I'm obsessed with Starbucks Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites. They are so moist, fluffy & flavorful, plus they are a very healthy option! This particular Starbucks is in a "strip mall" location and there is no drive thru which is a big downside. I hate going inside Starbucks - it's always so hectic lol I'm also not a regular Starbucks go-er so I prefer to order online and would recommend anyone to do that so you can customize your drink without any judgement or pressure lol!! read more

I made a slight detour to check out this Starbucks and so far, it's comparable to many of the other Starbucks around the city. The store is well stocked and fairly clean (aside from the stained footprints from the snow outside which I would hope they clean daily). I ordered my typical blueberry oatmeal with some brown sugar and it was made well. I also switched up my drink order so I stood at the cashier contemplating which Latte to get. The cashier was relatively accommodating and fortunately there was no other customers behind me so I took some time to decide on giving the London Fog tea latte a try. Since I got a Venti (or large size) drink, there were two tea bags inside. So I went ahead and took both of those out almost immediately, not sure how much time it was steeping in total though. I was also able to use a free code that I earned for making a purchasing at another Starbucks a few weeks back. Apparently the expiration date for my free drink needed to be redeemed by this weekend, luckily the cashier pointed this out to me which I otherwise would not have realized. The layout of the store is standard with some seats in the entrance and against one side of wall, win more seatings in the back. There's also two individual bathrooms located in the middle of the store. The lighting in the store is on the dimmer side with individual seats that have hanging lights overhead, good for doing light work and trying to study potentially. read more

Very nice staff. Started going regularly a few months before COVID. During, they closed down and have recently reopened. Using the app makes it easy. The quality of the coffee and the breakfast sandwiches are consistently good. Nothing terribly special of this location over others but good nonetheless. read more

Big store, lots of seating and staff, FILTHY. I really hate stores, especially that serve food, that are filthy. Yelp wants me to review this Starbucks. I really dont know what to say, unlike some chains, Starbucks stores dont seem to vary much. I cant say I've ever had an issue with any of them (outside of taking issue with some well publicized occurrences at locations I personally havent been to, but I digress). Every time I've been, the staff has been helpful. There has been a line and it has moved quickly. It is sometimes impossible to find parking-- that must be a trend with Starbucks locations because the Fitchburg and West locations have the same issue. "Oh, we need a location to open another Starbucks? Find us a strip mall with the LEAST PARKING EVER." I go to this one the most because it is right by my house. The most for me is MAYBE once a week because any more frequent than that would be too much money and too many calories. But delicious. read more

I only drink their teas and they are fine. The nice aspect of this store is the employees. They make the difference between this coffee shop and other places. Case in point, I was in line when a woman handed the barista a card with her order. The barista read the card, rang her up, took payment, smiled and then gave the hand sign for 'thank you'. Yes, I am reviewing a Starbucks. The reason for this review was for the exceptional service I received here this past weekend. My wife has been saving the points up on her Starbucks rewards card (a gold card). It turns out that you have to cash in free drinks within 30 days on your card now, and they can not be stored and used when ever you like. So instead of have multiple free drinks on her card for us to use, we only had 1 free one. The employee at the counter explained this new rule to us, and still hooked us up with a second free drink any size/ any kind of our choice. It was truly awesome customer service! So thank you lady employee behind the register this last Easter Sunday around noon. Other things I noticed about this Starbucks, it was very clean, a well organized pastry/muffin area. There is no drive thru, so that kinda sucks. I counted at least 3 people working behind the counter, so staffed properly. Our drinks were made quick and tasted great! 4 out of 5 only because it is a Starbucks and there are just so many of them (its not original). Again, excellent customer service! read more

This is going to be a short, but standard, Starbucks review. The ladies who helped me were so friendly, and my post-lunch stops on a few workdays were quick, accurate, and the coffee output was decent. All of this gives "THE brand" of coffee chains that extra 4th star from this Coffee King. I also discovered the VIA instant iced coffee pouches at this location, summer of 2016, which gives some bonus points and makes me more fond than average. Hot summer work afternoons, even though I am inside, in a A/C office, an iced coffee does so much more than hot. Plus, I can make two large servings out of one pouch. If you're zipping through Monona, or coming off the Belt Line and looking for coffee, this place is open and worth that quick coffee fix. read more

