I sat at the bar and got to chatting with a friendly couple next to me. Over the course of the evening, I learned they were actually the owners of the brewery. They were incredibly down-to-earth and passionate about what they do, and they shared some of the real behind-the-scenes ups and downs of running a local business. It made me appreciate this place even more. One detail that really stuck with me was that my go-to beer, Riley's Irish Red Ale, was their own personal recipe, and it's named after their dog Riley, who sadly passed away not long after they opened. That level of heart and personal connection shows in everything here: the beer, the food, the atmosphere, and the people. We even joked about bringing back the bacon mac and cheese. My mom's all-time favorite entree from here. I told them she still talks about it to this day. Who knows, maybe we'll see it on the menu again someday!
