Service was great. My family and I love IHOP it is our go to place for breakfast food items. We love their menu choices and you can't go wrong. I would recommend.

Deliciously good, my party enjoyed our meal and we had a very very friendly waiter. The place wasn't too noisy either which was super nice.

I never thought I would give IHOP a 5 stars lol. I mean, IHOP is delicious and good but generally IHOP is like a diner that everyone goes to and usually has mediocre service with "ok" food. This establishment, however, made me feel like I was not in hole in a wall diner and made me realized that IHOP can actually have very authentic and great tasting food! This location is quite ample on the outside with no problems to park. Upon entering, we were greeted by our server, Delph, who was multi tasking, and told us to follow her. She sat us at our table and two mins later came by and asked us what we would like to drink. Throughout the entire time, Delph was amazing! She was on top of refills, she was super kind, friendly and hospitable. She took real good care of us and she really knows how to be a great waitress. Really, this review is made possible because of her. Thanks, Delph! In addition to Delph, the FOOD! OMG they have a chef who LOVES to cook! My husband and I looked at each other after taking one bite and we were shocked that we in IHOP. The food was just super fresh and seasoned ever so greatly. You can taste the quality and love that the kitchen made. Overall, truly enjoyed our breakfast here from an amazing kitchen and Delph!

IHOP was hopping this morning haha! Every table was filled, the servers were working hard, and the food was great. I was really impressed by all the staff at IHOP this morning, more than usual, because of the amount of people coming and going. They were all very nice and helpful, accommodating large groups of people who wanted to be seated in certain areas. Our server, Chris, overheard me saying happy birthday to my daughter as he was passing by and walked back to our table to wish her the same. He also gave her a dish of ice cream! I loved the crepe I ordered, and enjoyed the rest of my breakfast.

The menu had some interesting sandwich and burger options at pretty decent price points. My husband ordered a burger and enjoyed it. I decided to try the lobster grilled cheese, which sounded too good to pass up. When it came out, the lobster was chilled and the cheese wasn't melted, which definitely caught me by surprise. Our waitress mentioned it was supposed to be melted, but since I'm not one to play roulette with sending food back, I just went ahead and ate it. Even with that surprise, the flavors were still good and I left satisfied. The venue itself is large and nicely themed, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal. Overall, a solid spot with good service.

Restaurant was not overly busy and had plenty of staff to accommodate the small amount of guests. Waited almost an hour for our food with no apology from management. When our burgers were delivered our server claimed the kitchen made our burgers incorrectly- she either forgot to put it in or it had been sitting for quite sometime. Top burger bun was luke warm. Fries (that were an additional cost) were burnt. For the $17 price one would expect more than a thin slice of bacon for a burger with bacon in the name. "Enjoyed" the meal without anything to drink as I was never offered a refill of water.

We opted for the alcoholic drinks, but if I came again, I'd opt for the mocktails, as both we ordered were crazy light pours. The food was pretty good. The brew area is open, there is plenty of seating inside and out. There is a decent bar area and it is open to two food venues. Love the space and love the location. The BEER: Shamp's Irish Red Ale 4.5% ABV... I love this... perfectly balanced Irish red Hey There Sunshine NEIPA 6% ABV... a new England IPA with I think west or east coast hops, maybe even new Zealand. Not juicy quite hoppy and dry. Not what I was expecting Allandale Pennine Pale Ale 4.5% ABV... slightly fruity, a citus rind. Says it is an English pale ale. This one has some IBUs Hefe my Sun hefeweizen 5.4% ABV... this hefe is a tad Americanized with a little hoopiness to it, and I yes I made up those words. Still enough banana and clove, with a Miller finish. We had a dinner reservation for the night before Thanksgiving and for a good bit of our meal, we were the only ones there - but it did start filling up a bit throughout the night! We were six adults and service was fantastic. My husband opted for a one of their steaks, as well as the macaroni and cheese; he also started with the lobster bisque which is poured tableside and was literally so good - not too heavy on the cream and full of lobster and flavor. I started with the tomato heirloom salad - it was so unique and fun; from the charred lettuce, to the pesto flavor, to the fresh heirloom tomatoes and cheese - I really did enjoy this light way to start the meal. Then, I opted for the scallop dish - which was good! I didn't love the candied orange bits that were used for garnish, but did enjoy the rest of the meal! For his dessert, they brought out an odd dessert - it was like a lava cake...but with strawberries, caramel sauce, and topped with cotton candy? Haha, we all enjoyed trying it and all enjoyed different parts of it - but as a whole dish, it was a bit of a strange concept. Overall, we really enjoyed our meal and would certainly go back!

The ambiance and music were really enjoyable and made for a nice atmosphere. The lobster mac and cheese and shrimp cocktail were both great and definitely the highlights of the meal. They were out of mashed potatoes and offered a baked potato instead, which was fine, but felt a bit underwhelming for the type of dining experience and price point. Unfortunately, the tomahawk steak was a major disappointment. While the center was cooked okay, the steak arrived only lukewarm, which made it seem like it may have been cooked too early and sat before being served. On top of that, the exterior was so heavily charred that every bite tasted burnt and completely overpowered the flavor of the meat. For a steak at this price point, that level of quality was really disappointing. What made the experience worse was the confusion over pricing. Since the tomahawk was listed at market price, we specifically asked beforehand and were quoted $125 by our server. When the bill came, we were charged $175. After my husband questioned it, the explanation became unclear, and we were ultimately told $125 was the correct price and the bill was adjusted. Had we not spoken up, we would have been overcharged by $50. We really wanted to love this place for a special occasion and appreciate supporting local businesses, but overall the experience ended up being just okay.
