This place can be a bit tricky to get to if you are driving and needing to park. They do have a parking lot out back of the building i didn't know about before but saw when we were leaving. The interior is really open with stadium like seating and tables ( baseball themed ) The food was pretty good but looking at past menus uploaded you can see the pricing has gone up quite a bit BUT the quality is still there. The waiter we had was friendly and attentive without hovering or ignoring everyone else seated. When we stopped in around 1pm it was pretty quiet so probably a good time to check it out. I have been here 2 times. Both times I have ordered the Italian Beef sandwich, added cheese and sweet peppers and its so good. I did get the juice on the side, and extra of it. My mom got the Chicago Hot dog and thought it was good. It was not hot though because the toppings are cold. The place is busy, but not too busy. They do have TV's every where so you can watch multiple games from the network. It is loud so if you are looking for a quiet place this is not it. The staff is very nice and efficient. read more

I visited Rush off Main, and ordered a burger, peach margarita, and a root beer float. The margarita was cold and a great value for the price! I was very pleased with it. The burger was also quite yummy the bun was toasted and warm. I knocked a few stars off unfortunately, due to being out of stock on majority of their appetizers, only had two of them out the list available. Also, I thought the bacon was under cooked and didn't give a great ratio of fries to burger. Would I eat here again yes. This is a great spot to meet up with friends or grab a bite to eat with the family. My daughter got the pretzel sticks. She thoroughly enjoyed them and loved the cheese sauce. I opted for the chicken quesadillas. Glad I did! These were absolutely phenomenal! I hate chewy big chunks of chicken. The chicken was shredded and mixed well with the lots of cheese. Definitely want to dip them in the white sauce. It's not a sour cream. I am not sure what it actually is, but it's very tasty and ups the quesadillas a notch. The only reason for the four stars was it took a little while to get our food. Like 25 minutes and it is very noisy. Next time we will eat outside, so the noise won't be a bother. Unique food, friendly staff, great beer selection. Started with the chicken nachos, not as big as most places, enough for 2 as long as your are eating other food. The chicken was bland but you get a good portion that pulled apart nicely. I ordered the bacon , very good and was way bigger than the bun. I got the homemade chips as my side. They were delicious. As much as I hate saying this about what had been a very fun, cheerful place to dine on many visits, my last visit was not so good. We came for lunch on a Thursday, like other visits. The waiter was not really into being a good host, he seemed very distracted ( the place was not busy yet) . Drinks we ordered came out wrong, we ordered the loaded fries which were not too bad, bit soggy,definitely not as good as usual. We ordered our Burgers, they were nothing like the awesome smash type burgers we loved about this place. They tasted like frozen burger Pattie's with no taste. As a Chicago native, I missed certain comestibles in central Indiana when I moved here. However, as the years have gone by, I can now get Chicago-style deep dish pizza, hot dogs, Italian beef sandwiches, and even Maxwell St polishes. One thing was missing though - the pizza puff. If you have never had one, it is indescribable (but I'll try anyway). Imagine all the ingredients of a late-night sausage pizza (except the crust) from the greasiest dive bar. Then stuff it into a double-wide Hot Pocket shell. I've said enough. This is a VERY kid-friendly place but also parent-friendly (with their good draft list and bottle list). One of our worst dining experiences ever. Parking was a nightmare with only 4 reserved spots for the restaurant. Our server did not refill our drinks, upsell dessert, or offer the check. Our child was referred to as a boy even though she had long, curly hair, pink shorts, sparkly shoes, and was referred to by her feminine name. The food was atrocious. The Italian beef sandwich was soggy, bland, and too spicy. The Reuben was thin and flavorless, and the toast was slightly burnt. We received only seven fries each. We have frozen chicken and fries at home that taste better than the kid's meal our daughter received. The chili tater tots lacked chili. All of the food was so piping hot that we couldn't put anything in our mouths for ten minutes. The atmosphere was decent but I wanted hand sanitizer from a dispenser that was completely empty. We are never coming back. Waste of time and money. We are thoroughly grossed out. We spent much less for much more delicious food at a much better deli not very long ago. We will be returning there from now on and hope that we forget about our disappointing experience at Rush Off Main. read more

We had some time so we decided to try this place. The sliders-3 difference options-were amazing!! We found out, while there, that they have trivia night on Wednesday's so we went back. This place is fun! As a Chi Town lover, I was very happy with the decor of the place. There is Chicago memorabilia everywhere. Bears, Cubs, and Sox sport pics, gear, and signs are all over. There is a wall of Ill license plates and fun games for you to play like giant connect four. The owners are feom Chicago and wanted to bring a lil Windy City to central IN. The food is great and plentiful. Our server Ashley, was sweet, kind, and bery informative. She knew how the food was prepared and whether it was what we had a taste for. I came to Rush Off Main for a work gathering and it was my first time here. Our waitress was really friendly along with other staff. This is a great little social place to stop by to watch your favorite game on the big screen while eating with your friends. We had wings, cheese and pretzels and taco bar. They have a great beer selection as well along with wines etc. I'm not a fan of the seating, it not the comfiest with higher hard bar stools and tables. Nice little place, check it out! read more

