Great group of folks that work here. Located inside BANKS MEAT MARKET, these guys do the work swiftly & correctly. I cracked the glass on my iphone 6 PLUS & refused to take it to VZW so they could charge me an ARM & a KEG to repair my MUST HAVE iphone . So i recalled seeing phone supplies inside BANKS MEAT MARKET so I called and they were there to rescue. For about $120-$140 I got the repairs I need in less than 2 hours. This was PHENOMENAL to me and I was AGAIN a HAPPY CAMPER. I can't attest to buying the products ie cellphones etc; but I can speak to the quality or work, the promptness & affordability they provide. These guys. Perfect gentlemen. I walked into the gas station with my cracked screen and raggedy phone case to ask, pitifully, "Can you help me?" They did: immediately and cheaply. Fifteen minutes later, not only did I have a fixed phone and a new case but also a delicious fried oyster poboy from the station's deli. My phone took a nasty fall! Not only did it get a cracked screen, the digitizer (apparantly this allows you to type and navigate through screens) was loosend/disloged. I took it to Verizon and they said it would be several days because they couldn't fix it on site and since I had no insurance I was looking at 145 bucks approximately. Wireless World is inside Banks St. Meat Market, in case anyone has trouble finding it. I went in because I severely cracked my iPhone 6S screen. The guy at the counter was super nice, and told me he could have it repaired in 40 minutes for $50. I ran a few quick errands and came back to not only my screen replaced perfectly, but a screen protector on the glass as well. I broke my phone at the airport as I landed for a weekend in New Orleans and looked up this place on google. I called and the guy who answered the phone gave me a great price compared to other places I had already called. I needed my phone fixed ASAP so I took an Uber to a gas station on the outside of the city. The area is not so safe but it's ok I'm from La . Lol. The guy at the counter was very nice and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Even when it was almost closing time. He even put a screen protector on at no extra cost. I'm so great full they were open late. They did an amazing job. My phone looks great. And this is review is the least I can do for such a great place. This proves looks are deceiving. Don't be put off by its location, which is in the gas station at Broad and Banks. It's a busy gas station with a tight parking situation. Fast, AFFORDABLE, and friendly. Went in on a Saturday night because I had work the next morning and needed my phone fixed. They were the only place open. I called for a quote and immediately headed over. I have an iPhone 6S Plus. I got a new screen, screen protector, battery, and solid (not to mention cute) phone case for $120. That's what you would pay for only a screen other places. They told me it would only be twenty minutes, and they didn't lie to me! Can't recommend them enough. Solid service. Note that this is in a sketchier area of the city and located in a gas station, but so worth the $8 Uber from the main streets. The guys were SO fast, way cheaper than any other place I could find, they used genuine replacement parts, and were so professional. I've had my screen replaced elsewhere and the colors and contrast are usually washed out. When my phone screen stopped working on a flight in, I taxi'd here since it was the only place still open that did screen replacements. They replaced my screen in 20 minutes and did a bunch of checks to make sure I left with a perfectly working phone. So glad they were open. Great find! read more

I found this place online when I was looking up places that would fix a cracked iphone screen, and this is definitely the cheapest! I texted the owner to make sure they had the parts to fix my phone the day of, and I came in and it took less than an hour. It was $85 exactly, and he even put my screen protector on for me. At other places like the Apple store and Walmart it's $100+!! The guy working there was also so nice. I had an immediate need to get my iPhone screen fixed and found Wireless World on Yelp nearby. There was only one person manning the booth inside of this gas station convenience store/meat-market (‍), but I was immediately addressed and was promised to have my phone fixed within 20 minutes. Unfortunately there were some complications and (Baedro?) had to hold on to the phone for a bit longer. I didn't mind. He was kind and attentive and committed to making sure I got my phone back fixed, and ultimately that's what I got. Though we did encounter complications, I was on my way in under 40 minutes and at an amazingly competitive price against the 4 other places I had reached out to. I not only recommend this place for the price, but also for the great service and the honest people that operate the place. I cannot tell you how many times Wireless World has saved me time & money! Yep it's inside the gas station and they rock! My purse is in the back of a cab and have yet to get it back so needed to replace my phone. They had a refurbished S8 in stock and I grabbed it with a case and charger. So I was in a real pickle. I cracked the heck out of my iPhone 7 screen tonight at about 7:30pm. I tried calling all around and everyone was either closed or closing soon and wouldn't fix my screen until tomorrow. Problem is my phone is essential for work and absolutely needed it fixed ASAP. I called and the nice gentleman told me that if I could bring it in soon he would stay late and fix it for me - for $65 - MUCH lower than any other price I was quoted. I raced over to the store (it's inside of a convenience store but don't let that deter you) and the gentleman had my phone fixed in about 15 minutes while i waited and even threw on a free screen protector! This dude was the real MVP! I'll be recommending anyone who needs their iPhone screen repaired or any wireless needs. I didn't have any cash on me and in my haste I forgot that I could have just gone to the ATM in the store to get some cash out for a tip - but don't worry - I'll be back as soon as I can to give my man a tip.
