Worst Experience Ever - Terrible Reaction After Eyebrow Threading and Dye I had my eyebrows threaded and dyed at this salon hoping to look cute for my family vacation, and it turned into a complete nightmare. Almost immediately after the service, I started feeling an intense reaction, and within a day, my entire face swelled up. My eyebrows became open wounds, oozing pus, and it was incredibly painful. I had to go to urgent care on the morning of my family vacation to the Caribbean, where I was given both a steroid and antibiotic shot, as well as an oral prescription. I was afraid to show my face while on vacation. People stared at me in disgust. This completely ruined my vacation, and I was left dealing with the aftermath of a severe bacterial infection caused by the salon's poor hygiene or products. I've never had such a terrible reaction to a beauty treatment, and I would never trust this place again. Be very careful if you're considering any services here. DO NOT COME HERE!! I genuinely regret ever going back to this place. I was charged $120 for a simple lash fill, which is already excessive, and then noticed additional charges on my card that were never clearly explained to me. When I asked about it, instead of getting transparency, I was treated with attitude and complete disrespect. The lash work itself was awful. My extensions were uneven, clumpy, and poorly placed. Even worse, my natural lashes were damaged during the appointment. Within a short time after leaving, my eyes became irritated and painful, and I ended up dealing with an eye infection. No one should walk out of a beauty appointment needing medical attention. What shocked me the most was the way I was treated when I brought up my concerns. I was met with rudeness and raised voices instead of accountability or professionalism. As someone who had been a loyal customer and recommended multiple people here, the lack of care was honestly unbelievable. Between the pricing issues, the poor quality work, the damage to my natural lashes, and the way I was spoken to, I will never return. Clients deserve safe products, fair pricing, and basic respect. Just wanna start off by saying I have gotten threading and henna for over 15 years. This is hands-down, the worst brow experience I've ever had and now I'm walking around with a reaction on my face and taking Benadryl for the last four days. Like I literally can't go to sleep because my eyebrows itch so bad that I have to take Benadryl. Please don't sacrifice quality over you making money off of people next time. I'm not sure if this place isn't using pure henna or they're just packing their workers schedule too much that they're over processing the product in order to double up on clients at the owners request. I paid $75 to have to cancel my plans and stay home for the weekend icing my face. At no point did anybody ask me what shape or how thick I would like my brows. The owner seemed a little passive aggressive when I asked about pricing at the end due to the fact that just for henna was $55???? I asked her how much the henna was and her reply was quite literally well if the threading was $15 then that means the henna was $55 like I can't do simple math myself. Definitely not worth it find somewhere else that is gonna care about your skin and not just making money. I definitely feel like I got scammed for a quick buck. read more

My new go-to spot in Dallas for eyebrow threading! The salon is both clean and aesthetic, and the ladies here are nice and friendly. I don't remember her name but she had a soft touch and took her time shaping my brows. My brows look amazing each time! They have a self check-in service when you come in which I find super efficient. They don't seem to take appointments for threading, just walk-ins, but I've never had to wait longer 10 seconds both times I've been. Definitely recommend coming here for eyebrow threading! read more

I walked into this adorable (dare I say, instagramable) pink, covid-conscious salon today. I had my eyebrows and upper lip threaded by a master. I have naturally uneven eyebrows that are difficult shape (but look fabulous when someone takes their time and has a good eye for arch). The threader nailed it!!! Then I decided to have my eyelashes lifted + tinted, and then my eyebrows tinted. Victoria is a wizard with lashes and brows. I wanted an alternative to eyelash extensions, so she recommended a lift and boy does it brighten up your face and my eyelashes look like I'm wearing a sleek, lengthening mascara. Owner is rude! You cannot make appts for eyebrow threading. She tells me, she's not there so i'm asking when she will be available. She proceeds to ask me to be quiet and keep my voice down as are treatments being done. I felt like a child when she was asking me to be quiet when I was not even being loud.
