    Side salad with ranch dressing.
    Claudia C.

We were looking for a quick, simple dinner and decided to go here since we were in the area. After a 20 min check-in wait, we were seated. Drink order was slow to arrive, might have been a staffing problem, many vacancies. Our order was an easy one. It sounded so appetizing in print.Turkey slices and 2 sides: French fries, gravy. Now dont expect any stuffing or cranberries. I chose a side salad-2 selections of dressing, ranch, or honey mustard. This salad was huge, very generous in the serving size and fresh. My husband also got the turkey dinner with the Rice Medley and Redskin mashed potatoes. I could not finish my turkey, not because I was full, but because it was so bland, very little flavor. I have never had such tasteless meat! And the gravy was watery. The French fries were the highlight, fresh and hot. Both meals came with a slice of grilled bread. Our server, Lola, was the best, very sweet. She did a great job as busy as she was. Great location, clean, and ok prices. Maybe order something else next time, Sorry, only food picture is the salad. I forgot to take one of the entrees

I have nothing good to say about my visit here. I ordered curbside as I have my puppy with me. They had the phone off the hook so I couldn't let them know I was there. Called over 50 times. When I say something to guy at register, he went to get my food and then stopped to talk with someone with my food in his hand. I get my food and the waffle is sitting on top of my eggs, or sitting in its own container, looks uncooked and they didn't provide any syrup. I go eats a waffle without syrup? What a waste of money.

My family and I woke up with a hankering for some flapjacks and eggs. Growing up, my mother use to take my siblings and I to breakfast at our neighboring IHOP every Saturday morning, so why not start the tradition with my family right? Amongst arrival, We were greeted with an apathetic and cold "How many?" Everyone is not a morning person, so we brushed it off and went to our booth. Our waiter was in much better spirits as she greeted us and promptly took our order. I ordered the Steak and Eggs. Steak cooked med rare, eggs scrambled with cheddar cheese. My wife had a breakfast sampler and chicken and fries for little Johnny. He's not an egg guy. The steak came out with no sear and extremely over cooked. The syrup was watery and the ketchup bottle had about 2 squirts left tell empty. The flapjacks were good and eggs were cooked well, so all was not lost. I sent the steak back and started to type this review.... Haven't seen the waiter since. Hopefully she's getting more ketchup. Wishful thinking, Ha! This experience wasn't the best. I'll try a local eatery next time. Typically, chains really don't care about the food, much less the people eating it. Thanks for the cold ice waters, though! Update: The waiter just now came back and asked are we okay. More on this story as it develops.

Hands down my absolute FAVORITE brunch spot in all of Baltimore!! I've been here multiple times,…read moreand genuinely everything I've ever ordered has been amazing. The quality of the food is consistently so good, and it's one of those places I always look forward to coming back to! I definitely recommend "The Basics 2 Eggs & Meat" because you seriously can't go wrong with a good traditional breakfast! Another favorite of mine is "A Bit of Everything," which is perfect if you still want that classic breakfast but with a little something sweet on the side. Their ricotta-stuffed French toast is also AMAZING! It's rich, delicious, and definitely on the sweeter side, so if you have a sweet tooth, I highly recommend it! And OMG, I have to talk about their grits!! I'm a HUGE grits lover, and I genuinely think these are the BEST grits in all of Baltimore! If you love grits as much as I do, please do yourself a favor and order them as a side. They're seriously one of my favorite things on the menu! Their drinks are also great! I especially love their mimosas, and the mimosa sampler is such a fun option if you want to try different flavors. The restaurant itself is also super cute, with beautiful decor and a really nice ambiance that makes it perfect for brunch! My only real complaint is that this place is pretty frequently packed, which can sometimes affect the service. While the staff is nice, there have been times when service felt a little slow or it took quite a while before our server checked back in. I do wish they were a bit more attentive, especially when it comes to checking on tables throughout the meal. That being said, I absolutely LOVE this place, and the food alone keeps me coming back! Despite the occasional slower service and how busy it can get, I genuinely think it's worth it. If you're looking for a great brunch spot in Baltimore with delicious, high-quality food, this is definitely one I'd recommend!!

We also grabbed an order of their super skinny and crispy french fries. The total with drinks came to around the mid $40s (before tip) and the customer service was friendly and helpful, as well as a bonus short wait for the food. Everything was delicious. They also offer a great variety of sandwiches and drinks at brunch and a great seasonal menu. Absolutely worth your time if you are in the area and looking for great atmosphere, reasonable prices, and fantastic service.

We had a miscommunication during my order and when food came out, she quickly realized the problem. I want to give her praise because before we could even talk about who might have made the mistake, a corrected order was already sent to the kitchen. I don't usually do breakfast places twice but I would come back for the service and food.We ordered the following: Happy face pancake: 8/10 - she wished it was a little crispier but very good. Half and half: 9/10 - good and sweet Crab hash: 10/10 - phenomenal! I added Queso fresco Old fashioned: 8/10 good and strong! Mimi (manager I believe) checked on us often. Martina is the highlight.

The only reason I didn't give five stars because the Black Cherry mimosa was not as good. Went on a Sunday around 11:00am and the line was out the door. We only waited 20 min for a table since it was a party of 2. But I was hearing others wait time was 1 hour or more for large parties.

Honestly, the biscuit alone was worth the visiI also ordered hash browns and asked for them to be cooked extra hard and crunchy, just how I like them. Everything hit! Now, here's my advice: GO EARLY, especially on the weekends! Fells Point gets extremely busy, and Blue Moon Cafe does not take reservations. It's strictly first come, first served, with a sign-up list. So don't show up starving and expecting to be seated immediately.