I have a unique name - Starbucks and other coffee shops get it wrong even after I say "v as in Victor - e - n - i". There was a time I came to this Starbucks basically every other day. Gina remembers me each time and already has my name down before I can figure out what I can order. The little things like that mean a lot to me. Lines are normally long during lunch but the wait is not. They always get my order right which is a plus too :) The parking lot fills up quickly so sometimes I have to park at the end closest to the Starbucks building in the pick n save parking lot when I'm just trying to make a 5 minute trip. read more

Such a pain in the butt just to get in and get parked, but I was cold and in need of a warm up for my drive home. I figured it'd be a quick little stop, but it was more than 20 minutes to get back out the door on a Sunday afternoon (3pm ish) and that's just really unacceptable. First I waited in line for 10ish minutes. There was just one mom/daughter in front of me, but it took absolute ages for the guy to take their order and get them settled. At no point did the person working the espresso machine or one of the other two people behind the counter get my order so my drink could be started. The ordering process was ok if a little fumbled, but at that point I was already wondering what the hold up was. I then waited another 10 minutes for my drink. The person working the espresso machine seemed incapable of making more than one drink at a time. Another employee couldn't get a container of strawberry syrup open and eventually three of them were working on it. If this is how traffic moves through there when no one is in line, how do they handle a morning rush? It's the only Starbucks between campus and heading back to Milwaukee, but I think I'll be settling for gas station coffee in the future - it's not worth going back for this and dealing with the hassle. read more

Every barista I've had interaction with recently has been extremely rude. So unfortunate as this USED to be a nice starbucks to visit, even despite that there is no drive thru. Ordered a frappe with coconut milk and no whip for a friend that is vegan. The barista put whip on the drink and was incredibly put out that I asked him to remake it. Also put your damn mobile order drinks where people can reach them. You are not keeper of the drinks people. Get over it. Starbucks Monona previously had a sort of drab smallish interior. Since they reopened last week after their remodel, things have changed. Gone is the smallish interior, replaced with a mantra of working with the space we have and making it look like a whole new store within a same exterior. To explain it to someone who doesn't live here, it looks more like the Starbucks in Old San Juan in terms of Interior, maybe on a smaller scale. You have a similar layout of Grand seating area in the front, and a similar small walkway leads into a new seating area in the back, replacing the staff room. read more

This location is a little out of the way for me, but you just can't beat friendly staff and prompt service. If you're on the east side and about to hit the beltline for the early morning rush hour, you may want to pop in here. This place is alright. It's a hit or miss for the Lattes... or the iced coffee. I don't know if some are just not following the correct steps of what... this isn't one of my favorite Starbucks but it does the job when I'm desperate. The layout of the building is pretty narrow, they have an open and private area for those who want to just hang out and read a book or something. This place can get pretty packed in the morning but service seems to be fast here. I don't like that they don't have a drive-thru. This place seems to pretty pretty clean. So this Starbucks is a really nice one as far as comfort goes. It's big, a lot of seats a nice fireplace and the bathrooms have been pretty clean each time I've been there. My problem here is that they don't brew a blonde roast. You have to get a pour over if you want it. Normally that would be fine, but at this location they can not seem to remember they started one. On 3 different occasions I have watched my coffee sit there getting cold. After almost 10 min one time I got an apology... A trip to Starbucks should not bring my son to tears. But the two college aged young women working yesterday loudly conversed about how terrible 8 to 12 year old boys are. My son is eleven. We were the only two customers in the front room with these insensitive awful workers. Their rant went on for about ten minutes before I finallly realized the depth of their dislike for little boys and saw tears welding up in my son's eyes. When comforted these employees justified their words as a persoanl conversation (they were loud and working the front end), not directed at my son (okay, talk trash about black people or women in front of black people or women and tell them it's not directed at them) and really about one of their friend's son (well that makes it so much better for my son) I am beside myself. How could they both believe it's fine to publicly criticize all prepubescent boys? Do neither of them have any common sense? Mean spirted rants about children have no place in a public coffee house.
