If you want a service that takes your computer and disappears for 2 months after taking your money, that doesn't return calls, then finally says the parts are back ordered, then says it will be ready next week, week after week, then says they cant open it up to work on it(then how did they diagnose it in the first place?) then they admit they cant fix it,. then gives it back and keeps the money you gave em for parts and doesn't give you the parts you paid them for.... so after doing nothing but keep your stuff from getting to someone who CAN fix it... then this is the place for you! Maybe this was a random situation, but I wonder about a company with no address on their business card who meets you at Starbucks to conduct business. read more
