This was a great restaurant my friends took me to while visiting. The burgers are big and full of flavor. I was impressed! We requested a table on the covered patio. It was a beautiful Fall day in Indiana. We were celebrating "Dolly Parton or 9-2-5" day on 9/25 as Bru advertised the vodka based Dolly Partini, with half the proceeds going to her Imagination Library foundation. The drinks were good, but quite sweet. For dessert, we ordered the Peach White Chocolate Bread Pudding to share. It was decadent, topped with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream on the side. It was a perfect ending to a good meal. The restaurant has a nice bar and dining area as well as the cool patio. If you are in the area, give it a try! read more

Ordered food for Mother's day lunch. I had a set time to pick up my food whoch goy pushed back. When I arrived, I called the restaurant from the pick up parking spot and they said it would be a 10 minute wait. The lady who answered the phone said she would bring our food out. After waiting another 15 minutes, I went inside and found my food waiting at the pick up desk but Noone was there. The food itself was just ok. Two of my kids have eaten here before and had high expectations but both agreed it wasn't as good. I got the garlic burger with onion rings. I removed the cheddar on the burger and it seems they added more Swiss cheese instead so the whole top burger patty was overwhelmed with cheese. The onion rings were OK but the batter on the was too cakey and they weren't crispy. read more

It's so funny how I have never actually eaten at this location but have ordered curbside so many times. I will eat in one day but this cold day I wanted to take advantage of Devour Indy and I ordered to go. I ordered the Bowl of Chili and the Provençal burger. When I parked, I just called the number on the sign and they come out with your order that you can pay there or ahead of time. Once home, I could see how well they packed all my food. All the condiments (sour cream, shredded cheese, and chopped onions) were packed nicely for the chili. It was all delicious, I love trying the different burgers they have and did not disappoint. read more

Food was average. Floor, table, and chairs were dirty. Not busy. Employees lounging in a booth. Manager seated us at the dirty table so comes from the top down. Waiter did not remove dirty plates. Not what it used to be for sure. Sad. read more

Always great customer service and servers. The fries, onion rings and house made ketchup are awesome! Never had a bad burger from this location. And the bartender, Reggie, makes the BEST old fashioned! read more

Such great service! Sat at a high top booth/ table. Nice patio for when the weather is nice. Very nice inside. Server was excellent. Don't forget to use your Cunningham card for points. They can look you up by name. There's an app now too. My burger was delicious!! It's a newer addition to the menu. Very tasty and a little messy. read more

After traveling we checked into our hotel and asked the clerk about a good place to eat at 8:00 pm. She recommended Bru Burger Bar and she was spot on! It has a classy sports bar vibe, with enough TVs to entertain the sports lover, but classy enough to relax in style. My beer choice was a local one from Daredevil Brewing Co., in Speedway In. called Lift Off. It is a 7.2% IPA and since we are heading to Wis. the spouses choice was Miller Lite. Especially fitting since the Milwaukee Brewers were playing on the tv. Our server was great! Thank you Daesha, for being exceptionally nice to weary travelers. Kelly delivered our meals with the upmost advice and help. I added the House sauce to my burger per her advice. A must stop on our return trip. I can't let the "cat out of the bag" but the House Sauce was sooo great. read more

THANK YOU BROWNSBURG BRU BURGER and Storm the bartender. You have restored my faith in Bru burger. My beer was incredible fresh orange and my impossible burger was absolutely PERFECT! The fries were delicious and for the first time I even loved the house made ketchup! So instead ingredients Bru all together, its worth the drive from Westfield to Brownsburg to get great service, great food and drinks. Thanks again Ms. Storm for making my first experience here a great one. read more

Food was pretty good, I should have added bbq sauce to my burger bc it really kicked it up a notch! Would recommend going with at least 2 people if you want the fires because it was a very large portion and Al La cart. Service was great, came in 45 minutes before closing and they made sure to service us properly without losing quality. read more

My wife and I visited recently and just wanted to note what had been our usually fantastic Cobb Salad was a bit smaller with reduced ingredients. What use to be chicken presented across the top of the salad is now a few chopped chunks scattered within a chopped salad mix. Lacking in guacamole, cucumber, egg and cheese as well. Hope this isn't a trend and we just caught an off evening. I was a bit cavalier in not checking or keeping a copy of the receipt. 2 x $14 salads and a coke plus tax and 20% tip should not be $59. Just a thought read more

Nice ambiance. A variety of seating options. Nice bar options. No flavored ice tea here. Their impossible burger is the best vegan I've had. It had vegan cheese and mayo and all the toppings. Pickles are a big deal to me and theirs are good. The onion rings though get a one star. They were very greasy and no flavor. read more

First and foremost it starts with service. Kayla our "bar tender" server is by far the happiest most cheerful server I can remember. She not only interacts with customers and her fellow staff members extremely well. She knows her drinks as well as anyone, she knows her menu items and even offers various variations to help us customers find that great meal. read more

Great place for lunch or dinner with the kids. Very close to the ballpark. We all had burgers (of course) very good.

Jordan, Ellis and the staff at Brownsburg are AMAZING! Great customer service and their food is great!

