Shortly after another person came out from the back which sped things along nicely. I ordered a special iced coffee drink and a mushroom empanada and both were amazing! Although I was taking my order to go the decor was cute and there were a lot of people meeting up to hang out. It seems like a cute place to catch up with friends, plus the huge parking lot is nice. Since I was new to coffee roasting, I figured I'd buy green coffee from Burman, until I found more sellers; but, I haven't changed sellers. I'm sure there are other good ones out there. But Burman has been very responsive, has a great online POS system, good info about the beans they sell, and the one time I had a questions, I received a prompt response. As I learn more about green beans, I'm pretty certain Burman is providing the best quality -- and, they have an awesome variety. After a while, you want to pick a few goto's, but its hard with Burman -- Its like a candy store. I've been happy with their BCT Espresso green blend as a good all around coffee. Then I like the Bob-o-link from Brazil. Also Ethiopian Asikana Birbir Sololiya Org. Natural Gr 1, and Papua New Guinea Carpenter Estates Sigri Kula PB. Highly recommend purchasing with them.
