She spent nearly 10 hours deep cleaning our home for a move out/move in cleaning. Everything was spotless when she finished - it honestly looked and felt like a brand-new home. From now on, I will only use Yessi's Cleaning and will never hire another cleaning service. If you're looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and exceptionally detail-oriented, ask for Irma. Highly recommend!

Cleaning seemed base level, there wasn't much attention to detail. Floors and countertops were wiped down, but the baseboards were dusty, crevices in the toilet were still missed, inside of the cabinets were not wiped down, staircase railings were dusty... just the little things that really matter most. Considering it was only a small 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom condo that was entirely empty, I was expecting a more thorough clean.

Avoid this company for any move-in/move-out cleans…read more My husband and I booked a full move-in deep clean for our new home. The service was scheduled for today at 9am. Last night, Mary asked to move it up to 7am. We agreed, and my husband was there at 6:50am to let the team in. They didn't show until almost 7:30, with no heads up that they were running late. Around 9:30am, one of the two cleaners texted my husband saying she had an emergency and would come back in a few hours. We were understanding, of course. By 2:30, no one had returned. My husband called Mary (who didn't even know about the emergency), and the cleaner then texted him asking him NOT to tell Mary. When he asked Mary for a discount since we were now way behind schedule, she said she couldn't because it would come out of her own pay. We have movers scheduled for the following morning, so we needed this service completed by tonight. At 3:40, I called Mary myself for a completion estimate and had the most unprofessional customer service interaction I've ever experienced. No apology, no accountability- just blame-shifting and complaints about her own employee. At one point she asked ME to call her workers for her since they weren't responding to her. I said that wasn't my responsibility. She got defensive and aggressive, then demanded to speak to my husband instead. We tried to cancel outright. She refused, claiming the team had done "80% of the work", which was false. It seems like all they'd done was pour cleaner into the toilets. Nothing else was touched. By 4:30pm, the team still hadn't returned. Only when my husband called back to say we were cancelling regardless did she finally agree- and framed it like she was doing us a favor by not charging us. We ended up cleaning the townhome ourselves tonight with the help of my sister, but this ordeal threw off our entire timeline. I don't blame the individual cleaner- emergencies happen. But Mary's complete lack of accountability and professionalism in handling it says everything. Hard pass. ***Response to Owner's Reply*** Mary, while I appreciate your apology, I don't find it genuine. You only attempted to call me to apologize yesterday after my husband called you out on your rude and hostile behavior towards me. You didn't offer any solutions during our conversations. And even admitted to us that you wanted to fire your employee despite knowing her for 10 years. The only thing you offered was a discount towards a future cleaning service, and this was AFTER you agreed to cancel once your team confirmed that they didn't even complete 10% of the job. I hope you learn from this experience and treat your customers and employees with more respect in the future.

My entire apartment was seriously spick-and-span when they were done! I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know. So happy I found them!

No quote or estimate was provided before the work began, which left me surprised by the final bill. The outdoor window cleaning was visibly substandard. The experience felt transactional rather than service-oriented, with little regard for communication or customer satisfaction. I would not recommend this company.
