I reached out to the delivery driver, who mentioned he had confirmed with the restaurant staff twice that this was the complete order. Feeling frustrated, I called the restaurant to speak with a manager. However, the manager refused to provide her name and abruptly stated that she would process a refund before hanging up on me. I find it concerning that she would offer a refund without taking my name, phone number or order Number. Overall, this experience has been very unprofessional and reflects poorly on their business practices. I can't help but wonder how many others have faced similar issues. Looking at there prep screens there must've been 12 smoothies and looked like 2 huge bags of food. The poor girl was making marathon amounts of wraps and just keep bagging and bagging. Would HIGHLY ADVISE they to enact policy in that customers must make limited orders only. And that associates can deny service if proper notifications are not given for order within a specified time period. One of the best TSC's I've been to. It is absolute night and day vs. my local one. Clean, staff is curteous, smoothie was made correctly. I was greeted as soon as I entered. I loved my Sunrise Sunset (strawberry, pineapple, mango, orange juice) and my daughter enjoyed her Jetty Junior (strawberry banana). They offer a nice variety of smoothies made as described or with "supplements" or other "fresh add-ins" upon request (additional charge). We also enjoyed our wraps: Ham and Cheddar for her, All-American for me. Both were made to order and brought to us hot and fresh. I got the Baja bowl and while it looked simple, packed great flavor in the right proportions with chicken, guac, beans, rice, cheese and a bed of salad. you know some smoothie places that adds way too much water making it super watery like you're drinking juice? this place is definitely not like that!! the smoothies here are wonderful with very good and fresh ingredients. my favorite is the "detox island green" which has spinach, male, mango, pineapple, banana and fresh ginger. it's naturally sweetened and you can taste the ginger in the sips! the place is very bright and clean with friendly people. they also have sandwiched, flat breads, bowls and wraps on their menu. haven't gotten a chance to try their food yet but will update when I do. read more

First off, no banana to be tasted by either one of us and then the filler in the smoothies is ice so it really tasted like I spent $6.50 a piece to get a bunch of crushed up ice with some fruit flavor. Came here on National Flip Flop Day. The line wasn't long at all which leads me to believe no one knew about the if you wear flip flops you get a free 16oz smoothie deal, a bummer really, as it could've helped with business. It was pretty slow, had some young kids behind the counter who were chatting it up and usually that's a bad thing but here it wasn't, it was actually quite enjoyable because it didn't interfere with their work and they were having a good time. They took my order and got my smoothie to me relatively quickly. I opened up my laptop to work from there (they have free WiFi) and one of the nice young men offered to help me connect to the WiFi if there was any difficulty (GREAT SERVICE). The restaurant was very clean even where the smoothies were prepared was tidy and organized. The smoothie was absolutely delicious it also came in a reusable cup (BONUS POINTS FOR HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT!) the consistency and flavor get an A+. I typically love tropical smoothie but I reserved really poor service at my most recent experience. The staff was friendly but goofing around with each other. I ordered my smoothie and sandwich and they didn't make either one until I approached them and said something. They forgot my order immediately after I placed it and did not acknowledge their mistake or seem apologetic. They also did not make the customer in front of mine's sandwich until she said something and proceeded to goof around while making our food. I am sorry I have posted a wrong review previously about this place. What a day and night difference between this location and Paoli location. I simply loved my experience here, very attentive staff, taking your order and delivering to perfection. Some of the staff here should go to the Paoli location and teach them a thing or two. The Baja Chicken Wrap I got was beautifully done, fully of veggies and chicken. I almost did not believe that this is the same tropical smoothie cafe like the one in Paoli. 100 times better. We went for the first time last night. Great service by enthusiastic young girl and cute beach setting. Smoothies are very large. 24 ounces is way too much. Wish they offered a smaller size. I got the Detox Island green smoothie which has no sugar added however they add sugar to almost all of their other smoothies. I think the writing on the sign needs to be bigger to let people know that sugar is being added. I really appreciated that they had all of the calories and other nutrition information available on every item they offer. Smoothie was delicious--still have some for today. Made an online order at 4pm for 6:15. My girlfriend went to pick up. The worker said their system didn't see but I got a charge from my bank. They refused to to make my pick up order. When asked to speak with a manager they said they were off today but gave out their number. When asked if anyone was available to talk to a person in the back just screamed "I'm on break, I'm on break, I don't want to deal with this" at 6:20 they called back after my girlfriend left to say the order just showed up on their computer.
