Screen looked brand new, I was satisfied with the price as well. However be aware they don't have warranty for any physical damage (not sure what the point of even offering it is), screen was back to cracked after only 3 months of use. If I would've known that I would've just let Apple do the repair, so I suggest sometimes paying double the price is better if the repair will last you longer! Associates were very friendly though, and I did have a positive experience a couple months back when my iPhone charger broke off in the slot, they were able to remove it for me! I think this place is good depending on what the issue is.
