Edwin's Cleaning Service has cleaned my place on several occasions. In regards to their service,…read morethey are thorough, do a great job, they are very thorough, and leave place very clean. They do really well in cleaning the small areas and the nooks and crannies that I would miss every time we clean. Whenever we come home, we can see the difference right away. On a personal level they are very friendly, kind, and considerate. They showed up at the time they said they would arrive and they leave at the time that they predicted they would be done. They were very sensitive to the needs of our family, even in our boys bedroom, which could be challenging, and often work around us with no problem. The bottom line is they do excellent work they do a great job and I would recommend them to anyone. I guarantee if you try them once you'll see the difference you'll want them back. John

FIVE STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more Practically seconds after I posted the first review, Jonathan, the owner, reached out to me to apologize that the service was not up to par. He offered to have the team come back out to clean the areas that were missed or to refund half the money. Because my schedule is crazy and I didn't have a time I could have them over and watch anytime soon, I opted for the partial refund. He venmo'd it right over! In light of that, I wanted to update the review and let everyone know. They stand behind their word and I wouldn't have a problem giving them another try in the future.

First off I loved how well their communication was with me. I loved how quickly I was able to get a response from their team and felt included throughout the process. 2nd their prices are UNMATCHED! Other cleaning companies charged double if not triple of what Figueroas Maintenance services charges. What stood out to me was it being a woman/ family owned company... I love and will always support that. 3rd their employee Luz was a professional at her craft. Before she began her services, we did a walk through of the house so she could see what to expect for time management and the condition of the house. I specified what the problem areas of the house were that way we were on the same page. She left our home beautiful and ready for the day. As soon as we walked in it smelled clean. Here are a few examples: 1) I specifically asked for the baseboards to be cleaned and they were not (it was included in the service). 2) Hair was left in the shower drain and a horrible white residue was left all over my shower floor, which has never happened before! 3) They did not clean under the bathroom floor mat in my second bathroom, nor did they clean the tub/shower at all. 4) Cat hair was left all over my dining room chairs. 5) You could see where they wiped, and didn't wipe, the floor in one of the rooms due to the residue left. 6) The items on my bathroom counter were not even touched or moved as they had dust all over them and the counter underneath them was also dirty. 7) There were some items in the corner of the kitchen counter that were not moved and cleaned underneath. 8) The bottom shelves of one of the rooms was not dusted. I can say that the wife was the one who did the kitchen and she did a good job! The husband did most of the rest of the house and he did not do such a good job. I did like how he moved the couch to clean behind it and underneath it, though. Although, there was still pet hair left in some spots on the couch.
