Seems like a fun and creative menu with seasonal drink options. Refresher was nice, just like you'd expect, but a little on the sweet side for me. I got a second cup of seltzer to "cut" the drink and it was perfect. Front room is cozy with moderate noise and activity from the coffee bar and front entrance. There's a second back room that was cooler, quiet, and with lots of open tables for studying. I came on a weekday afternoon, but there was plenty of open seating even with ~10 customers sitting in. I wish there were more outlets, though!

This place is giving, no nonsense, here's your coffee - get it and go with a premium price. I would say their location is prime - being the only coffee shop inside garver feed mill, so they will always have a steady stream of people, plus orders online, which added to the wait. Was it worth it - to have a coffee while strolling, I suppose. Any time else, not really.

After visiting my Colectivo on a previous visit to Madison, I vowed to hit every location in the…read morecity and with my most recent visit and a stop by to this location, goal achieved! I fell in love with the brand via their downtown locations, tasty coffee, creative recipes, chill and local vibes, sustainable and a good cause. All the things! This location is a bit different than their downtown locations, not in service or menu, but it vibes, decor and overall space. This Colectivo is located in an older plaza with a bit of historical significance to the area. With that, Colectivo kept the bones and history of the place, including a cool fireplace inside, and ultimately arranged the restaurant around what was there, not the other way around. As with the other locations, I have an absolute favorite on the menu, an item I am utterly obsessed with...The Iced Cold Brew Oat-Chata. Absolute perfection in an iced coffee cup! Seems fairly simple, but it is complex, layered in flavors and just an enjoyable drink to chill with while hanging out here! As with the other locations, they do offer a bit of food from prepared meals and sandwiches to pastries and treats as well. Service is always stellar at Colectivo and this location is no exception. Overall, massive fan of Colectivo!

I loved their seating areas: outside, couch seating, and tables. A great place to meet someone or work. They even have a small childrens toy area near the couches. The staff are also extremely friendly. My wifi went out, so I needed a coffee shop to work from. I had heard good things about this space so came to check it out. I was able to setup, get some work done and then place my order. Unfortunately, they are clearly very popular and were sold out of most of their food. Luckily the one thing they had in stock was the honey cheese bread, which is what I wanted to try. I have had a version of this at an italian spot which used foccacia, and this very brought me back to it with a nice spin. It's well portioned and you'll spend about $8 for it, but it's worth it for a nice filling sweet treat. It's cut like a pie and formed on top like a honeycomb. They drizzle honey all over it and it is a MUST. The sweet from the honey mixed with the sesame in the bread and the creaminess from the cheese is to die for. They warm it up for you too and come hungry cuz it's dense, but you won't be able to stop eating it. Happy fooding!

It is sometimes impossible to find parking-- that must be a trend with Starbucks locations because the Fitchburg and West locations have the same issue.
