Half Veggie Sandwich
Amy V.

Service was quick and friendly. It was a cute coffeehouse with a fireplace and a variety of seating options. The veggie sandwich on sourdough was really good with both hummus and avocado amongst other veggies! I tried the soup special of the day which was Baja chicken enchilada. It was hearty with lots of veggies. While I didn't have a single piece of chicken in mine, the flavor was still good.

Paul's palmeni

It's a nice and simple cafe. The place had a good vibe. One should order in the front counter and take a seat. Food will be delivered to you. I went during noon for lunch. The place was not too busy. I went for a full Paul's palmeni and it was delicious as always. Without customization it came 50/50 potato and beef and had works on it. That was nice. Chipotle chicken sandwich was flavorful as well. Raspberry truffle mocha was a good drink to try. I tried a cranberry orange bread from the display, which was good as well.

Oasis Cafe is a cozy modern place to meet friends, get some work done, grab a snack with your kiddo, or grab coffee with your sweetheart. I love the patio seating option, and the floor to ceiling windows make Oasis Cafe really stand out. There are different seating options indoor and outdoor. Lots of menu options; cereal bars, cinnamon rolls, pelmeni dumplings, eggs, hummus plate. And of course as a cafe there are many beverage options. Service is fairly quick. On this occasion I enjoyed a cappuccino and a protein bar. I look forward to visiting again.

Their menu is small but mighty having a little something for everyone. I got a hot Maple Latte with oatmilk. The flavor was subtly sweet but paired great with the espresso. The maple syrup was sourced locally and made in house. I'd be very curious to come back and try the other specialty lattes. My husband got their Homemade Chai Latte. It was cozy in a cup and had nice spices in it. We shared the Bagel Sandwich which was the perfect portion for a breakfast snack. The bagel seemed to have fresh seasoning on it and the flavors layered nicely together. Overall, this was a great coffee, tea, food stop. Its right off Capitol Square but order online for pick up to avoid the lines if you can.

I fell in love with the brand via their downtown locations, tasty coffee, creative recipes, chill and local vibes, sustainable and a good cause. All the things! This location is a bit different than their downtown locations, not in service or menu, but it vibes, decor and overall space. This Colectivo is located in an older plaza with a bit of historical significance to the area. With that, Colectivo kept the bones and history of the place, including a cool fireplace inside, and ultimately arranged the restaurant around what was there, not the other way around. As with the other locations, I have an absolute favorite on the menu, an item I am utterly obsessed with...The Iced Cold Brew Oat-Chata. Absolute perfection in an iced coffee cup! Seems fairly simple, but it is complex, layered in flavors and just an enjoyable drink to chill with while hanging out here! As with the other locations, they do offer a bit of food from prepared meals and sandwiches to pastries and treats as well. Service is always stellar at Colectivo and this location is no exception. Overall, massive fan of Colectivo!

You can sit inside at the main room or head downstairs where it's more private and comfy and then there's the quiet wine bar off to the side. Lots of mismatched new and antique furniture with old wooden plank floors. Parking is limited as there are only four spots behind the place and street parking otherwise. No drive up window either. They do offer some breakfast sandwich choices, but there were no croissants or other pastries to choose from besides one scone. I got the ham and cheese sandwich and enjoyed the crunchy ciabatta roll it came on. The coffee here is as good or better than Starbucks, so they get that important part of the formula right. When you finish your order and run your credit card, the tip screen will be waiting for you or add to the tip jar. The prices are reasonable and the service is friendly with free Wi-Fi. This is a nice place to sit and visit, but not if you're in a morning rush. On some weekends they actually have some live music. Ten informative photos for more insight.
