Technically pricey, but if you share it right then it's actually not that bad. The salt lake, centerville, and clinton locations are all my favorites. Also, recommend try an egg on the burger. It's an awesome add on, always cooked perfect. That golden yolk is a great sauce.

The entire restaurant was incredibly clean, and the staff was fast, welcoming, and friendly. The Standouts The Shakes: Our strawberry coconut shake came out first, and it was absolutely delightful. Thick, flavorful, and clearly freshly made. The Fries: If you like thin-cut fries, these hit the mark. They are definitely on the greasy side, but they come with a fantastic variety of sauces to choose from, which made dipping a lot of fun. The Catch While I appreciate the freshness, the burgers themselves were very, very greasy--way more than I normally prefer to eat. Because the grease factor was so heavy, I'm not entirely sure I would head back for a burger next time. The Verdict: If you love a classic, ultra-juicy, old-school greasy burger and fresh-cut fries, you will love this place. For me, the highlights were the pristine cleanliness, the top-tier service, and that incredible shake!

The interior is super clean and every worker here is super friendly. There are plenty of seats and tables that sit from 2-4 people. If you're planning on coming here in a big group of more than 4, please plan to sit apart. When you walk in, go ahead and take a seat and one of the workers will give you a menu. Disclaimer though...the menu is in Spanish so if you need any translations, don't hesitate to ask or ask for recommendations. That's what I did! After you have some time to look at the menu, go ahead and walk to the kiosk counter and order your food, pay, then sit back down and relax until your food comes. I ordered the Bucara Burger and water. They did charge me $2 for a bottled water so I just want to let you all know ahead of time. The burger was huge, hearty, and filling. It also came with fries which was crispy and it was topped off with cheese and a little of the sauce that they put on the side. The water was definitely necessary for me because the meal was on the heavier side. If you don't get water, I highly suggest getting a drink here though. In the end, I would come here again. It's great to support local and what I ate was delicious and I can't wait to come back to try other food on the menu.

Nice size sandwich, good amount of meat not fatty or greasy, kraut, cheese and dressing. Fries were good and it was great to have the fruit cup, a rarity at most restaurants. The Pastrami melt was also a good size, enough to bring home half. Also ordered a hamburger plain, no salt or pepper and it was large and kept my dog happy and content. Service was great and will be back again. This visit was a 4.5.

However, what came out of the kitchen was terrible. Firstly, they got my order wrong- no pickles and it had pickles. Then I noticed the cheese was not melted and I had to send it back not once but TWICE to get the cheese melted. Then I picked up my burger and the bottom bun was so soggy that it was like paste in my hands. I showed this to them and they offered to remake my burger for the FOURTH time. They told me this happened because I wanted the burger on a different type of bun than the potato bun. I would have probably not even left a review, except that afterwards I felt like I did not even want to keep their food down after I ate there. I will never order a burger from that place ever again. They make other burgers taste like detergent. They're basic - beef, cheese, bun, salvation sauce. By cutting out the unnecessary bull, you get a hamburger how the Lord truly intended it. If your classic muscle car of choice had a flavor, this is as close as it gets. The founding fathers would be proud. This is as close to warrior fuel as you can get without hunting it yourself.
