Sloppy job, parts of my apartment left untended to (dusty corners), furniture and decorations left disarrayed, didn't replace any of the trash cans. I found one of their business cards outside one of the condos I rent in Anaheim so I called to try them out. I had them do a deep clean of the condo. But when I returned it didn't look like a deep clean. They left my windows looking really dirty and the house smelling really bad. I also haven't been able to find some money I had left on top of my bedroom dresser. Looks like one of their workers took it. Terrible experience with this company. She gave me a quote over the phone to clean two bathrooms and a kitchen. No floors and nothing else. When she got there she told me it would cost double the price to do the job. I told her that's not good business practice to bait and switch and that I would find someone else to do the job. They were thorough in figuring out an estimate cost and outlining what the services were before coming. When they arrived they had a team come in and everything was cleaned exceptionally within a few hours! The total ended up being around the estimate. She quoted me $180 and charged me $210 because I had some blinds in 2 closets and an office which she said she wasn't aware of. Wouldn't you just ask me about that before you charge more? I was there the entire time. She got there with three other people and they all cleaned my home in about one hour. They didn't make the beds in the master or guest room, they cleaned a few dishes and put them in the dishwasher to dry WITH OTHER DIRTY DISHES, they didn't replace trash bags in some of the bins and they left furniture in the incorrect spots after cleaning. It was a half ass job. They did clean the floors well but really the rest was rushed. I let her know of this and no accountability at all, she argued that they did make the beds but that's impossible, as I ended making them afterwards. read more

Do not use this UNPROFESSIONAL "service". To start they were suppose to arrive at 5am as agreed in the attached text message and arrived around 6:45. The time was important because I needed them to clean before my carpet cleaners arrived. ( I had just purchased this home and the previous owners left this house in really bad condition/ a COMPLETE mess!! So I decided to hire a company to clean it before I moved in as any other person would.) I called and texted and didn't get a response until she called me back saying that she overslept.... well I asked her if she was still going to be able to come and she said yes but can't bring the 4 cleaners only 2. So they finally arrive and I tell them that the previous occupants had just moved out and I needed a deep cleaning (as already mentioned on the on the phone , which is why I requested 4 people) The girl said that since the house is very dirty she will have to charge me an extra $100. Even though I was already quoted a certain amount for a deep cleaning...? Then she's says that she quoted me the piece was "around that amount" not exactly. So I said okay whatever because I really need this done now. So she starts to "clean" and decided to show me how she cleaned but it still doesn't look clean.. then I'm confused like what? Then she shows me the room. And yes it doesn't look like she cleaned anything. The floors were still completely dirty!! And NOT vacuumed! So I ask her well are you going to at least vacuum? And she says no. Because the house is so dirty she needs more time to clean the kitchen and bathrooms... So then I told her well I need you to vacuum because I need it clean before the carpet guy gets here and then she says well I don't have a vacuum. Then I'm confused because I've never had a cleaning service not vacuum my floors and I mentioned that to her and she just blew me off like well I don't have a vacuum so... So at this point I realized she's is LAZY and wants me to pay her MORE money to do LESS work???!!! So I tell her no I need you to vacuum! I'm paying you to clean and she proceeds to tell me that the guy coming to clean my carpet can vacuum my floor. At This point I am just really like wow is this girl serious?First of all I am paying her to clean my home which includes vacuuming and you're even charging me extra money because it's so dirty but yet you don't want to clean it. This made no sense at all and her attitude was terrible. She went on to tell me in a nasty tone "do you want the service or not?" So I told her no I don't want the service if you're not going to vacuum and then she says she will vacuum. At this point I'm really annoyed because now she says she can vacuum but she just told me that she didn't even have a vacuum which means she completely lied to my face. So I don't like working with people who are not honest and people who are lazy and want me to pay more money and not do the work. I called her out on lying to me about not having a vacuum and she just blew it off like it was nothing and then said "I told you I will vacuum." I asked her why did she lie about not having a vacuum and she said that because the house is dirty she didn't want to use her vacuum. I was fed up at this point with this rude And Unprofessional person. She was really judgmental about the cleaning the home. Yes I realize the house was dirty bc the previous owner left it that way when they moved out, I had no control over the condition that they left the house.m in. Trust me I was already upset about it and it doesn't feel great to hire a company to clean and make it better and they end up treating you poorly over it when it wasn't even my fault to begin with. So I told her I no longer want her services and then she proceeded to tell me well I need to pay her then. Her original price for the deep cleaning was $200 then she said It's an extra $100 because it's so dirty. She requested that I pay her $100 for the work that she had done so far. Which was nothing!!! I regret being bullied into paying her $100. She did not deserve that much money. My husband wasn't there but he said that I shouldn't have given her the money. But I just wanted her to leave and with her attitude I didn't want anything to escalate and I was more focused on trying to get the house cleaned bc I was on a tight deadline. This service was EXTREMELY disappointing. We had planned on them coming at 11am and they showed up an hour early unannounced. The cleaning was subpar and everything was thrown around all over the place and nothing back in its place. They were very messy especially with making the beds. The shower was not very well scrubbed, and definitely not worth having someone come in to do for us. I called her first time because previous service had failed me and she came same day to give me estimate at schedule a time within a couple days which was a lifesaver. I found her estimate to be more than fair and scheduled. Upon visit I felt she actually cleaned and did more than was agreed upon and was completely satisfied.
