From back to front, caramel iced latte 16oz, Fowpaw flavored flat white, sweet and creamy cold brew 8oz

Came for coffee with two friends and had a good time at Forward, loved the selection of drinks and seating options. The side room with the couches is fun, and the vibe inside is great. Two of my friends and I ordered an iced caramel latte, a sweet and creamy cold brew, and a Foxpaw latte. Overall, we thought they were good. My cold brew was a little overpoweringly sweet, but sweet is in the name, so hard to complain. My friends and I have a very opinionated and convoluted rating system for coffee shops based on 13 categories. Forward scored a good 13.59 out of 21, a good score (21 is hard to get). Some of the top features were drinkware, atmosphere, and chairs (both ergonomics and number). Would gladly come back a second time!

It is not dog friendly, do not let them trick you on google. Drove 25minutes to find this out. Have been here one other time for trivia and it was great.

Great coffee and cool vibes! You can get a coffee flight and beer flight all in one spot. We really enjoyed their seasonal coffee flavors and cold brews. This would be the perfect spot for a coffee date or happy hour, they have a nice selection of beers and plenty of seating. They host tap takeovers and some fun beer/coffee food pairing events. We will definitely be back soon!

Nice coffee and brew shop. Parking is a little sparse but neat place. Good wifi. Good beer.

sweet and creamy cold brew with chocolate orange scone, mostly consumed lol

best coffee i've ever had, no joke a friend brought me here to study for her finals and the coffee was jaw dropping, so good. i had the sweet and creamy cold brew and she the gingerbread, both were the best coffee i've tasted and the baked goods were delicious too; i had the chocolate orange scone. great aesthetics and it was so lovely to see so many people calmly enjoying the atmosphere and the servers were very patient with me and my first time ordering - 90s pop punk was a big plus too

This is such a great place! We came on a Sunday morning to check out the new coffee/beer spot in the area and it has a really relaxed vibe. They have cold brew flights which is a fun twist to your traditional coffee spot. Plus you can grab other drinks like lattes and a whole French press of coffee for 4. We didn't try the beer but they have a number of IPAs and overall a wide selection! Something for everyone. I definitely recommend checking it out!!

I cannot contain my excitement about these new cold brew flights in town. Thank you Forward Craft & Coffee for making my cold brew dreams come true!! The cold brew flight did not disappoint! I can not remember the exact flavors but I know they were all delicious! I think there was an almond, vanilla, oakmilk..ya know...guess you have to go see for yourself! Also, all of the cold brews on draft right now are dairy free. The Baristas/ owners we're SO nice, the scones were && The have a side garage door window that's open on nice days! GET HERE and welcome these guys to the neighborhood- we're so excited to have you!!!

Good beer selection, nice servers and very clean. Just wish they had a better parking situation and served food other than sweets for breakfast.

Great Dane Pub has become one of my favorite spots in Madison for a variety of reasons from the drinks, vibes, service and community support! Situated on the corner of Doty and King in downtown Madison, Great Dane is a welcome sight for any visitor or local looking for a chill spot to have a solid drink, tasty bite and/or a good time! The pub is one large space, but it is separated into a few unique areas. One side is quintessential pub with a long bar, lots of dark woods, and a good sized dining room. The other is more of a pool hall vibe where you will find the other side of the bar, several pool tables, lots of TV's, high tops, darts, etc...We have bellied up to both sides of the bar and while I like both sides, I prefer the vibe of the pub side. They have a fairly extensive food menu with several bar/pub classics such as wings, nachos and burgers. But they also offer a good variety of sandwiches, bowls, salads, soups and even tacos. While we are normally here for the drinks, we do enjoy the cheese curds, wings and poutine! Speaking of drinks, they always have a great menu of house cocktails that is constantly updated for seasonality. I have had several iterations of cocktails and since I visit a few times a year, I always get to try new seasonal cocktails and beers! Service is always stellar here, no matter what side of the bar you are on. Welcoming, friendly and helpful...every time! Overall, I am an absolute fan of The Great Dane Pub!

The bartender assured us that their vegan options were incredible. MadisonTap features many local Wisconsin beers on tap. They seem to often rotate the beers and keep a solid selection. MadisonTap was spacious with bar seats, tables, and booths available. The design and decor were well thought out. The crowd seems to be young professionals in their mid-20s to early 30s. I don't recall the beers I got here but I do remember prices being ~$7-10 range mark. The bartender and owner place special emphasis on being vegetarian and vegan friendly. Even one of the cocktails used vegan butter. There was a single bartender when I visited but it was a bit slow. We had a great conversation and watched Christmas movies on the projectors. Overall, solid experience. 5/5. Favorited in Madison, WI.

The menu is filled with elevated pub food, a few classics and then a few twists on those very classics. Come hinge, because the menu is carb-driven, so be ready to eat! To start, we went with the poutine, because why not! The fries were crispy, gravy was velvety and the curds were firm, yet melty enough for a good cheese pull! For our mains, we both went sandwiches. I went with the Celtic Burger, which is their standard burger with added caramel iced onion, whiskey bacon jam, Irish cheddar and a garlic aioli. The burger was good and cooked well, but it was less impressive than I expected given all the goods they added to it. While the aforementioned additions sound like a flavor bomb, it was still fairly one note in overall flavor. It was still tasty, but again, not as expected. My buddy went with the corned beef sandwich. He enjoyed it, no major issues! I did appreciate that exchanging fries with fried curds was an option, especially after loaded up on fries as a starter. The curds were well fried, pillowy and quite tasty. Perfect side for sure! In addition to the food, they are known for their bar offerings so you know we had to grab a few cocktails! I went with the Golden Dew and my buddy the Old Fashioned. Golden Dew was delightful, however the old fashioned was a bit sweet, but that's possibly the brandy. Service was great. We walked in and hit the wait list, however was able to scoop up a few seats at the bar before our table was ready. The bartenders were friendly, helpful and an overall joy to interact with.
