When my husband decided that smashing his phone while riding in the St Patty's Day parade was a good idea, I started researching repair places in the Metairie/Kenner/NOLA area. Wireless Tech sent me a quote, which happened to be the lowest in the area, and they were open Sunday. The repair cost exactly what we were quoted, and it was done in a very timely manner (same day, on a Sunday!). After calling several iPhone repair places in the Metairie area, I found wireless tech to be the most cost effective. I did go and drop my phone off during lunch as I work nearby, went to pick it up and it wasn't finished because there was a discrepancy with the price quoted to me over the phone versus in person. I called this establishment and was greeted by Mr.Aziz who is very knowledgeable and straight to the point!Mr.Aziz explained to me that his location can have me back up and running within an hour or so. Mr.Aziz had the part in stock and did not have to order it like alot of cellphone establishment do!My Stylus 5 charger port needed to be changed out because the phone was not charging as required. This location has the part already in house without waiting 2-4 days for the part to come in. Ms.Dania also assisted me with my phone issue and I was very impressed with the outstanding service I received at this location.This location is #1 when it comes to fixing your cell phone or buying assortment for your cell phone you have already. Very clean and organized establishment. Absolutely the best smart phone dealer/repair shop. They have the best prices and their techs can fix just about anything. If you live in Orleans Parish it is worth the drive to see what they have or fix whatever your phone needs. I've been going to them for some time now (I don't use a case) and every repair or sale has been fantastic. I recommend all of my friends to go there when they accidentally go off the grid. Beware. I called to get a quote for an iPhone screen repair, and when I kindly said "can you do a better price" the guy on phone got so pissed and said "if you asking for discount you are not welcomed in this business and do not call here again" and hanged up on me. Really? How rude!!! I think he is in the wrong bussines. Giving good customer service is defiantly not he's thing. At all. I'll give my money to so many other shops that have patience for customers and answer their questions. On top of that, he was $50 more expensive then the other shop I called right after he hang up on me. Don't waste your time. Call other shops or even go to Apple store. read more

This review would have been 5 stars if I hadn't arrived at the time the store opened, only to yank on a locked door. We went across the street for coffee and they opened but I was no longer first in line, but service was quick. He checked my phone in right away and it only took 45 minutes! Perfect! Thanks. I contacted the business with an issue on a new cell phone. The owner was extremely understanding and very cooperative. I brought my phone into the shop and it was fixed in no time at all at a very reasonable price. The owner and his staff was very friendly, professional and went out of his way to fix the problem. I was unable to get my contacts loaded to a new cell phone and was a basket case as the contact list was numbers that I have collected over the years and would have never been able to get back. The owner was accommodating with the appointment times and I can't be any happier. Everything is fixed, the price was reasonable and I can't say enough good things about the service. I will never go anywhere else for repairs and will definitely recommend the location to everyone needing phone repair.
