Was greeted and waited on immediately by a super friendly employee, Delph. She could not have been sweeter! She immediately upped my mood. I placed my order and she was back in a flash. Service is always Above Average when I visit this location about 4 times a year. Can't go wrong with breakfast items, today I had a Mega Burger and it was a little too greasy (even the bun had oil on the top of it). But for the most part I enjoy this location. We frequently visit this location and have always received friendly and expeditious service. However, today we were disappointed to wait about 20+ minutes to be seated and then another 60+ for the food to arrive, despite having ordered immediately. It is not the servers' fault: the kitchen was backed up. We were advised it would take about another 15 minutes, when that was totally accurate. We could hear people screaming in the kitchen. We did not see a manager, who should have circled the restaurant apologizing for the delay. It's one of our favorite restaurants, but it will be a while before we return. The host did not even say good morning and should have told us the 'real' waiting time, including how long the food is was expected to take. read more

IHOP is great for traveling. I actually ordered chicken and waffles. Crazy I know but I was craving both. I used all flavors of the syrups, butter pecan was the best. The kids ordered kid version of chicken and waffles, and pancakes, and RJ had eggs and bacon. read more

So happy to find out that IHOP offers gluten friendly pancakes! I have been there three times in the past two weeks. They are delicious and you can even get them on the 55 menu if you want. They do have a plant-based sausage but it's very salty, not too bad similar to MorningStar sausage. So nice to be able to eat pancakes again!!! The servers are very nice and friendly. read more

I ordered my breakfast. I used Uber Eats. I ordered at 9 am, first delivery time was 9:45 finally got here are 10:30. Of course the food was cold. I called the restaurant and the manager was just rude. Tried to blame Uber Eats, and Uber eats tried to blame the restaurant. I never got a replacement, or a refund. My son loves IHOP so we went here for a late meal. The place was understaffed and the tables were about 75% full. We stood at the front desk for a while until someone finally asked us if we were being helped. We were seated at a small table for two and was greeted by a young waiter who sounded like a used car salesman. Food came out in decent time which was expected but I wish I could say it was appetizing. I had the omelette with sliced steak but the steak tasted like rubber pieces. The pancakes are always good and my son enjoyed the "birthday cake" pancakes. Waited entirely too long for the check to come and than even longer to get it paid. The place was a lot more empty at that point too. The "Used Car Salesman" waiter handled everything with an upbeat attitude but I get like I was walking away with a used Hyundai. Chicken and waffle was basic and presentation was fine. Unfortunately , I was served up a plate of strawberries banana crepe was. dry unappetizing . That plate deserves 1-2 stars. No strawberries his season, that's understandable but no fresh bananas and looked nothing like it's picture in the me menu. there was some kind of sauce over it rather than just some simple whip cream. I've never had better wait service than with Quintan today. It wasn't even necessarily what he did for my family, but what I heard him doing for other tables. I'm not easily impressed but he always remembered the items asked of him, went the extra mile EVERY time and was very calm and reassuring. What a great guy and great service. It's an ihop in an area where the patrons average age must be about 65. It was packed, we had a party of 7. They tried to sit us in the back next to a party of 20 retirees who had overtaken the room. It is the first time anyone has ever suggested to me that we sit at a table all on one side facing the same direction in a line due to the room constraints and the other large party in the room. After our server left we did a quick chinese fire drill involving grabbing chairs and rearranging the table so that we could sit like normal & get our breakfast fix. The initials IHOP usually means "International House of Pancakes"- but in Clermont's location, it means "I Heart Old People". The nonstop 1950's/60's music was irritating enough- but when we asked the manager if there was a chance to lower the volume or change the muzak to something more universally appealing (really- how long has Elvis been dead now?)- the manager said that they were not able to do anything....Then there was the pathetic food. HOW on earth can you screw up a club sandwich? Ask IHOP in Clermont- they used one piece of browned lettuce, some really thick lunch meat -rolled up into spirals- and a piece of plasticy cheese, all underneath a doughy nasty BUN. I expected Adam Sandler's "Lunch-lady" to come waltzing out of the kitchen, given the food. Boyfriend's food was just as gross. You would have to pay me major bucks to eat there again.And give me earplugs. read more

