Good news first. The server and other employee servers were in clean uniforms. My wife's eggs and my eggs were properly cooked. Now for the bad. It appears this is a soft opening as only half of the restaurant was open. The wait was twenty plus minutes. When we sat, I observed the servers seamed to meander around not quite knowing what they should be doing. Definitely more training needed. With only a dozen or so tables filled, the meal still took forty minutes to show up. The server did not refill my water until she showed up with the food. Instead of bringing a pitcher of water to fill my glass, she took my glass away to fill it, rather odd. In the hopes of having a good meal, I splurged and had the country fried steak and eggs with pancakes. My wife had overeasy eggs with four types of meat with pancakes. My hash browns were nice and crispy but over salted. My eggs were properly cooked. The country fried steak was crunchy but overly breaded and salted. The gravy was thick and pasty. The pancakes were hard and dry on top and room temperature. My wife liked her meal. Crispy hash browns, two eggs over easy, four meats and pancakes. Her complaint was that she asked for poached eggs and was told no. The server stated she had never heard of poached eggs and could we explain what poached eggs were. She was unsure if the IHOP cooks could make poached eggs, so my wife switched to over easy eggs. I was able to see part of the kitchen staff and found at least two wearing hoodies. One even had his hood up. He looked like a hoodlum, not professional at all. No chefs jackets used for kitchen staff, nor uniform shirts, tee's or other etc. I went into the men's room and found it to be dirty, paper towel in urinal, garbage can full and bits of paper debris on floor. I think the twenty five to thirty dollar breakfast not worth the value. We will not be back. read more

Our waitress was great. Thanks Tiara C! We are a family of 5 and Tiara got our orders exactly correct. The food was great. We had no wait on a Saturday evening. We had a couple of breakfast samplers and some pancakes. We especially liked the cinnamon pancakes. The only complaint I have is that the floor under our table was sticky. read more

IHOP has been a breakfast favorite for years. However, we haven't had one good meal at this location since it opened. Last Saturday I took my family there and three times we found hair in our food! First in our drink and then in our chicken finger meal. The manager was apologetic and did charge us for that meal but the experience was not pleasing. We did hear that IHOP was having opening pains, but went in today and found no reason to complain! We are used to waiting at least 20 minutes for breakfast anywhere in this area, and we were seated quicker than we even predicted. Our waiter was friendly and prompt, the food was warm and delicious, and the prices were right. Would recommend definitely giving it a try. read more

They made us wait for 2 hours. we kept asking every 15 min and they would say it's nearly ready. they took 1 hour to give us a table. once we got inside we saw that there were many tables but they were mismanaging the seating. they didn't know how to prioritize between those who placed a takeout and those who were waiting as it was quite unfair. Today i visited Ihop with 2 other adults and 2 toddlers. Our visit quickly went downhill starting with drinks. I asked for a water with extra lemon and I got a water without, no biggie. When he came back i asked for the lemon and he told me they were out. When I gave my order he told me that they were out of what I picked, so I chose something else and they were out of the hashbrowns that should have come with it. He offered me a substitute and I said okay. He came back a bit later and told my friend and I that they did not have either item that we ordered. Our food came out at 3 different times, the substitute for hashbrowns was wrong, and the pancakes were not cooked inside! We wanted to take our food to go and they were out of boxes that would fit the pancakes... I was very excited to try an Ihop for the first time, however I was very disappointed. read more

