She was very thorough in making sure it was what I wanted and made any adjustments necessary. Mia is kind, efficient, and always makes sure you leave with amazing nails! The red in the gel manicure was like a cheery red while the red in the pedicure was a darker wine color red which was what I wanted. I have never had this happened to me before. In the past, the gel and regular colors have always matched up pretty nicely. This nail shop is located in downtown Monrovia. So there is lots of free parking available and cute shops, restaurants to go to nearby.

No pain except a bit on the left pinky but again, habitual nail biter so not their fault. I paid 65 total for the set and manicure. + 9 tip (1 dollar extra for credit card) so 75 total. I walked in today for my appointment and right away was greeted by Winnie and she knew it was me granted it was my first time there. Jimmy also greeted me asked me if I'd like something to drink and was super friendly. Mia did my toes and she was amazing, friendly and gentle. Diane resurrected my nails and spent so much time fixing them to my liking. She was so sweet and gentle too. I felt it was meant to be as my the 2 most important women in my life are also named Mia & Diane. What a great experience I had there, the energy was amazing. We all laughed and talked. I would not recommend this place if you're looking for a gel manicure that actually lasts.

I recently visited Trish for a nail appointment, and unfortunately, my experience was very…read moredisappointing. While she was friendly and enjoyed sharing stories, her attitude toward my requests left me uncomfortable. When I showed her a few designs I was interested in, she brushed them off and said it was "too early for a fall design," which came across as dismissive and a bit snobby. As a customer, I expected my preferences to be respected, not minimized. The quality of the service was also far below professional standards. At the very beginning, when she was removing the old gel design, she used the bur tool so aggressively that I felt a burning sensation from the friction. One of my nail beds is now bruised because of this, which should never happen during a professional manicure. The gel application that followed was no better -- the cure buildup was crooked and uneven, with bulky, thick spots on several nails. She was not clean in her technique, and the overall finish looked sloppy and unpolished. Although she was personable, the combination of poor technique, lack of attention to detail, dismissive attitude, and physical discomfort made this a very unsatisfactory and unpleasant experience. I would not return and cannot recommend her services. Mind you that i was the very first client of the day!

For gel mani + regular pedi I think I've paid around 65 both times? So very good pricing! My gel mani has lasted over 3 weeks both times with 0 chips (and with glitter polish no less!). All the employees are super nice. They have a really good selection of gel polish. Their massage chairs actually work and are some of the best I've ever sat in at a nail salon. I definitely found my new salon in this place!

The lady tried to sand it down but mostly just cut it off bit by bit which I felt like I could have done myself. I was trying to come out of there not having my nails super damaged but that wasn't the case. I also told her my actual nail was broken and she must've forgotten while taking the acrylic nail off causing me to bleed (it hurt so much). I'm gonna give it the benefit of the doubt since it was my first time but I wouldn't actually come here again.
