The crew (2 super nice ladies) came on time and did an amazing job. Rate ended up being higher than quoted due to how badly maintained the bathroom was (I had no idea it was that dirty, I never went in the bathroom fully and didn't see how disgusting the tub was) but the rate was fair and I love how they charge a flat rate instead of by the hour. They are a deep cleaning service and it's clear they really pay attention to the details - everything from my baseboards to glass shower door are squeaky clean! I live in a 2bd/2ba apartment and it took them 4.5 hour to clean. Price was more than fair, especially for a first time booking in a place they hadn't clean before. Great job! 2 cups of piping hot coffee spilled on my counter and then dripped into my utensil drawer and the 2 drawers that hold my pots and pans....on a Monday morning. I did the best I could but had to head to work. At lunch I realized the drawers needed to come out and everything needed to be cleaned out. Stressed out, I ran to Yelp and gave Oma's a call. They went as far as telling me no one would clean my home for the price i asked and told me to "be good" instead of being professional and giving me a counter price.
