a nearby table-no disinfectant or wipe down. Went because kids wanted pancakes. They thought there was gluten free options (hard to find gluten free pancakes) disappointed there weren't and ordered a salad. Pancakes came out and looked very similar to the menu's picture. Salad did not. Didn't realize the difficulty in preparing a salad, that didn't look as though it was made from the leftover lettuce garnishes from past customer's bussed tables. Think the avocado bits(advertised slices, but woah?!?)were as well. Are the manufactured chicken breast, which was surprisingly tasty. But enough butter sauce on the makes everything taste good. We waited for approximately 10-15 more min and were given our drinks and she took our order. 30 or more min past and we were finally served our food. My steak tips were to have no onions and be medium rare they were done and had onions. The hashbrowns were to have mushrooms they had none. My meal had pancakes I had to ask for them and my soft scrambled eggs were not soft scrambled but severely overcooked. While concluding the meal I asked for a to go plate for my pancakes , this took 3 more times of asking to get. We were there for 2 hours total from start to finish and as we were completing our meal they were just cleaning up tables behind us that were dirty when we arrived . We've been to this IHOP twice now and both times had less than stellar service. It's frustrating when you notice that your server sees you have been seated but doesn't come acknowledge you for some time. I get it, if you're slammed, come let me know you'll get to me when you can but don't ignore me. The food was good and typical of most IHOP locations. The second time we waited over 15 minutes and finally I asked the hostess who our server was and where he or she might be. Turns out a few of us were sat in a section that didn't have a server assigned to it. Fail. I feel like this location may have management issues or needs someone to help them communicate. After all of the hype about IHOP, IHOB, whatever it is, we decided to give it a shot for lunch. The service was O.K. but the place was filthy. The booth we were given had a hamburger bun, spoon, napkin debris and who knows what all directly under the table. I wanted to leave but my husband persuaded me to give the food a shot. The booth was also directly beside two large parties of families with small children so it was difficult to carry on a conversation. I realize we were seated there for the convenience of the waitress but I think some thought should be given to making the customer comfortable. The burger was so-so, the fries were semi-warm and the tea melted the ice within a few minutes. We really wanted to enjoy this experience since so much effort was put into the marketing campaign, but I'm afraid we won't be returning. read more
