The entire restaurant was incredibly clean, and the staff was fast, welcoming, and friendly. ​The Standouts ​The Shakes: Our strawberry coconut shake came out first, and it was absolutely delightful. Thick, flavorful, and clearly freshly made. ​The Fries: If you like thin-cut fries, these hit the mark. They are definitely on the greasy side, but they come with a fantastic variety of sauces to choose from, which made dipping a lot of fun. ​The Catch ​While I appreciate the freshness, the burgers themselves were very, very greasy--way more than I normally prefer to eat. Because the grease factor was so heavy, I'm not entirely sure I would head back for a burger next time. ​The Verdict: If you love a classic, ultra-juicy, old-school greasy burger and fresh-cut fries, you will love this place. The interior is super clean and every worker here is super friendly. There are plenty of seats and tables that sit from 2-4 people. If you're planning on coming here in a big group of more than 4, please plan to sit apart. When you walk in, go ahead and take a seat and one of the workers will give you a menu. Disclaimer though...the menu is in Spanish so if you need any translations, don't hesitate to ask or ask for recommendations. That's what I did! After you have some time to look at the menu, go ahead and walk to the kiosk counter and order your food, pay, then sit back down and relax until your food comes. I ordered the Bucara Burger and water. They did charge me $2 for a bottled water so I just want to let you all know ahead of time. The burger was huge, hearty, and filling. It also came with fries which was crispy and it was topped off with cheese and a little of the sauce that they put on the side. The water was definitely necessary for me because the meal was on the heavier side. If you don't get water, I highly suggest getting a drink here though. In the end, I would come here again. It's great to support local and what I ate was delicious and I can't wait to come back to try other food on the menu.

If your classic muscle car of choice had a flavor, this is as close as it gets. The founding fathers would be proud. The ingredients: By keeping it simple and crap free, you have what I would call healthy fast food. Church fries his chips in tallow, giving them a superior flavor, crunch and actually being able to become fuel for the body instead of a drain. This is as close to warrior fuel as you can get without hunting it yourself. I don't remember what his salvation sauce was but I know that it complements the food and leaves the mouth singing His praises. Overall, this burger and fries won't leave you feeling hungover. Foreign nations won't be able to touch you after consuming America's finest burger. Even if this is as close as you get to becoming the second George Washington, your tastebuds will have their moment of independence from processed junk. Your joints will thank you. Your gut flora will rejoice. This meal tastes like how freedom should feel. It's filling, it's natural, it's untouched by those who would do you harm, both foreign and domestic. And the ambiance? It's a food truck in a parking lot. But even the United States of America was just an idea shared amongst brothers, in a pub, once upon a time.
