Not sure what's going on at this location but they allow pick up inside despite the signs that say curbside only. However, they appear to have a serious issue with parking and online ordering. I was standing in the parking lot when I called to notify them that I had arrived for curbside (following instructions, you know), and the associate was standing outside when she answered the phone to tell me my food wasn't ready. Mind you, I myself was ten minutes late, and when the associate (Diana) answered the phone OUTSIDE, she told me my food wasn't ready WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING. I guess she couldn't hear or see me when I was standing 10 feet away from her, looking directly at her. Doesn't look much when you drive by until you actually go inside and order that's when the magic happens. Everything in the IHOP just lights up like Christmas decorations. The workers were so helpful and caring. The whole time I was dining there I felt very at home and comfortable. I used to underestimate local IHOPS in my area but they are perfect for the quick pick-me-up breakfast and need just a homestyle feel for breakfast. Totally recommend it if you love pancakes just like me. One place I would never recommend is Mcdonald's hotcakes. I frequently read articles about how Mcdonald's food in your intestines is black. I have been here many, many times over the years. It is truly a great place to eat and definitely a staple of our community. The coffee is always spot-on, the food is always good and the staff is ALWAYS nice. I usually enjoy the spinach and mushroom omelet combo here, w/ the whole-grain pancakes and a side of turkey bacon or sausage. It's a very tasty and somewhat healthy choice. And yes, we all know that IHOP is a chain, but this location is hands down one of the best locations that I've visited in this area. Several people came after us and got their food ordered and given. Majority of our food was wrong and waited another 10-15min for our food to get corrected. My business networking group used to love meeting here (2 yrs mind you!) for breakfast until the manager created a policy that all had to be present to be seated. The service was always good with two servers in particular, but when management stepped in and insisted we all be present to be seated at 8am in the morning when the restaurant was almost empty, that just turned us off. We understand if this was a busy lunch or dinner hour when servers can't handle all the tables but come on, when there are plenty of servers and the restaurant needs the business in these difficult times. Pleasantly surprised after coming here on a Sunday morning. Server was attentive with drinks and other staff asked if we needed anything else. Food came out warm. And that's exactly what we did. But it gets better. When we ordered, and briefly explained that she'd be eating the pancakes and I wouldn't, the waiter... Micah, by the way... Asked if I had any dietary reasons. I explained that I follow a keto diet (easiest explanation, and a close approximation). He offered to ask the kitchen to make the omelet with fresh shelled eggs instead of the normal prepared egg wash, because that's made with a touch of pancake batter to make them fluffier. Yes,you can eat healthy! If you have strict dietary needs they can accommodate. I have Celeac and dairy issues; I just plan ahead. My favorite thing to order is the egg white omelet with spinach, tomato, and avocado,then top it off with Cholula hot sauce. I also get a side order of fruit. This IHOP is fantastic! I was excited to see that ihop was open for Christmas and that they have g-free pancakes. Everyone was super nice except our server, Samantha. I was hoping to leave a generous tip since it's Christmas, but it unfortunately didn't happen that way. She brought over my drink with my husband's bowl of coffee creamer sitting on top of my drink so the bowl was in my soda. Gross. I asked the food runner for a new drink because I saw something on my ice. Samantha comes back and sits the new drink down and says nothing. She only asks "is everything okay here" later. And that was the only time she checked on us. No refills. My husband had to ask. She also made it a point to check all her tables and skip over us. When this location first opened, I would have given many more stars, because the service and food used to be top notch, but my most recent visit was awful. We were seated right away, which was great, however we were seated all the way in the back corner, presumably because of our young children. We were seated here because "the high chair would be out of the traffic", despite there being only a few other diners. Because we were placed so far back, behind a short wall, it seems we were forgotten about the waitstaff. It took about 5 minutes before our drink order was taken, and about another 10 minutes before our dinner order taken. I ordered the appetizer sampler and the chicken Florentino crepes, my wife ordered a Colorado omelette. When the food was delivered, about 15 minutes later (fair waiting time) The appetizers were slightly warm, the crepes were served lukewarm/cool, with the wrong sauce served on the side (I requested hollandaise, was given poblano cheese sauce). My wife said her omelette was hot and delicious, so it wasn't totally terrible. The kids meals seemed fine, they'll eat whatever, anyway. Waitstaff was nice and polite, but rarely visited our table to check on us. Once each for drink/dinner orders, delivering the food, and then that was it until we were finished and she was dropping off the check; so my wife and I spent half the meal with empty drink glasses waiting for refills. We paid and left a few moments later to conclude our trip. A few other points of contention for me: we were seated next to the waitstaff's small work station, which had trash and sugar packets littering the floor. Despite numerous visits there by the staff, no one bothered to pick up the mess on the floor, nor to empty the overflowing trash can that sat next to my wife during our visit. It was disgusting and I hated to look at the constant, ignored mess. IHOP used to be a great place, but recent visits, and finally this one really ruined my views on a place I used to enjoy.
