Quick seating but you have to wait for the server to come around I think the delay is caused by shortage of servers. The food is good nothing over cooked and thankfully nothing undercooked. The only issue I found was the waiting since it really wasn't packed.

This may be the worst IHOP I've ever been to. We waited five minutes for someone to come and seat us, and that was only after I looked around the corner to find someone because he was sitting around talking to a couple sitting down eating. The staff paid no attention after we got our food. Bacon and sausage tastes like it was cooked earlier in the day and it's been sitting around in grease. The eggs were horrible like a rubber brick. There were also tons of flies in the restaurant. Won't be coming back here at all. IHOP has fallen off.i wish I could give it half a star.

The best IHOP in the DMV. Very clean, the staff are so kind and professional. The chicken fajitas omelette is like no other. Great spot.

Food is consistently good here and wait times can be long but the waitlist option, makes that easier. Staff is friendly as well.

Lousy food! Poor selections to boot. Find another place and close this one for good, this was not my first , second or third visit.

You have to have reservations to dine in--even for the bar. I didn't dine in, I ordered takeout, which was superb and well worth the wait. Very nice place for a special day/date. I think this may be one of the best surf and turfs I've ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection, well the broccolini was a bit tough, I had to use a steak knife to cut it. Crab cake has Lino filling at all--I was so intrigued by it. I couldn't figure out how it was held together. If you're looking to take your significant other somewhere special--this is a good spot, just make sure you make reservations before you visit or you will leave very upset.

This was my first visit, and I've been wowed. I'll go on record right now: this was the best restaurant crab dip I've ever had. It was the perfect amount of lump crab, just yummy goodness overload. That bread *chefs kiss* I could've made an entire meal out of that dip and been just as happy as a kid in the candy store lol. I ordered the fried seafood platter and swapped out the fries for a baked potato. Everything on the plate was delicious: the coleslaw, hush puppies, crab ball, oysters, fish, and shrimp. Both of my cousins ordered the surf and turf since they'd had it before and clearly loved it. After seeing them devour theirs, I know what I'm ordering next time. Overall, I had an amazing time. Our waitress, Sophie, was attentive and extremely personable.

We both had salads and sweet potatoes for our sides. The wife ordered a mocktail. Heineken 0.0 for me. The food was good for the price. We both really enjoyed the bread. Our chicken were tender. The BBQ sauce was different but I enjoyed it. Their BBQ sauce does not taste as strong as other offerings. I like the sauce because it was different. It was a nice mild taste. We like coming to Texas Roadhouse for a change of pace. If we both ate steak, we would come here more often.

We completely understand that restaurants get busy -- especially on weekends -- but being essentially turned away because it was "too busy" was unacceptable. There was no real attempt to accommodate us, no clear communication about realistic wait times, and no effort to make us feel valued as customers. For a place that markets itself as family-friendly and big on hospitality, this experience fell far short. This wasn't just a random dinner -- it was my toddler's birthday. We chose this restaurant expecting a welcoming atmosphere and a memorable experience for our family. Instead, we left feeling frustrated, inconvenienced, and honestly embarrassed after building up the excitement for him. Busy is understandable. Poor guest management and lack of care -- especially when a young child's birthday is involved -- is not. I truly hope ownership and management take situations like this seriously. Families choose your establishment for special occasions, and how situations like this are handled speaks volumes. Highly dissatisfied with this experience.

The cornbread was hard, like inedible hard. The steak and cheese featured soggy bread with a side of limp lukewarm fries, and the jerk chicken was a poor imitation of jerk flavor, as the best word I could use to describe it was lifeless. On the bright side, the employee was friendly and the food was ready on time, so at least there was that. Unfortunately, this was a total miss so my first time will also be my last time.

Today I finally visited and was a bit disappointed to see the underwhelming interior where it is strictly carry out and cheap metal guest chairs to wait on while the food is prepared. But it's really about the food right?! Meh. It was very hit and miss. I ordered the (4) sliders with grilled onions. They were slightly charred which was nice, and they were juicy, but they could have been cooked a little more (they were like medium to medium well and I prefer well done - I should note they didn't ask how I preferred my burgers cooked). I also ordered their jumbo fried wings and picked sweet and sassy sauce. The sauce was tasty and the wings had a nice texture, but beyond the sauce the wings had a plain flavor suggesting they didn't season the wings before frying and then coating them with sauce. Overall the food was solid but not awe inspiring. I was less impressed with their cakes. I ordered a strawberry slice and a carrot cake. The carrot cake was moist and wasn't bad at all. I've had much better, but it was edible and satisfied my sweet tooth for the day. The strawberry cake however was dry and grainy. Perhaps it was old. It was definitely a waste of $7.99! On the plus side the employee was friendly and nice, so there's that!

It is colorful, lively, and feels like a place that actually wants you there--not just another restaurant turning tables. That alone sets the tone. Let's talk drinks first--because they deserve it. The margaritas are not an afterthought. They are strong, well-balanced, and taste like someone behind the bar understands what they are doing. Not overly sweet, not watered down--just right. Food-wise, everything came out hot and full of flavor. You know that moment when a plate hits the table and you can already tell it is about to be good? That. Whether it was the seasoning, the portions, or just the overall freshness, it did not feel like anything was rushed or phoned in. And let me give you a real tip--always ask for a bigger table. There were five of us, and the amount of food that came out? We needed the space. This is not a "small plates, cute portions" kind of place. They show up for real. And I have to say--service matters to me, especially after some recent experiences elsewhere. Here, I did not have to flag anyone down. We were checked on, taken care of, and actually seen as guests. That should be standard, but clearly it is not everywhere--so it stood out. I literally have nothing bad to say. This is one of those places that gets added to the rotation immediately.

Our fault for not wanting to venture out for their weekday happy hour which, according to their menu, totally looks like it's ALL of that and then some! The biggest complaint for me is the $4 extra charge for sour cream and pico de gallo. I mean the food is better than Taco Bell and clearly we cannot get Margaritas at Taco Bell but the state of surcharges is just diabolical! *Sigh* Today, our steak quesadilla, chicken burrito, birria and shrimp tacos, AND our Margaritas were worth a repeat visit. Savory and tender. Huge portions and pretty tasty. The calamari (fried too hard) and crab dip (unidentified seasoning) ... declared not so much of a fan fav. Service was a lil inconsistent ... food came out quickly but drinks and overall server follow up were a lil on the slow/borderline neglect side. This used to be an Applebee's. Sadly, not much was done to revamp the aesthetics. (Not a deal breaker ... just an observation.) Looking forward to hearing YOUR opinion ... especially with a Happy Hour update. You can also get a draft or bottled beer and a canned margarita. We both chose the 1/4lb chilli cheese hot dogs that were delicious. Her onion rings were bomb but so were my natural cut fries!! I tried a cheesesteak (with mayo and grilled onions), a hotdog (with bbq sauce and grilled onions) and some onion rings. The cheesesteak was very bland. It lacked seasoning, and they put so little mayo on it that it seemed like just eating steak and bread. I had to add some pepper and sauce at home to add some flavor to it and make it more enjoyable. The hot dog was better from a sauce perspective, but the meat itself was just ok. I had hoped they had something special about their hotdogs, but it seemed to me it could have easily been something I picked up at the local supermarket. Solid, but not something I would order again. The onion rings were good, and the establishment was clean and inviting. I may go back to try their charburgers, as those seem to be a specialty. Hopefully it will be better than the meh meal I had today.