I thought this was a good ihop location. There's nothing exceptional about it, but I did l go on a busy Sunday, and they were moving people through pretty steadily. I tried the new French toast (banana, peanut butter, chocolate). I didn't love it, but the eggs and standard breakfast items were good. I'm sure we'll go back again. It definitely hits the spot when you're looking for a fast, inexpensive breakfast meal. Warning though: the French toast is not as good as it looks in the photos ;) read more

As always, first the good. Food was fresh, clean place and nice environment. Now the bad. The server had a good mood initially but all of a sudden, the server changed her tone and made our group feel unwelcomed. Yeah, she might have felt something from our side that might have made her behave like the way she did, but we were at a loss to know why she was not happy with being at this place. The biggest sign of her not being happy with us was the fact that the people in next table over were being treated like kings and queens, while we were being treated like peasants. Was on a bus trip to go Riverboat gambling in New Orleans- When I pulled the bus over to get Some flapjacks! However, I was disappointed when I found out what I was really in for... I ordered he Mozzarella sticks as well as a Chocolate milk, and of course a Grilled Cheese (Well done). The Sticks were solid, the waiter had a Mel Gibson-ish feel to him, and the Grilled cheese was a bit too crisp. The only positive was the chocolate milk, which was very satisfying! read more

Meh experience. Read the Yelp reviews and almost decided not to come but gave it a chance. The old timey music was the first thing that stuck out to me--it gets very annoying after a while (something another reviewer had mentioned--he/she was right). The food was poorly cooked--the french toast tasted like plastic and was undercooked. The coffee was kinda oily. Our waitress was nice and got us a new batch of french toast. Overall, however, I would say the food was bland and the music was just irritating. I won't be returning to this IHOP. read more

I spent the night with my girlfriend to go to IHOP. Usually for me IHOP is a no-brainer easy and good place to eat but this place was not pleasurable to eat. The music was just non-stop 1950's greatest hits. It was annoying and just made the place comical until it actually began to upset me. The waitress spilled our coffee ( accidents happen but it's a stacking effect ) and then our food came out uncooked and cold. The coffee was also sub-par. You could easily go to 7/11 and get better coffee for a cheaper price. I wouldn't recommend eating here. I would suggest finding another IHOP. read more

Was quickly greeted & seated, party of 6, server friendly & attentive. Ordered Colorado Omelet & Harvest grain pancakes only to be told that they ran out of Harvest Grain pancakes & it was only 0930am! Don't understand that, Pancake House running out of Pancakes! Another issue was our group used 2 tables but only 1 coffee pot to share between tables, although our sever did refilled pot as requested. And finally my Colorado Omelet was warm but not as hot as usually served elsewhere, the cheese on the omelet was melted but dry, not my first choice in the future to visit even when we debated between IHOP & Denny's. read more

My wife and I have had people cut in front of us three different times while waiting to be seated and this morning this stupid old women acted like her seating pager went off when the person standing behind her had the pager that was going off. I will say that of all the IHOP I had been this one gets less than a star. Service=0 from the moment we got seated I could feel the tension between the servers, I don't know or care if they go by rotation but you could feel that they dont want to serve you. Even though the server was standing 5 feet from our table she didn't greet us. While we waited for the server to bring our drinks we witness another server arguing out loud that they(hostess) had given her tables to another server which make her mad, she wanted to go home. Food =1 Hashbrowns tasted like burned oil, bacon was cold, it took about 10 minutes for our server to come and check on us by this time my mom didn't want anything else. Server put the check on the table without asking if we needed anything else or have a great day. If you really want people to come back you need to have servers that have motivation to work and this place completely lacks of it. read more
