Dean is a sketchy employee. I went to get my charging port fixed and my screen was cracked so I needed to get that fixed also, understandable. The screen seemed fine at first but then started glitching so I brought it back. He took it back a kindly said he would put a new screen on once their order came in. I then brought it in when the manager was there and he took it and first he said it would be done by 2 oclock the same day. I went at 6 and he didnt have it ready. I went the next day to pick it up and since DEAN entered my serial number in wrong the manager refused to believe that it was the same phone. What was he thinking I went and bought a new iphone??? He was very rude and would not budge. He wouldn't call Dean because he said he doesnt usually answer his phone. CARLOS WHAT TYPE OF MANAGER ARE YOU HIRING SOMEONE WHO DOESNT ANSWER THE PHONE!? It was unbelievably frustrating because I spent $140 to have my phone not work well. It was ridiculous I had my receipt and everything. So now I have to wait for Dean, the sketchy employee, to be there and hope that he remembers my face. I think he buys cheap screens and uses them instead of the ones the store provides and some how makes a profit. So now I am down $140, a glitching screen and a little hope that Dean will remember my face. Never ever use this place they are cheap, rude and refuse to believe their customers. iKure is right down the block and they are very good with screens. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS PLACE THEY DON'T DESERVE CUSTOMERS. This is a completely accurate review and I hope you all listen and go to iKure which isn't even a mile away from I fix screens. I know they have a 6 month warranty but its not worth it. Wish me luck hoping that Dean remembers my face. read more

I am currently dealing with the Oceanside NY "i break screens" store. They are absolutely horrible, the worst company ever. I bring it in two weeks ago, or more, at this point, and they "forget" to order the screen. A week goes by and no one ordered it nor called me to tell me they hadn't. I go back in to take it back and go to a competitor a town over (which i wish i would have) and the kid talks me into still staying with them. Tells me he'll overnight the screen and call me when it's in. Needless to say, they don't over night it, and it still takes 4 days to get there. Then i bring it in, should be ready in a day or two, according to them .. and guess what??? the kid breaks the f***ing IPOD fixing the screen. ARE YOU SERIOUS??? doesn't even care. tells me like it's no big deal "we'll just have to buy you a new one because i broke it," he tells me. Refuses to overnight it, now i'm still waiting for it to come in ... DO YOURSELF A FAVOR ... DO NOT GO HERE TO GET ANYTHING FIXED ... you will be screwed ... they do not know what they are doing, the will not return your phone calls and tell you what is going on ... they are the worst .... i will be leaving reviews in every social media, blog and review site i can find .. read more

I went to Ifixscreens in Oceanside on Saturday with my brand new Iphone 12 Pro Max (I know!!). The screen was completely black and had a nasty crack on it due to hitting the pavement on a run. Called around a bunch of places to look for a repair and unsurprisingly nobody had the proper screen in stock. Apple store had a 30-day wait on repair and was almost half the price I just paid for the phone. Luckily, I got I contacted this store and they had the screen in stock. The repair took about 90 min since the drop-off and I got a call when it was ready. I am very anal about my tech and have been testing the phone over the last two days. The colors are amazing and the sensitivity is great as well. The phone looks and performs like brand new, even has IP68 waterproofing as well. Overall, I am very happy to have found a quick, and honest business that goes above and beyond, not to mention much cheaper than the competition as well. :) read more

This is the best screen fix place I have ever had he pleasure of doing services with. Resh is the BEST!!!! I hadn't even fully walked in and was greeted with a pleasure welcome. He was very inviting and knowledgeable . He fixed my phone screen that was cracked in a record time of 15 mins at most. I can't wait to go back to get whatever services I need from Resh whether screen protector or a case. Had a broken iPhone X fixed at this place. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and honest. The screen they used is of great quality (an OLED) and prices are the lowest in the area.
