Previously Thai Charm: This is a great place on the southside of Indy to get Thai! They offer pick up which is what I have done in the past, but this is the first time dining in. Lots of open space- tables and booths. Throughout the time it wasn't too busy in the dining, but you can tell they were busy with to-go orders (I *believe* they are on DoorDash too for delivery). Tonight I did the drunken noodles and Thom Yum soup. Love the wide noodles of this dish! Lots of great vegetables. And you can never go wrong with the soup! It's good no matter what protein you pick! The crab Rangoon was not served in the traditional form, but I quite liked it this way, especially with the dipping sauce. The sweet, tangy cucumber relish that came with the chicken satay was the star of the show for this lunch. It paired very nicely with the chicken. My partner enjoyed the pineapple chicken rice, but stated it would've been better if the tomato and pineapple were chopped more finely. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive! We have been visiting Thai Bliss since it was Thai Charm. We LOVE Pear (spelling?) and her team. They always treat us very well and everyone is so friendly. The food is absolutely delicious and if you have some special dietary needs like my wife does, they do everything they can do to accommodate (no oil, for example). Walked into Thai Bliss after a long travel day from California. The first things that caught my eye were the amazing Bible scriptures on the wall, which truly lifted my spirit, and the ginormous American flag in the dining room! Grabbed takeout from here this evening, and had an overall good meal. I had the Pad Egg noodle, mild +, and a side of rice. The dish had an overall great flavor. The noodles were a little clumpy, and there wasn't a ton of vegetables in the dish for the overall price. An upcharge for pork when chicken was included seemed a little crazy to me- especially when I got a few little pieces. The dish wasn't the best presented either for the total price. I can normally handle my spice at Thai places at a medium level- having not been here before, I played it safe- the mild + was like medium + for me in my opinion. A $1 upcharge for using an online ordering platform is little annoying too- especially since I didn't know until after I looked at my receipt (will order over the phone next time). We met friends to enjoy an early dinner of Thai food. We had eaten here before but the name of the restaurant used to be Thai Charm. We found that it was run by the same group of people as before. We got a friendly welcome back greeting and were seated right away. We shared spring rolls, fried tofu, and curry puffs. My favorite was the hot crispy spring rolls. We got the Carb Rangoon those were really tasty, the sauce was very sweet and was really good! The green curry was very nicely spiced and was a nice portion. We love Thai Bliss!! Take out or Eat in it's all great! Our favorites are pineapple fried rice with chicken and chicken red curry medium. We like to start with summer rolls with shrimp in the rice paper! The two sauces that come with those ones of peanut and I don't know what the other one is called so so so delicious! It squeaks a five star because its ingredients are great, and flavors more closely approximate food you'd find in Thailand. We've been here three times, and this time, it was Pad Woon Sen, Thai Fried Rice (with pineapple), and an order of straight fried rice with beef (our carnivorous friend). The Pad Woon Sen is a kitchen-cleaner sort of dish, and this one was great. Lots of veggies, thin noodles, spiced just right. The Thai Fried Rice (with pineapple) was different than last time, less pineapple, and seemed like it might've been rushed through the wok. My carnivorous friend hoovered the beef fried rice, declaring it fabulous. This was takeout, and although the prices were a little high, it was of good quality and was prepared pretty quickly. They have decent parking at this location, and a fairly large dining room. It's a clean place, and the cooks are visible if you want to watch them. I've always like a kitchen I could watch. We'll go again as we're in the neighborhood pretty frequently. read more

We had pad Thai, massum curry and tom yum and crab Rangoon. Pad Thai and crab Rangoon were tasty. We ordered 2 stars and not hot at all. We had to get special chili oil but never as good as when they come ok either if. Massamum again not spicy enough and too sweet and loose/runny. Tom Yum was brothy and not sharp enough with enough lime. The place definitely had the chemical smell maybe from the nail or hair salon. Food quality has gone notably down since changing ownership and name. What other direction could it could go? It was literally the best before. The various fried rices aren't as "wow" as before but still decent. The curries are WAY oily now and they swapped out some of the veggies. Their steamed white rice often tastes old/has burned parts from sitting in the rice cooker. Their "fresh" summer rolls are anything but that, the lettuce/carrots in them are sometimes off/slimy. Thom Yum is still good. The restaurant often has a chemically smell now. Service is fine. read more