I wasn't overly impressed with this place. It was my first visit so I would need a couple of more visits. I read where other people love it...Eh? I ordered a Double Bacon burger. It is suppose to be two smash burgers. I am a pseudo carnivore. I like my burger very moist and order them raw know most times they come "pink and medium rare." My waitress told me they couldn't do that with "smash burgers" cause they are too thin. She said it would be best to order "regular" burgers. They could be done medium then. I said ok. There were six of us and it took a little while. We got sat outside because our reservations got messed up. The flys were another thing I didn't like. There were enough to be a bother and destroy any ambiance created. Back to my burgers. I got smash burgers delivered anyway. I guess the cooks were not informed or they couldn't read? I don't know. I was hungry. I asked for mustard and had to wait extra on that. (No biggie just recording down my experience.) I ordered no bun and that was done but I think it was an after thought correction. When you look at the picture on the menu, mine came completely upside down. As if they had a bun there and just flipped everything over to remove it. I asked for the "garden" to be off on the side, burgers come on top of it all. I wasn't sure who was responsible for setting up the plate as I requested but it was a failure, minor as it was. The sad part is the burgers were dry, so I was unimpressed. (Most of the juiciness came from the bacon) Did I complain...no. I was someone's guest that night. They paid the bill and tipped the waitress properly. No need for her to go home broke 'cause of the cook. read more

Food and service were great! Very attentive. Food came out quick and all was good. Will definitely be going back.

Ordered the garlic three cheese burger and it was absolutely delicious! First time we try this restaurant and I already want to come back.

**RATING BASED SOLELY ON SERVICE** As a big Bru fan i was very disappointed with service received on 8/9/25. It was such a nice day, so we opted to sit out on the(shaded) patio. There was one other small party of 3 outside and inside was pretty empty also, so no obvious need to expect delays. After about 10-15 minutes of no one coming by, I stepped inside to make sure a server was assigned. The hostess said she would inform the server. More time passes before a server comes out and apologies for the wait to the OTHER table, takes their order, and returns inside. Again no acknowledgement of our presence at all. I was able to catch up to him at the door to question if he could find our server and he appeared confused but stated he would look into it. More time passes before he eventually returns, apologizes and offers a complimentary appetizer for the wait and bringing water. A different person brought out the appetizers, and based on his attire we had to assume he was a manager. He never disclosed who he was but placed our appetizer down and turned to walk away without saying ANYTHING at all. We did ask if he was the manager and proceeded to enlighten him on our experience. Based on his own behaviors as the manager i don't have a lot of faith in it being handled appropriately. Hopefully the individual(s) responsible for training the servers AND managers have a better handle on providing good customer service...in a service industry. read more

Was recommended this burger joint by a friend, so we stopped by to give it a try. The specialized burgers on the menu were interesting, but both my husband and I decided to get their classic bru burger to have a medium to judge off. Sadly, we weren't extremely impressed. The burgers themselves were just so incredibly greasy, all I could taste was the grease. The unique cheese and special sauce couldn't even be tasted, just grease. The appetizers were nice and did not have that greasy taste and the fries were crispy and tasty. read more

Came here with a friend after not knowing what we wanted to eat for dinner. The minute we walked in we were greeted so much warmly by the staff and quickly seated at a booth. Our waitress was super sweet and came over often to make sure we were well taken care of as well. Now let's get to the food. The pretzel bites were warm and so good with the beer cheese. I ordered a veggie black bean burger and it was delicious. The only thing I wish was that their black bean patty wasn't so mushy. However, everything else on the burger was delicious and the habanero hot sauce added the perfect kick. One additional thing I always appreciate about Bru Burger is the fact that they are open to customizing any burger on the menu and always provide any additional sauces on the side that you request without the additional cost. Great service, great food, and wonderful ambiance. Will definitely be back! read more

Service was really great at this Bru. We both ordered burgers with no buns. One side of fruit one side of Onion Rings. Burger had great taste but were very very well done. Kinda dry. Onion rings had a nice crisp coating. Fruit was good. Our first experience at a Bru was in Caramel years ago. We weren't very impressed. We'd come back to this location and order a burger not quite as well done. Our server was nice and personable. She kept our drinks filled. read more

Absolutely ridiculous they are requiring all restaurant workers to come in at normal business hours today. I do not agree these are essential workers, so many credible businesses are closed today because they care for their employee's safety!! One business day closed is not going to kill your business but I can only hope you learn from this and better your ethics when it comes to employee safety. read more

Everything was great until receiving the check to find a $22.40 martini on it. If you fancy a drink that isn't beer, go elsewhere.

We stopped in for lunch and we were not disappointed. The service was great and the food was fantastic. We ordered a couple of beers on tap that were cold and poured great(no foam). Good food, but service was over-attentive. No less than 7 people, in addition to our server, interrupted our conversation to ask how we were doing. First time I've experienced that! Also, gave us chips, instead of fries. Did fix it when we asked. I am unhappy that the shrimp Mac and cheese is off the menu, but the gorgonberry salad is still a dream. read more

Deborah and I visited Bru Burger tonight and had a fabulous meal! Bru Burger is one of the Cunningham Group restaurants, and we LOVE all of their restaurants. We were lucky enough to be served by Macinzy, who is just delightful! Deborah had a delicious Cod Sandwich with a side of onion rings, and I had a Siracha Caeser Salad with shrimp. Oh my goodness, the salad was a "10"!!! Beautifully served and scrumptious. I tried a bit of Deb's sandwich and an onion ring, and they were equally awesome. Macinzy got our food out to us fast and took good care of us tonight. For us, it's really important that our hot food is HOT, and our cold food is COLD, and that's exactly how we got it tonight. Our total bill was $33.79. Overall experience tonight was SPOT-ON! read more
