I had to unexpectedly had to go care for a family member and had not been home for 4 months. Upon returning home I realized my pantry moth problem was back. I called Neat & Tidy House Cleaning after hours and they called me back the next morning. I explained to Jay my situation about my pantry, he asked me to text him pictures and within a few minutes he called me back with a quote. I was intially a little thrown by the cost but, honestly considering I didnt want to or physically able to clean the pantry out especially in this heat wave I knew the cost was reasonable and booked the appointment for a few days later. On the day of the appointment Heriberto and his wife showed up 15 mintues prior to the actual appointment like Jay said they would. They came with thier own supplies, spoke English, were super friendly, and repeated back what needed to be thrown out and what needed to be cleaned and got straight to work. The only time they needed my assistance was to get some clarification on some items and for me to show them where the trash chute was in my building. I was able to change the linens on my Cal King bed, talk to my sister on the phone, while they worked on the pantry. It took about an hour & a half. Heriberto had told me he had done it for his mom a while back so he knew what needed to be done and he even found the nest on the very top shelf (on a step stool Im too short to see that shelf). Everything was washed, dried, sanitized and all trash removed. I can not say enough about how professional and friendly the cleaners were. I called Jay to pay he told me he would send me the Zelle info. For those interested I paid $245 for this job. I know what you might be thinking thats a lot of money but when you consider there are 10 steps up to my apt, the buggy situaton, we are in the middle of an extreme heat wave, everything was cleaned, sanitized, all trash removed and it was all done in less than 2 hours....ABSOLUETLY WORTH EVERY DOLLAR SPENT! I definitely will be calling again before the holidays start to have my apartment deep cleaned. Thank You, Neat & Tidy House cleaning for such an awesome job!

I went with this cleaning company based on Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. I was able to…read moreschedule the cleaning 3 days ahead of time on their website and they even accommodated my request for the cleaners to text me when they were 20 minutes away. The cleaners who arrived, Mia and Anna, were professional and friendly. One recommendation I have for the business is for the payment process to be streamlined. I was told I would receive an email confirmation with the total and information about the payment options, but never received an email. Instead I received a phone call several hours later with instructions on how to pay and it was already the end of the day, so I can imagine it was urgent on the company's end. There seemed to be a disconnect in communication, so having the ability to submit payment through the website or receive payment information via email would have been ideal. Also, it would be awesome if there were more options for services aside from the hourly cleaning. Other cleaning companies offer move-in specials for a flat fee according to the square footage/number of rooms. My condo didn't take the full two hours to clean, so it's just something to keep in mind for customers with differing needs.

We've used them all of 2024 and this is the first time we are seeing unauthorized charges. I see another review mentioning the same from earlier in October. Several calls, texts and emails later with no reply. Normally they reply within a day or two. Incredibly unfortunate, because we've been satisfied with their cleaning services until now. Charges are showing up on our statements as "Family Maids" or "Cleaning Srvs North Hollywood" - which the bank confirmed is the same business.

I needed to stop by because my machine stopped working and my dirty clothes began to pile up, so looked for a local one nearby. This had great reviews compared to others and I can clearly see why. The employee here (possibly manager), was very attentive and kind during my experience, also was quick to help others with a sense of urgency. He noticed I was having trouble with the detergent dispenser because I did not have singles on hand, and asked if I needed change. Once I put the coins in and ordered what I wanted, I ordered the wrong detergent... (way to give myself away). Knowingly it was my fault at hand, I let him know that I'm sure they don't do refunds but I ordered the wrong detergent and if he wanted it back. Without questioning anything, he told me I can still get my money back. Damn, this type of excellent service threw my worries out the window, and for sure made me comfortable to come back again. Also parking is very open since if you don't find it in the lot, there's plenty of street parking, atleast around the time I arrived. Overall experience was easily a 5 and machines were all clean, ready to go and in working order. To the employee who helped me for my first experience, thank you for your generosity, attentiveness and you definitely need a raise.
