This is one of my favorite sandwich shops I love all of their shops but this one is close to home would eat here every week but the rest of my family aren't that crazy about sandwich's They make great sandwiches, love them we like the number 56 steak and cheese,10 tuna 13 lots of meat they have good standard toppings lettuce tomatoes onions pickles just wish they had mustard up front. We like the food the Jersey Mike's franchises offer and the servings are decent for the price. There are several locations around and we are usually pretty happy with them. This location is one we have visited a few times and, well, it just isn't the same. Tables are always unkempt, service is slower, and the folks working the counter just aren't as interested as other locations. Timing seems to matter and the closer you get to closing, the harder time you will have finding great help or clean seats, floors, and tables. read more

Been living here for over 3 years now and just noticed this jersey Mikes; we always drive to Riverdale. But after about a month of going here now, we love it, the customer service is always great and the staff make you feel welcomed and appreciated. They really know how to make your day; I forgot her name but she's in the Army reserve and she's is so nice to us and my best friend and I love coming because you can still she makes the sandwiches with love. Absolutely horrible. I sat here in the line right in front of the window for 50 minutes. I was ignored by the employees to the point I had to knock on the window for service. I tried to get my money back but they couldn't even figure out how to do that. I finally just had them make the dang sandwiches. But I had to wait out front and I still had to wait longer. To the point I had to walk in the store to get my food. And to top it all off they got my order wrong. I saw customers leaving because of how long the wait was, and there were many times the employees were just sitting on their phones. The employees seem like they have a nice heart but they just need better work ethic. But the food is really good would go back again. read more

Sandwiches are great but way over priced. They charge the same whether you get it with all the Fixin's and Mike's way or you get it plain. Clinton does not have mustard which is a standard condiment for sandwiches. Syracuse does offer mustard. Sandwiches are fresh and taste great but still over priced. read more

Horrible experience. Drive thru was so slow. They took 38 min to get me the food. Then they charged me for a combo meal that I didn't order. At that point they were trying to figure out how to credit my card but I just told them to give me the chips and drink because I had already waited for 40 min. To make it worse when I got home they gave me the wrong sub . That was after verifying what sandwich I ordered at the window. Horrible service read more

Had a kids meal with a cookie and 3 x 3 packs of cookies. My math says 10 cookies should have been in the bag there were 4 Kids meal sandwich was not in the bag Portabella cheese steak sandwich was not in the bag A kids size sandwich with pepperchinis that we didn't order was in the bag. 1 bag of chips was missing. Someone else with a messed up sandwich was bringing their food back when I decided to trust my pickup order that was sealed closed . I get that I had a big order and I deliberately came 20 minutes after my pickup time. With 6 people behind the counter on a slower night, I didn't feel like I had to quality check my own order but I guess I should have. If you've got speed problems, solve them, but don't do it at the expense of quality. I'd gladly wait a little longer if it meant my order was accurate. Yay! Jersey Mike's is finally open in Clinton. And no surprise it's craY busy at 8:15 pm.

Everything is great when I go in, staff try's their hardest to work as fast as they can especially when people order $100 worth of food trough the drive thru then complain that it takes forever. They have music playing always and more seating than most other jerseys mikes so I think these guys do a great job read more
