I enjoyed the light music and upscale atmosphere in here on a Saturday night- got seated right away. Tried the Thai fried rice and enjoyed everything overall, just a little pricy. The wait times seemed a little long, but still had a great time.

Thai District is a regular spot for me when I want to Thai one on. Very nice inside, always great and attentive service. It's a great spot for lunch with a friend or a dinner date. I've even taken my family on Christmas Eve before. Wide array of dishes on the menu. I went with my goto which is the Volcano Chicken. Tonight I opted for mild heat to take it easy on my stomach, and it was delicious. My dining partner opted for the same dish but seasoned "extra hot". He said he would choose "Thai Hot" next time because he really likes spicy food. A great spot in Brownsburg when you want some Thai food with a nice atmosphere. Parking is easy at the back of the building and they have an entrance there as well.

I was in the mood for curry but didn't want to cook so we decided to order from Thai District. Have driven past often but have never visited until today. The decoration inside the restaurant may seem a lot but it actually creates a nice, pleasant atmosphere and it's not too loud I side. Being late afternoon, they weren't too busy. Both curries were delicious. The beef in my green curry was still tender and the green beans weren't overcooked. We both got the mild and the only negative was my daughter found the chicken in her yellow curry to be a bit dry. Will probably dine in next time as I want to try more dishes on the menu.

A very delicious Thai food located in Brownsburg on the Main street. One of the best Thai food in Hendricks county that we have tried. Especially their Panang curry is awesome. They have many vegetarian options and includes some vegan too. Their customer service is great. This place is business casual and family friendly too. They do dine in and carry out. They have a huge parking space behind the restaurant. They have accessibility entry ways. This place is a definite try.

We had a wonderful dinner at Thai District. It was my first visit. I don't usually order crab Rangoon but we decided to give them a try. They were amazing. Really great flavors. The server suggested I get a seafood dish since I think all kinds. I ordered it hot and the spice level was perfect. A good runny nose. The space is cool and easy to get to from the back parking lot. Beautiful chandeliers and decor. Will be back soon.

Would recommend! The salmon was a little over cooked but the sauce is delicious. The service was fine.

    Appetizer sampler

Good Thai food and nice ambience. The appetizer sampler was great as was the crab fried rice, yellow curry, pad see ew & pad Thai. We did medium which if I didn't have my teenagers definitely would have gone hot as the medium wasn't really spicy at all. Service was good and they came by often!

    They deflated their crab Rangoon:(

So one of my guilty pleasures is very spicy food. Whenever we eat Thai I order the volcano chicken extra Thai hot and when they pour that spicy goodness on that hot plate it turns into a steam that is just below the level of tear gas. Inevitably the entire restaurant breaks out into coughing fits as I'm enjoying my ridiculously hot food. Service can be slow on a Friday or Saturday between 530-8 so I recommend a different time!!!!

My girlfriend and I checked this place out due to the good yelp reviews and were not disappointed! We walked in through the back and came to the front of the restaurant and were promptly seated. We got a great table on an elevated platform right next to the bar. Our waitress was nice and quickly got us drinks and took down our appetizers! We ordered 3 appetizers and loved them all!! The dumplings, spring rolls and crab ragoons! I have to say.. I don't normally like the ragoons at places but I loved these. The dumplings were full of flavor and the spring rolls were fresh and delicious. Our food came out and first impression, look wise, we were very impressed. Big portions. Great looking food. Fresh looking ingredients. We expected no less due to the quality and flavor of the appetizers. My garlic beef was fantastic. Very well cooked and in an awesome sauce! Was highly recommended by the waitress and I was not disappointed. My girlfriend got the orange chicken and we thought it was really good.. just maybe more breading than chicken in some bites. Over all we really enjoyed this restaurant and will for sure be coming back!!

I feel terrible that I never got around to writing an updated review for one of our favourite restaurants in Indiana. Thai District has been our go-to place since they opened. During the lockdown, they remained open and provided us with safe food options. They have watched our sons grow up, and our boys feel like family when we visit. Whether it's a busy or slow night, we always feel welcomed and cared for. We love the decor and the music they play. Every time we visit, I try something new, but my favourite dish is the drunken noodles, and my husband loves the cashew (Thai Hot!).

First impressions of this restaurant were that it's gorgeous and the food delivered on flavor! We started with the Thai District Platter which is a lot of food. It was a tasty adventure figuring out what everything was. I judge most places by their springs rolls and the Thai Spring Rolls left me wanting more. For an entree I went with my favorite Crab Fried Rice and it was the best I've had in a long time!! Not fishy at all and very balanced on the veggies. The drinks specials sounded fun but I went with a ginger tea and it was just right. Service was fast and friendly.

Thai District will always be our most favorite Thai restaurant in all of Indianapolis! We found this gem when living at the apartment complex across the street and, since then, has been the place we dined at the most since moving here. the other night, we even drove from Carmel to have dinner here. The restaurant is smaller, but the decor is beautiful. Because the restaurant is on the smaller side, there are only 1-2 people working the front of the house at a time. It might take awhile to be greeted but the wait is worth it!! The menu is very extensive and there is something for everyone. I ordered the sweet and sour with chicken and portions are huge! We always have leftovers. If you're looking for a great Thai restaurant, this is it!!

Thai Basil has parking lot, and you can choose to dine in or grab your meal to go. I went with the Massaman curry, ordered it medium hot with tofu, and was delighted when it arrived with a spring roll, salad, and soup. Talk about a lunch. Most Thai places only toss in a spring roll or soup, but here, they know how to treat a hungry guest. I ate my food and felt full and happy, ready for a nap. Next time I am turning up the heat and trying it hot, because I like my curry with a little more kick. This curry had a fun twist with a touch of sweetness, pineapple, nuts, and a few surprise ingredients I had never seen before. The food was fantastic and I will absolutely be back when I run out of new to me places in town. The portions are generous, the price is right, and Thai Basil just earned a spot in my Thai foodie hall of fame. Thai Basil, you have a new fan. The only hiccup was that most of my soup took a little trip in the bag, thanks to a sneaky/broken lid that didn't stay put. Thankfully, the bit that survived was delicious!
