Brenda came with a partner and they were both incredibly kind, quick, thorough, and easy to communicate with from the start. They got into all the things you don't normally clean on a regular basis--fans, vents, grout, etc.--and even managed to remove a stubborn rust/grout stain at the bottom of my bathtub that I've never been able to get out myself. My entire apartment was seriously spick-and-span when they were done! I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know. So happy I found them!

Let me first start by saying they did an excellent…read morejob cleaning the house, but if you want earth friendly cleaning solutions, you may have to ask for it. They used harsh chemicals, but cleaned my home very well. My concern falls under lack of communication and lack of consideration with delicate furnishings. I hired them for 3 visits because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The first time they damaged my son's comforter with a bleach ring. Looked like they placed a bottle on his bed and let it sit. Communication was like prying teeth as well. They were 1-2 short word answers when I asked for a time and specifics. Second time around, I called and texted to get a time of arrival and didn't get a response for 3 days. The day of arrival, they didn't show up on time. Instead I got a text at a later time that day claiming to have gotten into a car accident but could still show up. I was upset because I too have things to do and I felt this was BS because I was already noticing communication problems. I told her I was going to cancel services and not to worry about coming anymore and that's when she started texting more promptly. I hesitantly allowed the second visit and they did do a good job. Now the third visit, same thing. We had a scheduled time, but then messages me that she has to change the time. They show up and that was the last visit. I have expensive Lego sets and they dropped one accidentally. I also told her I did not want a certain part of the house cleaned and to leave it alone, but they still invaded that part of the house and picked up. They left and didn't say anything about the Legos. I messaged Jania and she said that she was not aware that one of the girls did that and they can come by and fix it. How are YOU going to fix a broken Lego set? I also told her that I specifically didn't want a certain part of the house cleaned. She said she told the girl, but doesn't know why she didn't listen. She apologized, but the lack of communication and owning up to the mistakes was my last straw. If you don't care about delicate furnishing's and don't mind being left on read for days, and have an open schedule then they are for you.

Avoid this company for any move-in/move-out cleans…read more My husband and I booked a full move-in deep clean for our new home. The service was scheduled for today at 9am. Last night, Mary asked to move it up to 7am. We agreed, and my husband was there at 6:50am to let the team in. They didn't show until almost 7:30, with no heads up that they were running late. Around 9:30am, one of the two cleaners texted my husband saying she had an emergency and would come back in a few hours. We were understanding, of course. By 2:30, no one had returned. My husband called Mary (who didn't even know about the emergency), and the cleaner then texted him asking him NOT to tell Mary. When he asked Mary for a discount since we were now way behind schedule, she said she couldn't because it would come out of her own pay. We have movers scheduled for the following morning, so we needed this service completed by tonight. At 3:40, I called Mary myself for a completion estimate and had the most unprofessional customer service interaction I've ever experienced. No apology, no accountability- just blame-shifting and complaints about her own employee. At one point she asked ME to call her workers for her since they weren't responding to her. I said that wasn't my responsibility. She got defensive and aggressive, then demanded to speak to my husband instead. We tried to cancel outright. She refused, claiming the team had done "80% of the work", which was false. It seems like all they'd done was pour cleaner into the toilets. Nothing else was touched. By 4:30pm, the team still hadn't returned. Only when my husband called back to say we were cancelling regardless did she finally agree- and framed it like she was doing us a favor by not charging us. We ended up cleaning the townhome ourselves tonight with the help of my sister, but this ordeal threw off our entire timeline. I don't blame the individual cleaner- emergencies happen. But Mary's complete lack of accountability and professionalism in handling it says everything. Hard pass. ***Response to Owner's Reply*** Mary, while I appreciate your apology, I don't find it genuine. You only attempted to call me to apologize yesterday after my husband called you out on your rude and hostile behavior towards me. You didn't offer any solutions during our conversations. And even admitted to us that you wanted to fire your employee despite knowing her for 10 years. The only thing you offered was a discount towards a future cleaning service, and this was AFTER you agreed to cancel once your team confirmed that they didn't even complete 10% of the job. I hope you learn from this experience and treat your customers and employees with more respect in the future.

When I ask for price estimate for a post construction cleaning on 04/24, they texted me saying $70hr for 2 CLEANERS (keeping screenshots). It is in my price range so I booked them for 4 hours. The cleaners Anna and Aida are very nice but everything was not finish since there are a lot that still need to be clean so I book them again today 04/25. This time they are charging me $70 an hour for 1 CLEANER only without telling me. I paid $280 for 2 cleaners for 4 hours on 04/24 and $347 (they give me a $38 discount when I call them) for ONE CLEANER for 5.5 hours on 04/25 when it shouldn't cost that much for 1 cleaner. I asked and they said the price is for the house, not cleaners. OK, so I asked if they can send 3 people on 04/26 to finish the job and obviously the answer is no.

I hired GleamingLuxe to clean at my elderly parents' apartment, and unfortunately had two…read moresignificant issues. First, after the cleaning, several family photos and souvenir magnets that had been on the fridge for years were missing. When we raised this, the company's response was to say their cleaners didn't recall seeing or removing anything, and the conversation became more about disputing responsibility than resolving the issue. To be fair, they did return to search the apartment, and I appreciate that effort -- but the items never turned up, and we were left without any real explanation. These were irreplaceable family keepsakes, and losing them was genuinely upsetting. Second, about a week after the cleaning, I noticed several areas -- a shelf near a window with visible dust and debris still sitting on it, and a bathroom baseboard corner with grime buildup and hair still on the floor -- that hadn't actually been cleaned. Photos attached. These were exactly the hard-to-reach spots I'd hired help for in the first place, since my parents can't easily do them themselves. Between the missing items and the incomplete cleaning, I can't recommend this service, even though I do want to acknowledge they were responsive once I flagged the missing items and returned to help look.