Not impressed at all. The appetizer was probably the best part and it was just basic chicken tenders, pretzels, cheese sticks and chicken quesadilla. Everything just frozen stuff and fried. The basket of chips with chili and cheese on them, the chips weren't to bad but the chili on top did not have good flavor. My husband had the hoagie and he thought it was ok. I had da bees sandwich dipped. Even though it was supposed to be dipped it was still very dry. They charged a dollar more to sprinkle a tiny bit of cheese on it. RUN AS FAST & AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS YOU CAN!! You have been warned! First impression: Not busy, noisy and inexperienced young people working. Although it was not busy at all there was only one party of about 10 people, they sat us next to a wall/service station.. of all the tables in the restaurant they sat us there.. we moved ourself to the table to the right, the female hostess gave us a 'look' and she wasn't too pleased with us. She just went back to her phone. Hostesses: The young lady looked like she just rolled out of bed and she must have as she had slippers on. No lie see the photo. The young guy working had a shirt that was so wrinkled it looked as though is had been sitting at the bottom of the laundry basket for weeks. Our server was David a VERY inexperienced server. He took our order and off he went.. Later he came back with our pizza puff we ordered to share. One fork and one knife and no plates... I asked for another fork and plates. He came back with two thin sheets of paper that you typically see lining a plastic basket or sandwich wrapped in. They don't have plates! The pizza puff didn't have much flavor and was interesting to eat with my fingers. Our food arrives, fish tacos, Da Beef and fries. The food is tasteless and horrible. I took 2 bites of my fish tacos and that was more than enough for me.. the beef sandwich was just beef on a roll no flavor at all.. when David came back to pick up our baskets he noticed the tacos hadn't really been touched and said you didn't like the tacos? REALLY! You had to ask? He took our baskets and brought the check. No adjustments which is fine.. our bill for this 'horrible experience' was $30+ and we had no alcohol and one ice tea and one water. Forget the over-hyped chain that blew into town trying to be Chicago. This locally owned restaurant loves Chicago sports teams (Cubs and Bears), and brings the food that is associated with that area. They also have an open new space with lots of windows and also have a 3-way liquor license. I was in the area and stopped by to grab a quick "Chicago Dog" and some house made chips. The hot dog came loaded with all the colorful ingredients that makes it Chicago, but that most Hoosiers just don't bother to add. The flavor was great, the bun soft, but solid enough to hold the ingredients in, and the Vienna hot dog was good enough that you could eat it plain, but why would you? The house chips come in two sizes, and are crisp with a bit of seasoning (not much salt though). Since my daughter's family lives in Brownsburg, I can see stopping by here again. Maybe I'll even catch a ball game on the big screens. Note: They don't have their own parking and street parking isn't allowed. So, there are two surface lots on the west side of Green Street and the parking garage on the west side is also available. Don't use the parking garage on the east side of the street since it is for the residents only. Note 2: At the time of my review, Green Street is still closed on the south end of the complex, so if you are coming from Avon or the south, you will need to go through a few neighborhood streets to get here. Rush Off Main is the second location for the owners of Rush On Main in Zionsville. It's a family friendly restaurant and pub featuring "Chicago-themed eats" now open in the new Union Green redevelopment on the corner of North Green Street and Franklin Street. The new downtown is gorgeous and is one of the first businesses to open in the Union Green site. Billed as "a four-story luxury lifestyle community," the development features apartments over ground-floor retail space. I'm excited to see what other new businesses will open soon. As we entered Rush Off Main we were greeted by a nice young man who informed us there was a 20 minute wait. When I asked about the bar he said it was first come seating. Trying to get to the bar was an obstacle course with the kitchen pick-up island backed up with servers all trying to grab orders or place an order. The only isleway was through the kitchen pickup and bar to get to the back bar tables. The tall-top tables were back-to-back people with no space between the tables. Major congestion with a full house. Seating is regular 2 and 4-top tables along the outside walls with large tall top tables in the center. A nice patio area will be ready soon for all to enjoy. The music selection was enjoyable but extremely loud and we had trouble talking over. The L-shaped bar has 15 seats and 4 tall-top tables. The bar is well stocked, several signature mules, a Fuzzy's Vodka Bar (you create your drink) margaritas, martinis, wine and craft beers. The Whiskey selection is impressive with 16 brands of whiskey. Choose a flight of 3 for $16. The menu has Appetizers (Snacks), Burgers, Dogs, Tacos, Sandwiches, Salads, Chips and Fries from chili to nacho cheese and desserts. My husband ordered a Strawberry Blonde beer and had the Plain Ol' Burger which is a 7 oz plain single patty topped his way with L,T,P,O, which is all chopped up so you lose a lot of the toppings. The burger was flavorful and cooked perfectly. He also has a small order of golden brown fries which were good. I ordered the Apple Walnut salad with fresh mixed greens tossed with green apple, blue cheese crumbles, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries and red onion. It was full of flavor and texture and the house balsamic vinaigrette dressing finished it off nicely. We finished with a Puck On Ice which is 2 layers of chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream in between and dipped with chocolate ganache. The moist cake and ganache was rich and chocolatey with a good quality vanilla ice cream and the whipped cream was the perfect topping. Perfect size to share. Our server, Billy, was very sweet and did a terrific job. She keep our drinks filled, dirty dishes removed and checked on us often. This place opened just over a week ago. Excellent food. Have yet to have a bad meal. Great staff and drinks too. Yes, definitely a different feel than their other location in Zionsville. In the early days be patient as this place is slammed for business! Only cons right now are the noise level and lighting. They cant install some foam sound absorbers and figure out the night lighting soon enough. But, with plenty of TV's for the sports crowd and the excellent food this place will hopefully be here for the long haul. read more

I ordered the combo with cheese and giardiniera. The sandwich case with a sausage in a bun, topped with beef. I asked for it to be "wet". One coworker ordered the North Siders tacos. He was surprised that it came with 2 tacos, instead of 3. He said they were full of food and good. My other coworker got the hummus. She said it was good. Nothing crazy to report on. My sandwich was very filling. It was hot and easy to cut with a knife and eat with a fork (too messy to eat with your fingers). The taste was good. The giardiniera was delicious, and honestly my favorite part of the sandwich. It was a good sandwich but I will say the beef was pretty flavorless. I'd order it again, though.
