Very messy non crispy bacon egg cheese New Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich
    Roxanne B.

My last trip to IHOP ever.....They no longer have stuffed French toast :( Note I have not been here in over 3yrs but still very disappointed after eating it for over 10yrs when we did go. Opted for the buttermilk biscuit with bacon egg and cheese with French fries as my side. This was a disaster, they use a liquid cheese , queso, which made this super messy!! Had to eat with a fork, then there is the bacon which was not crispy at all!! The biscuits was flaky but not a good choice for this sandwich. The French fries were so blah...only plus was there was so much queso cheese on the side to dip them in. The strawberry cheesecake pancakes were ok but definitely needed more more strawberry syrup but our waitress never came back so we were not able to ask if they had a syrup to add. The vanilla cold brew was just cold coffee with a foam on top but they bring vanilla creamers to add yourself...big disappointment. The pablano omelette was descent, had steak and avocado on top. Service was lacking, Kimera never visited except to take the order, delivered the food and finally the bill. Definitely will never visit any IHOP again, unless they bring back the stuffed French toast:) much better options for breakfast and local. (Hint hotcakes Emporium)

We really enjoyed our meal here! The host/server was a really sweet and professional young man. The restaurant was really clean and presentable. The only downside is that service was a little slow. But other than that, we had a great time. We went late at night and had breakfast for dinner. My daughter really enjoyed her smiley face pancake. I got the classic breakfast burrito with sausage and I upgraded my side to the cinnamon crapes. I am SO, SO thrilled that IHOP brought back the Cinna-stack pancakes! But I decided to go out on a limb and try the crêpes instead. Normally I'm a fan of having more filling, but I actually feel like it overwhelmed the thin crêpe. If stuck between the two, I would definitely recommend doing the pancakes. My burrito was well folded and definitely hit the spot. I would recommend this IHOP location for sure!

Visited the other morning since IHOP has just recently reopened. It was pretty quiet and it took a few minutes for a staff member to come out from the back to seat us. Luckily our server was excellent. Always checking in us and making sure we had topped off coffee. IHOP has plenty of options and I had the Lingonberry crepes which was a nice portion without being too heavy. Also the Lingonberries aren't overly sweet like some of the other fruit options. My Mom had the 2x2x2 which was eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes. She thought it all came out Luke warm at best. Overall not bad and it's good to see the business open again.

Great food, only have had breakfast, so I can't speak for the rest of the menu. Service is fast and price is right.

Absolutely horrible. The staff spends their time yelling at eachother. They take forever and the food is gross and never right.

Favorite breakfast place in Brownsburg. Pancakes are very tasty and service is good. Maybe a bit overpriced.

The protein quantity is perfect as it has ham, bacon and sausage in it, and the omelette is larger than what you'd think. Cooked well and is flavorful! The only downside is that it doesn't come with other sides so there is an up-charge to add pancakes and hash like I did. The pancakes were solid! Fluffy and easily soaks up syrup. The hash was phenomenal and paired well with my omelette for additional protein and flavor. Overall, the food is great here! Customer Service: During the breakfast and lunch crowds, this place is booming! But the cashier and waitresses were amazing at handling the room. From my observations, they were attentive and were polite with everyone. Shoutout to Grace, who was waitress! Ambiance: This place very casual, and family friendly for all ages. I've seen elderly couples, families, younger couples, and somewhat large gatherings (e.g, a group of 8) and the staff ensures everyone is taken care of. Come as you are and be patient on weekends!! It is busy but you won't wait long and any wait will be worth it!

This place came highly rated on Yelp so we were all excited! I went for it: chicken fried steak, pimento grits and coffee. The coffee was fine and when we started ordering, that's when the problems happened. For some reason due to the POS software, they were unable to add items to an order. At some point, it just became "ok leave it as-is, just go with it". The poor server was at the mercy of the software. There were a lot of people there and the food took longer than expected. When I got the breakfast, I have to admit, it did not meet my expectations. But you need to remember, I am from Hawaii and this probably was my first authentic chicken fried steak and grits. The grits were like mushy, overcooked oatmeal - like very mushy - one would say it's overcooked. But what do I know? I don't know. The chicken fried steak was ok. The gravy was kind of sweet and I don't know.... I guess I expected more. Again, this is coming from someone from Hawaii who has never eaten this food before. I will say the prices were AMAZING! This meal started at $8.99.

Only 1 waitress was working unfortunately the service lacked refills and it was super slow to get the food. The biscuits were dry either they were cooked yesterday or overcooked today not sure which. The sandwiches would be easier to eat if the biscuits didn't fall apart immediately. The loaded home fries were the best part, be sure to ask for extra crispy or your potatoes will get soggy. Place was clean and today there was plenty of seats available.

I ordered the veggie frittata and a latte. The portion was honestly much bigger than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Both the food and the latte were really enjoyable. I got a Portuguese Skillet, the wife got her normal scrambled eggs well done, sausage, potatoes and toast. My skillet (hash browns, Chouriçoa sausage, scrambled egg, chopped peppers) came with an option of pancakes, they were good but I could have skipped them- that Skillet is filling! Everything was prepared well, came out pretty quickly. Our server, Ruth, was polite and effective. She engaged at just the right amount to make us feel welcome, without hovering. It's not inexpensive, but I do think fairly priced for today's economics, we spent $40-ish. If we lived near one of these would likely come in from time to time.

My boyfriend and I came on Mother's day (unintentionally) and we waited about 10-15 minutes to sit at the bar. Getting our orders taken & our food served definitely took a bit of time, but we enjoyed seeing all the cooks in action and getting to smell all the amazing smells!! I got Grandpa's one pan skillet and my boyfriend got the sausage breakfast sandwich on croissant bread. All I gotta say is those chefs definitely knew what they were doing! The flavors were unique and intentional and I enjoyed every bite. The home fries (potatoes) were also so yummy and everything was cooked really well. There's nothing basic about borage and I love that! This place is a gem. They also have a cafe/market area where you can order drinks and pastries. I wish we waited until we got seated to order drinks because the menu was much more extensive than what I saw in the cafe and I would have ordered a different drink had I seen all the other options.
