Our waitress was very patient, checking on us when we talked for 45 mins before ordering (we weren't stopping anyone else from having a table) I had the French toast combo: scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns and French toast. Lots of food. I had been tempted to order lunch (11a) but I just couldn't pass up all those syrups. Sausage and hash browns good. I had onions and avocado added to my eggs. They were ok. The French toast was excellent. I couldn't decide if the butter pecan or blueberry syrup was my favorite. I might need to go back soon to decide. Waitress took good care of us. So maybe my experience is due to the time I came in.... maybe it was a mistake to come at 2 in the morning the night after halloween.. there were more drunk people in that restaurant than I have ever seen in my life. And I understand why the workers were probably tired and slightly irritated, but as someone who was not drunk, I didn't really feel like I should have been treated the way I was. I did receive very good service at all. I felt as if the woman serving us was just all around upset and not friendly. But I appreciate a place open 24 hours and it satisfied my late night cravings. I got a sweet creme crepe, which actually I thought was a bit too sweet. But had a good taste to it, so I was happy. I also had some eggs, sausages, and bacon. The bacon was really good. Sausages were eh... and the eggs were fine. Balancing this place has going for it is flavored syrup. This is probably one of the most cleanest iHops i have visited. Over all there are no trash on the ground and the tables look freshly clean. Plenty of space to bring good friends. Their customer service is extraordinarily amazing. Shelby, the waitress, was able to provide options for someone like myself that cant eat certain types of food. She was very friendly and patient. Sticky counter - noisy atmosphere as you are crammed into every little space. No substitutes allowed if you don't want pancakes, well, unless of course you pay $3.49 extra. Also note to get to the restrooms you must walk by the food -to-be-served counter, this counter is littered with dropped dried old food, crumbs and spills. A lot os workers standing around but you have to take condiments off other tables... everything has a chaotic feel. Biological matter was on the bathroom floor at the beginning of our service - I informed staff and by the end of the service ... the bathroom stayed the same. I came here at around 2 am for suhour with my 3 cousins a few weeks ago. The experience was mediocre. One cousin ordered one of their omelets (I can't remember what kind but it was supposed to come with mushroom and spinach) but asked that it be made with egg whites only and to add halal chicken on to it -- when her order came, it was an omelet with only egg whites and chicken. She just asked the waitress (the waitress was a trainee) to get the spinach and mushrooms on the side, but that took about 15 minutes to come out and she had almost finished her "omelet" by then. They charged $14 for it. I ordered the chicken and waffles, I didn't have any problems with it but it was just okay -- just some mediocre chicken strips with waffles on the side. What impressed me more than anything was the staff. What a wonderful group of people working here. Ruth was our server and I cannot find the right word for this wonderful, spectacular, outstanding, pick-a-synonym-here person. Needless to say we were all impressed. We came in on a Saturday morning with a decent sized group including a two year old, so that can be daunting for anyone. Ruth handled it like a seasoned pro. She was attentive, kind, and polite. I like this IHOP. I like to order from the kids menu, since it's everything I want in a smaller portion (the regular meals can get huge), and I like that they let me. For all the times I've gone, even Saturday mornings when it's pretty crowded, I've been seated right away and the service has been good. I minused one star because the tables are too close together and it tends to feel a little jammed, but the larger dining room is much nicer (even though they don't use it much). I think the staff were really nice but the man in charge ( probably the manager) wasn't the best he was trying so hard to seat people causing a long wait and confusion. I went to return it and since it was Mother's Day the place was crowded and they did not have enough help. One of the employees walked in the restaurant, placed her bag down and began helping package the food. I said out loud "she did not wash her hands". The employee then went to use hand sanitizer and put on gloves. I told the manager the employee did not wash her hands and she said she sanitized them. I haven't been to this location since it has remodeled, but it does look nice! We used the online ordering system and the food was done on time. The waitresses were so nice and checked the order over with me to make sure everything was there. The French toast was fluffy, the burgers were actually good (we were curious considering the recent name change), the eggs scrambled well. Offer outside dining, staff is very kind and friendly. They have canopy tents to help block sun and have tables spaced out so your not to close with anyone, all staff members wear masks and once a table is clear they clean it up quickly. Food is ok and good be better, pancakes taste like they have been left under heat lamps to long or re- heated up. read more
