We recently hired this post-construction cleaning and deep clean team, and I truly cannot say enough good things about Edica and Liz's work, they're total pros. And communications and setup with Mary was seamless. Our home was covered in construction dust and debris, with that fine layer of grit that settles into every surface. On top of that, there were a couple areas we didn't fully renovate that hadn't been deeply cleaned in over a decade. Edica and Liz got the job done. They were incredibly thorough and detail-oriented, tackling everything from baseboards and vents (even inside some vents!) to window tracks, cabinets, light fixtures, and floors. False advertising.... I looked this business up on Yelp and connected with them over text/email. They show that our area is in their area for cleaning. I provided detailed information and even had a quote. I then inquired about the cost for monthly cleaning. At this time I had a response apologizing that our area is NOT in the area the service? I would say this is false advertising if they show a circle of the area they service and it's right in the middle then turn around and say it's not? But it's their loss. We had a different company come to the home we moved out of and they were awesome and they do not service the area we moved to but we had such a great connection and will use them twice a month at a great deal. Firstly, the cleaning team is great! I have no issues with them. My issue is with the owner. She is unprofessional and does not communicate clearly. I called to ask when the ladies would be arriving since this wasn't clear and I could tell she was irritated I'd called. She started explaining about how they need to drop off the kids at school and that's why they can be a bit later. I said but it's Saturday and she starts yelling at me! I hung up on her. This makes me wonder if she'll do this to a client how she treats her staff. The only reason I haven't canceled the service is because of the cleaning ladies. Otherwise I'd be gone. I've been very happy with Mary and her team. I've used a lot of cleaning services over the years and most are very average, and some are even terrible, but Mary's the real deal! I even attached some pictures to show how everything sparkles when they're done. Everything smells very clean too. My cleaning ladies are named Edica and Lizbet and they work very hard and deserve a shout out as well! I waited until after a handful of cleanings before posting this review because I've experienced in the past where the first cleaning is great and then sort of falls off afterwards. But I'm pleased to say that that is not the case here. As an added bonus, I should mention that Mary is very responsive and super friendly! They're also very reasonably priced. Mary and a Mop was an absolute lifesaver for us! We were dealing unimaginable filth, grit and dust from demolition and construction work that occurred in our home for many, many months. To be honest, I didn't think it would ever be possible to great rid of all that fine gritty coating on everything. Not only did Edika & Liz get rid of it, but they had every square inch of our house glistening and shining!! They were miracle workers, pure and simple! They arrived exactly when they said they would, and powered through until the job was completed. There were a few missed spots/areas but it was very easy to communicate with Dalia and offered to come back and go over said missed areas.
