Service always so good from Luigi and David. They take the time to talk about their coffee and you can tell they are passionate about what they do. I tried their nitro latte from a coffee fair one day and was hooked like an addict. They officially beat out a former favorite coffee spot and their prices are much better as well. The nitro latte is so creamy and frothy with just the right amount of sweetness and little to no bitterness. True to their name, the coffee definitely wakes you up like starting a hot rod motor. Ok that was lame but you get it lol. I like that their coffee isn't comprised of foo foo drinks with overly sweet drinks to mask the nasty coffee flavors. Honestly they might have some foo foo drinks but I surely haven't tried it. They always seem to have samples of "experimental" drinks. Today I tried one that tasted like peach tea but was coffee. Let me tell you, you'll get addicted to this coffee! Located inside Soley Aloha, the owner is super friendly and so easy to talk to! He explains the coffees he has and they're so unique, as well as the syrups he has that you can add. I got the specialty latte which used his City Limits brew as the base. Then he added the blueberry crush syrup. Omg.. This was one of the best coffees/lattes I've ever had! My only complaint was that it didn't come in a bigger cup lol. The coffee was super smooth and creamy and didn't have any bite/bitterness to it at all. It can get rather pricey but it's such quality coffee that it's worth it. read more

I haven't been much of a coffee drinker ever since I started drinking matcha. However we were waiting for a table so we could go eat & happened to be browsing the nearby shops. Latte was very tasty and ingot this special coffee that they called cherry cola, and really tasted of cherries (not flavored, just the notes of the bean). Just got some coffee from Kula Country Market and it was great! I'm more so not happy about the service. It was crowded at the market and busy, so I understand that businesses get slammed while there. However, I was there with my 2 kids. One screaming in my arms and another asking for a million things. I was in line and ordered, my sister also wanted something so I added a second drink. I then changed a drink on the order before they finished ringing me up. An older gentleman helping me said "Service with a smile, service with a smile" clearly annoyed that I had changed my order. That was so uncalled for to say it to me and the other customers around. No compassion for a customer with a crying baby in arm and another kid asking for things. Literally just a mom who wants some coffee to function. read more

There's a lot of coffee in Paia, but this little spot in the front of a shop makes a solid, strong, and dark chocolatey mocha. Not too sweet, not too bitter, just right. Smooth, low acid, high flavor, refined profile. We met Leonardo who is very friendly, and his son Luigi clearly is an artisan in his coffee selections and approach. We were wandering around Paia and stumbled across this fantastic coffee shop inside of a boutique and gallery. The service was incredible, the owners father was working the bar and went above and beyond in making sure we would live our drinks. We settled on the Nitro Cold Brew Latte (the first ive ever had of its kind, as it requires custom plumbing with the nitro keg and tap to make) and a Yuzu Limeade Espressoda, made with their homemade yuzu limeade, both 10/10.
