I recently visited Icki Sticki and this place is the perfect stop for a sweet treat. The moment I walked in, 1 was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with colorful decor that immediately lifted my spirits. There are so many ice cream flavors to choose from as well as other sweet treats such as bakery items and sandwiches. They also have a variety of drinks from coffee to boba tea. This last visit I got a hot dirty chai and a money business waffle that were both delicious. I also really liked that. They have a pay it forward wall, where several people paid for items for people in need. Staff was very friendly but it was a slight wait as there was only one person working. I am excited to see a new Icki Sticki. I was there within couple of days of their opening. They didn't have everything they generally offer. The smore's waffle which was a holiday special was good. The simple egg and cheese sandwich tasted good as well. Winter chai latte was a good drink to try. I had a muffin as well. They had several Wisconsin specialized products like sprecher and rishi tea. I took a chocolate shoppe locorice ice cream as well. Flavor was slightly spicy, but ok for me. But it was full of black food color. Many flavors of Chocolate Shoppe ice cream. We were waited on immediately. Friendly girl. Good ice cream. BUT after dipping our ice cream she ran in the back room and never came back out to help her coworker. My husband waited in line behind a family of 5 each ordering ice cream and drinks that needed to be mixed. Also drive throughs came by and they were waited on before my husband who was just standing there waiting to pay. His ice cream was melting!! The customer service was bad. Why wait on drive throughs while he's waiting to pay?? Why did the one woman working not ask the second employee to come and help her? Will go elsewhere from now on. Icki Sticki is such a cool place to go for coffee and Boba. I had the Rainbow Grilled Cheese and a Chocolate Croissant and they were very good! The Manager, Cassie, of the D'Onofrio Drive location helped me with the correct Boba flavor for my mood. It was amazing! She suggested the brown sugar boba and I loved it. Beautiful place also, so welcoming and inviting. I love that there are board games there to play also! read more

I would not recommend their "boba". My milk tea was watery, the syrup options didn't make sense for the drink, and the boba stuck together so was too big for my straw. The ice cream is good, but that's something they buy in bulk from Chocolate Shoppe, so it's not special to them. read more

The service was fine. Nothing really to complain about on that front. They were out of two ingredients, one for the smore waffle, and they didn't have ham for the two breakfast sandwiches they offered on the Kiosk. When we did get the food the quality was abysmal. The ham was subbed out for sausage since they didn't have ham, and the sausage tasted like a microwaved Walmart sausage out of the package. The sandwich was $6-$7 and was just a patty thrown on two pieces of toast with a lougey of cheese. No cheese all fake meat. Was not worth $7 price. The snore waffle was decent but nothing to write home about. Especially since they didn't even have the graham crackers for the smore aspect. The boba smoothie tasted like you got slapped in the face by a brick wall of perfume walking into Macy's. I don't understand how you can capture the feeling of Sephora in a drink, but they did it. The ambiance was the best thing about the place. It's a cozy shop with cool knick knacks and other drinks you can use to wash down the smoothie and dollar store sausage. The business itself is nice and cozy so I'm not trying to hate on the service. The employees were wonderful and welcoming. Ordered a banana walnut Nutella waffle, and sadly it was awful. Hardly any Nutella, a scattering a walnut halves (hard to eat with the waffle, chopped would have been better). Flavorless waffles and a terrible latte to boot. So disappointing after all the great reviews from others. Nice staff! read more

I came mid afternoon to grab a coffee. I waited at the sign to order and nobody answered so I drove to the window and waited some more. Someone finally came and took my order. I ordered and then waited for an extra 15-20 minutes in the drive through. They also ask if you want to tip and how much in the drive through. It's tacky and I want my tip money back. I won't be coming back. Oh and they also didn't even give me what I ordered the worst coffee experience I've ever had. read more

Drive thru is slower than a herd of turtles. Called a pickup order in 15 minutes in advance, and when I arrived they had still not started it. I'll find my ice cream at Dairy Queen from now on.!! read more

Took a few friends for coffee here yesterday- highly impressed by their flavors and the options of sugar free syrups. The barista was knowledgeable and super friendly. The shop was decorated nicely, had an awesome retail section with local coffee and gifts. This will be my go to place now. read more

Have always had great customer service when coming here. I have 5 children with special needs and they offer choices that help my kids get ice cream even if they are lactose intolerant. I love the breakfast sausage sandwich I get there. I am still trying to figure out which coffee I like as my go to. But I will keep coming back. read more
