He genuinely listened to my concerns when I told him about the issues my laptop was having. He gave me some input and told me that it sounded like a bad hard drive. He proceeded to navigate me through several potential fixes. None worked and it was determined I was hacked and locked up by someone who "really knew what they were doing."
