Couldn't even get food. Arrived at around 2:45am Sat. night. Frazzled "host" sat us. I think he was helping in the kitchen as well. Waited for 20 mins and never saw a waiter. After watching a cop walk around are say something about a girl in the bathroom, not finding anything, then watching him talk to tipsy patrons for 15mins, we had enough and headed to waffle house. Can't beat an IHOP. Very busy on a Sunday, wish they had a counter. Anyway, the wait wasn't too bad for as many people that were there. I had a Pick-a-Pancake combo. I had the Harvest Grain and Nut Pancakes - they were yummy. Our waitress was fast, nice and helpful. read more

Wow came with my family of 8, they sat us at two separate tables so i pulled up a chair to sit with my parents at a booth, the manager told me i could not sit there and asked me to move. Definitely don't go to this disjointed place. You would be think when someone comes in with 5 adults and 3 kids you would seat them accordingly. I definitely feel bad for the employees because clearly management is at fault for the way the place is run. read more

Fairly poor service, I was very unimpressed. My family of six stopped for lunch on our way through town. We quickly regretted our choice, but it was too late to leave as we had already placed our order. We were seated quickly and then waited more than 10 minutes before anyone came over to take our drink order. 5 us ordered water and they brought only 4 glasses of water. We were able to order our food pretty quickly after receiving our drinks. Unfortunately it then took about 30 minutes for us to get our food even though the restaurant was not busy. When we got our food 5 out of our 6 orders were wrong. They got some orders completely wrong and forgot to bring out some of our sides. The two waiters that we dealt with were very kind and polite, unfortunately speed and accuracy were severely lacking. As for the facilities, both bathrooms were not clean. The men's especially was very dirty. The trash was in need of being taken out and the smell was not very pleasant. In the restaurant there was little pieces of trash on the floor and a table was left uncleared for more than 10 minutes. I would not recommend this IHOP. Find somewhere else to eat. read more

We stopped here for dinner while passing through on vacation. It was standard IHOP fare -- nothing real special and the service was just OK. But when we got our credit card statement we saw that someone had bumped the tip amount a few cents. Not a huge deal but very disappointing read more

I tend to come here late nights and always receive incredible service. Came in to make a to go order the manager promptly addressed me and got me a drink. Servers are friendly, place is clean, food is good! Love some IHOP. read more

One of those moments I felt bad for our server...it wasn't her fault, and I don't blame her for hiding in the back, and being afraid to come out on the floor. 3 servers, a restaurant full of people, and only one cook...took forEVER to get our food. Then I made the mistake of ordering dinner food and dinner time...took even longer. I don't consider myself a foodie or snob, I don't mind fake potatoes...BUT WOW these were the worst potatoes ever, and then no gravy, no butter...just a blob of fake flaked potatoes. The chicken tenders were so over cooked there were almost too touch to chew. My mistake for not ordering breakfast food like everyone else. New to town, and the iHop name was familiar...but don't feel any need to go back. No thanks. read more

We were seated quickly and our server was super friendly, but I can't rave about the food. I ordered fresh fruit instead of bacon and it look FAR from fresh and tasted like it had been cut and sitting in a fridge for 3 days. The person I was with ordered a spinach and mushroom omelette and she said the vegetables weren't thoroughly cooked and were still tough. Oh, and a bug crawled across our table. Busy. Waited at front to be acknowledged for about 10 min. Finally wrote our own name on the waiting list. Seated about 12 min.later. Waitress took order and got drinks in timely manner. Then had a 27 min. wait for food during which waitress never checked back to refill drinks. Food was hot, bacon and migas was good, French toast was okay. Floor dirty and slippery. read more

Staying overnight in the inn next door, however this is the last time I will ever stop at this ihop. If a 0 star rating was avaliable I would have already given it. In a group of 7, I already knew things would be bad, however I knew things would be awful when the server didn't know the difference between dark roast coffee and decaf...; however that is not the point of this extremely negative review. We were seated fairly quickly, and the server took our drink orders fairly quickly, but then quickly disappeared into the empty resturant to do god knows what. When the server returned 15 minutes later with our drinks (afew sodas, some oj, waters, and a single specialty lemonade drink) she quickly disappeared again. My drink the lemonade wasn't stirred, and had strawberry stems inside the drink itself... I pushed that fact aside, and tried to stomach the abomination this woman had given me, I ended up trading my drink in for a another soda (I figured screwing a soda up would be near impossible). Around 10 minutes later the server came back and finally took our food orders, but she seemed to get confused with any form of meal alteration... The rest of my groups food orders were par or slightly better. I ordered myself a some steak tenders (without mushrooms, and I asked for my pancakes to be replaced with mashed potatoes). As the food was finally being distributed to our group I noticed my meal itself was missing, I mentioned this to our server and she seemed to have forgotten the meal altogether. (Not to mention the youngest' pancakes look like the chef had taken a bar of chocolate and rubbed it over the top of her meal). As my meal finally arrived there was mushrooms on the tenders, which I mentioned to the server almost instantaneously. She apologized, and took the food back to the kitchen, she did however bring my mashed potatoes to me, however they were something along the lines of a cold skinned potato that had been microwaved for 15 seconds before being stuffed bacj into the refrigerator. As the server returned with my meal (around 15 more minutes later) I decided not to mention. The potatoes to her, as they were not her fault, and I feared for the kitchen to mess my order up even more. As I attempted to eat my tenders I noticed something else was wrong, the tenders were cold, and they tasted of mushroom. (I assume the kitchen had taken the mushrooms off my tenders and moved them to a new plate.) As I attempted to eat my steak, I noticed the eggs from meal were also missing. At this point of our dinner I was livid, I simply asked the server to come over as I had a complaint from my meal. I explained all the issues I had (including the missing portion of my meal), she explained she would bring me the eggs, but I explained I did not want them, I handed her my plate and simply asked for my meal to be removed from the ticket, as I did and could not eat any more than 5% of the whole thing (due to undercooked, or missing food). The server did remove my meal from our check, however this does not change the overall experience of our meal. Simply put, the overall experience was completely awful, and something I would not even wish apon those I dislike. read more

The service at this IHOP was extremely poor. Slow service and rude servers. The food took over 35 minutes to arrive and when it did, it was cold! Very disappointed as we've never received this poor service at an IHOP before. To top it off, both our stomach's were hurting after we are. read more

I wish I could give no stars...this is a terrible, terrible IHOP. Do not stop here. We were seated quickly but after 35 minutes of waiting for food, we asked about it and heard staff say, "tell them where the door is..." The food took incredibly long and was mediocre. The steamed broccoli was about 9 days past its edible date. It was also about 50 degrees in the dining room. We ate with our coats on in mid-April! The restaurant was less than 1/4 full...that should've been a clue. Rude staff. Long wait. Mediocre food. Sums it up. read more