This location has great potential....but I won't be holding my breath waiting for it to reach it! On a Saturday morning at 8am, the wait was a little over 15 mins for 3 people. The server was nice, but she brought the wrong order out, only 1 out of 3 orders was correct, she claimed the kitchen was "slammed." We received the corrected orders in pieces, and even then, they were still wrong and cold. The manager took off one meal completely, and gave a discount on the other. Upon arrival, we were startled with a 20 minute wait at a "fast food" breakfast chain. While we waited in the lobby, along with 25 other people while the restaurant was 2/3 empty (while people could have been sat, given menus and water/coffee), we had time to observe several middle schoolers helicopter around the Hostess booth. When we were seated, waitress was pleasant but food was not. My expectations were not high coming to IHOP; however, the food was average at best. My plate was a blank canvas with carton scrambled eggs on one side adjacent to a brick of semi crisp frozen shredded hash browns and two crayon sized sausage links (one burnt). The thick marble rye was slightly toasted, buttered - the highlight of my meal along with my iced tea or maybe it was just the fresh lemon. Good thing as my dining companion never got toast. DC ordered the egg white veggie omelet - an equally sad plate with no sliced avocado as pictured as they were hard. I don't care how hard it is, chisel it out of it's skin - I paid for it! The added watery tomatoes and uncooked raw spinach, unmelted cheese didn't help the already lackluster appearance. (again - no toast) The children enjoyed fairly decent hot chocolate but the international house of pancakes couldn't have produced a worse pancake. the bottom stuck to the plate, couldn't be cut in pieces - but kids are generally not critical. Coffee was terrible. One final note - lose the fluorescent lighting in the main part of the dining area... a little ambiance lighting could go a long way with those plates.....do yourself and your local business owners a favor and support local diners where you will get fresh hash browns, fresh eggs and a good cup o' joe.... (P.S. - we got home at 9:30 and already wanted to make another meal.. ) read more

We were very glad and thankful that finally we are getting an IHOP in our area. Big fans of IHOP. The omelettes, pan cakes and crepes are all delicious. Always order a take out so was avoiding the long waiting times as the place is always very crowded during weekends. I ordered the cinnamon short stack pancakes for togo and when I looked on their website it said $4.99 even when I looked in the checkout section. Well I order them on the phone just so I know how long the wait time is and then when I went to pick them up they told me my total was $8.50 and that the toppings on the cinnamon pancakes are extra. Even though on the website it just said $4.99. A full stack of pancakes are $8.50! Not 3 little pancakes. Came here Saturday with group of friends. Wasn't too busy in there so it wasn't bad. The food was all delicious. You can def tell this is a new establishment where everyone is learning. One entree came with the wrong side but they fixed it immediately. Server Andrew was good and attentive, only thing he couldve improved on was drink refills without being asked. If I could give it zero stars I would... Worst service ever!... I ordered the T-Bone & 3 egg breakfast... Medium rare... No Hash Browns come with it so I ordered them as a side... After having to go up to the front counter to ask for a coffee refill my meal comes out... No hash browns... The kid says Oh I forgot, I'll bring them right out to ya.... So I start to eat and my steak was overly well done and tough as shoe leather... I wasn't going to complain as the kid was clearly incompetent and would probably screw that up too, so I eat it and finally after I'm done my hash browns come out!... I went to pay my tab and told the manager that I was not leaving the kid a tip because he never came around to check on me and refill my coffee and totally screwed up my order... Return visit. No one to seat us when we entered, so we waited. We had the slowest waitress ever! She couldn't remember from our table to the kitchen what we ordered to drink. Then she forgot straws. Our food didn't take too long, although it wasn't hot. It might have been hot when it left the kitchen, but by the time it got to our table, barely warm. Waitress didn't check on us, so we had to flag her down for ketchup. She was fast enough with the bill. I still don't have much hope for this restaurant. read more

The restaurant is clean in the dining room but the good ends there. At least 4x while we dined there were glasses broken and employees in the back cussing VERY loudly as they did it. Cussing each other out multiple times. Our food took 25 minutes to come out (pancakes), it wasn't busy, and the food was luke warm. It had a decent taste. We won't be back though with the lack of professionalism, which is a shame because our daughters love pancakes but I don't need them hearing the F* you language multiple times like we did tonight. Tried out the new ihop about a month and a half ago and had a pretty awful experience. The wait was terrible and it took forever to have a server come to our table. It took even longer for our food once we ordered. Ended up spending about 2 hours just to eat a quick breakfast. Today we went to give it another shot and after 15 minutes of sitting with no server to even greet us we decided to leave but wanted to talk to a manager first. The manager(Emont)listened to us, apologized and wanted us to sit back down. He served us and our food was out within 5 minutes. The food was great and he was very accommodating. I think the servers and front staff just need more training to help the restaurant run smoothly. Will be going back in a few weeks to try again. read more

