DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I had the worst experience. It was poor communication. They never came out to check my machine. Yet, they said they already ordered the part. They never notified me that a part was ordered. It took me to call them to inquire about my repairs because it was going on 2 weeks and I never received any communication from this company. Once I reached out the guy was very ugly and rude. Because I was asking what part was ordered and how did he know what to order when he never came out to check the machine. His words were"Cut to the chase, DO YOU WANT SERVICE OR NOT". What kind of customer service was that? My experience with this company was one I have never experienced. I rate this company a ZERO. I received nothing but rude and nasty words from the guy. This experience was awful and a poor representation of the company. I still haven't received any service for my machine. This was the best experience with cellphone repair I've honestly ever had. My phone was dropped in water because I'm a clumsy idiot, and after leaving it off all night and hoping for the best it wouldn't respond to my charger anymore. I'm only in New Orleans for a couple nights and need access to my phone, so I looked up repair shops and found this one within walking distance. I went by and the shop has two counters, one for phone repair and one cashing checks and such. The person for phone repair wasn't there so I was going to go somewhere else, but the person at the other window actually called the repair tech for me and I spoke with him on their cell phone. He asked me what was wrong with my phone, what kind of phone it was, etc, and then told me I could go ahead and leave it with my name and contact info since he would be back soon, and he would do what he could with it and call me (on my moms phone) when he assessed the damage. I figured why not, it won't turn on anyways, I'll walk over and hang out in the French Quarter, hopefully it's not crazy expensive. Ended up only costing $60 for him to replace the charging port and fix my thumbprint sensor. He was VERY knowledgeable about the phone and it's working parts, and what he needed to do to repair it. My phone works perfectly now! From start to finish this was awesome service, and at a price less than half of what I assumed I would have to pay. Sebastian is hands down the best!! No, I am not Sebastian!!! I came into New Orleans from another country with a broken ipad mini 2 and a limited time table. Not only was the screen damaged, but as Sebastian took the ipad apart, we discovered that a chip that is in the corner of the ipad behind the lcd screen was also damaged. At this point Sebastian did everything in his power to try to resolve my issue as fast as possible, even if it meant he was not making a penny. First he looked to see if the ipad was still under warranty, it wasn't. Next he contacted Apple to have them quote the job since he didn't have the chip. The cost was almost 3 x what Sebastian had quoted me. We had to special order the chip online which meant it may or may not arrive on time. It did not. I had to leave the country but left the ipad mini with Sebastian so that when the repair was finished he could ship it to my address in the U.S. When the repair was finished, he sent me pictures and video on my ipad in the like-new condition. I arranged payment and sent a prepaid shipping label and my ipad arrived at the pre-arranged destination in perfect condition. I had such a good experience with the talented, honest, hard-working Sebastian that all of my Apple devices will now be sent to him when I have repairs needed. Very knowledgeable tech, very friendly, and says what he will do and he does what he says. I can't say enough positive things about my interactions with Sebastian. The best part is that he stays in contact with you and provides you with updates on your device every step of the way.