Granting them a little leniency because they just opened. When we walked in and were seated two of the waitstaff mumbled something at us as they move stuff around our table. Our waitress ,Eileen ,arrived and was very pleasant. She apologized for the delay and immediately took our order. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with pablano peppers that was served with a side of fries. My bride got the grilled chicken and vegetable salad. We were seated in the main dining area which was awash with bright white light which when the food came out took away from the appearance and washed out all of the color so what was served did not look very attractive. My wife's salad was served in a warm bowl which was wilting the Lettuce. It was missing mushrooms, and was extremely overdressed, but she said it was tasty. The chicken sandwich was nice and spicy a little thin on the chicken portion serving but all in all it was a good sandwich. The fries were well over cooked and underseasoned and not very good at all. We will give it another attempt in a month or so once they Iron out some of the kinks. Hopefully. They did have a very big menu with a lot of options which was kind of impressive. read more

IHOP on Old Lincoln Highway, 19030, Fairless Hills, PA. It has been run by the same nasty, Middle Eastern man for years. If you have a comment or complaint, you are the problem, not him or his restaurant: I ordered Belgian waffles with "fresh sliced strawberries", two eggs over easy and two pieces of bacon. I went to sit in a booth. The seats were full of grease and food pieces and hadn't been sanitized since the previous customers. I was given 1 napkin, 1 spoon, 1 fork , and 1 knife that were rolled up sitting on a wet table that had just been wiped with a dirty towel. I had to ask for more napkins. I asked for a cup of hot coffee with Sweet and Low and creamers. The waitress brought the coffee in the same dirty karaf that was sitting on the table when I arrived. The coffee was old, bitter and no matter what I tried to do, I could not make it taste better. The meal came; room temperature Belgian waffle with frozen strawberries and glaze on the side, and whipped cream on the side. The waitress said that they do not have fresh strawberries. "This is what they use. I cut up 5the frozen strawberries up with a knife and put them on the waffles, but then the waffles and the syrup and everything was ice cold. I couldn't eat the cold meal. I asked the waitress to make me a hot crispy Belgian waffle with nothing on it. I just could not eat the ice cold frozen fruitl and waffles. I have never had ice cold frozen strawberries and glaze served over cold waffles. The waitress took back the waffles and made me another warm waffle but not crispy. I just put syrup on it and slowly ate it. I asked the waitress about the yellow, greasy stuff that was on top of the eggs. She said, "It is Pam spray. We use it to cook all the eggs". It was absolutely disgusting. I said that I did not ask for Pam spray and asked why isn't a nonstick frying pan used to cook the eggs? No response. The bacon was all fat and so salty that it was not edible. All that I ate was a little bit of waffle with some syrup. I told the waitress about the problems. She said "sorry", but was not willing to do anything. I felt nauseous, &, and my stomach was hurting so bad. I asked the waitress to bag up the rest and I went to pay for my meal. The nasty old Middle Eastern guy who owns the place asked me about my meal. I told him exactly what I said above. His response: "Well then you just don't like our food. We've been making it like this for years and have plenty of customers. Sorry you don't like it". I told him that I used to come here when my children were small and that the food was really good. Now the food is salty, tasteless, and not edible. The owner said "Here's your change. Have a good night." The moral of this story is, DO NOT EAT AT THIS IHOP. Recently, they have closed many IHOPS. I predict that this IHOP will close soon too. The owner is just too stubborn. He does not listen to the customers comments or suggestions. I wouldn't recommend this IHOP to anybody and will not return to it anytime soon. read more

I only gave a star off because a blonde server (I believe her name tag said Brooke) came up to the host stand grabbing her breasts in an inappropriate manner towards another female coworker then started dancing and snapping very loudly at the computer near the host stand. My girlfriend and I went to the Ihop on Stevens Creek Blvd in Santa Clara Calif in November and when we pulled in all parking lot light's weren't on and the IHOP sign was off. We thought they were closed but saw people inside so we parked the car to go in. When I was going on I almost tripped because the parking lot was dark. When we got inside we informed the people that the lights weren't on and they all looked at each other and said we don't know how to turn the light's on because they come on automatically. One guy.said I will call the manager and inform him that the light's are not on. He came back and informed.is that he can't get a hold of him. Oh that's great what if there's a fire or a robbery they can't get a hold of somebody in charge. Also this restraunt is needs ALOT of work. Seats ripped hole in ceiling. The guy told.me that the owner doesn't want to spend ANY money for improvements. I notified the Ihop headquarters and a lady wrote SORRY for your inconvenience.I guess they don't care about their customers so you probably should find another place to eat read more

This is such a shame to have a brand new location with good food, but you cannot turn tables fast enough. Have attempted to go four times now and wait times are 30+ minutes.
