Im sorry but I gotta be honest here. The management needs to get their head together and do something about the place because it's just sad and disappointing... It's supposed to be a sushi buffet but I couldn't eat the sushi. They were looking old and the sushi plate was covered in water super gross. The chow mein was overcooked and simply sad. The orange chicken in sauce had flat taste. Literally tasted like nothing. Soups are mostly empty and the entire space around soups is not taken care of properly, there's dried soup everywhere. Clean with an attentive, helpful staff. We had the lunch buffet at $13. Plenty of hot Asian dishes served in a well tended buffett area. There is always something new coming out and being added to the buffett. The staff is A+ in maintaining the areas clean and well stocked. So you get plenty of choices of fresh food in that price range for sure. Hibachi staff aims to please with fresh stir fry you choose ingredients and bring to them. On a recent evening after a hard day at work, I selected a buffet item that was labeled as a spring vegetable roll. After taking a bite, I immediately realized it contained pork, which was not disclosed anywhere. I am of the Jewish based faith background, and eating pork violates my religious dietary restrictions, so this was not a minor mistake for me. I notified staff and management right away. Instead of taking accountability, the label identifying the item was removed from the buffet, and management refused to offer a reasonable resolution. Being told to accept this without a meaningful apology or genuine effort to resolve for religious reasons felt dismissive and inappropriate. With a buffet, customers rely entirely on signage to make informed choices. When food is mislabeled, especially when it involves pork, it creates serious trust issues for anyone with dietary restrictions, whether religious or medical. Additionally, much of the buffet food appeared lukewarm rather than hot, with some items having a slimy texture and very little flavor. While I can only speak to my personal experience, the food often seemed like it had been sitting out for a while rather than freshly prepared. The way this was handled left a very bad impression. The food looked like it had been sitting out all day -- dry, cold, and tasteless. The sushi was rubbery, the seafood had a weird smell, and even the rice was hard. Nothing felt fresh. The service wasn't any better. Staff walked right past empty plates without clearing them, and when we asked for help, we got an attitude. Drinks took forever to refill, and when they finally came, the soda was flat. On top of that, the place just felt dirty. Tables were sticky, the floors looked like they hadn't been mopped, and the bathroom was awful. For the price they charge, you'd expect at least edible food and basic cleanliness -- but you don't get either here. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. I'm going to post this review with the caveat that you kind of have to know what to expect when you are paying $17 per person for dinner all you can eat. You get what you pay for. There are great all you can eat places for more money and the quality for it will show. This is not a vegas level all you can eat buffet. It's cheap Chinese. If you want to get full and have a variety of foods of medium quality, this is it. They have a variety of foods here and a hibachi worker too. He was moving a little slow for my liking, but it's there. The servers are quick and good about taking plates up and refilling waters. I've only been here once and they were hovering over me when I signed the check to make sure what I tipped. It was kind of annoying and rude, but I also understand Chinese culture and the Chinese restaurant industry, which is they don't think it's rude. Still annoying anyhow. The place looks as you would think it looks, which is a Chinese buffet with three rows of food. Mostly Chinese food. A lot of the stuff is mislabeled, so if you are a person with dietary restrictions, this might not work out so well. If you don't care, like myself you'll be okay. They have a dessert bar with fruit, salad station, and "American" fare food. The food was stocked up pretty often and I got there around 7 so they were stocking up well into after 8. Ok so this place is awesome considering the price for a buffet !!!! It was about $16 a person. The food options were plenty !!!!!! And even the dessert side had great options the coffee ice cream so delicious!!! The service was great she cleaned our table fast and was on top of drink refills. The parking is a little hard when it's packed there is a lot going on in that plaza . The best part is the hibachi part you pick what you want from the bar and bring it to the grill for them to cook right there so like I said for 16$ a person what a great deal. The sushi all had an orangish and red paste, which was disgusting and non of the staff could tell me what it was. My closest guess would be some kind of chicken turned into a paste. He went in to say how infuriated he was for her asking to change the price despite her eating "dinner food" which I told this person that even for the benefit of the doubt and for a moment said that if he was even right, exactly how did he think telling her to never comeback despite knowing our frequency to the establishment was in any way to talk to a person. Let alone a lady. So I continued questioning the man to only have him make disrespectful remarks, snickering while I spoke to him. Going as far to tell me that I wasn't his teacher so to not try and teach him anything but he most certainly needed to be taught some damn manners. An appropriate response would have been to ask us to please not make "this mistake again" and proceeded accordingly. But he decided that disrespecting my wife, myself, and our family unit was more important than resolving a minor conflict... You can count me out. If you care about your peace of mind don't go to this place. You'll get below standard service and who knows what guy yelling at you or your loved ones. This place is immaculate when it comes to variety and selection of sushi. The quality of food is superior. The fish is fresh and always fully stocked. The buffet staff are on point and attentive. The restaurant has a very intimate feel to it and we'll spaced. However my only issue with them is that not all staff are attentive. I understand it gets busy but at least just listen to what I'm saying before walking away. There is also a bit of a language barrier there so I understand that too. The food stations are clean and presentable but our table had a fruit fly around, which means they only clean the table with a wet cloth soaked from water and not solution. Inside looked clean and nice. I had so much to say about their rudeness and shamefully mislabeled items. I don't eat pork, and they treated me very badly because I asked what the items were. I dont like to play a victim role or racial card, but I also don't like being calm when people are rude to me, and I'm being respectful and calm. It's self serve on top of it so they aren't doing much for you anyways. I actually meant to go to a different buffet but I mixed up the names which is why we arrived here. Based on the price point the buffet was what I expected to find. Sushi, dim sum, a lot of fried chicken dishes, fish, peel and eat shrimp, a dried out hunk of some beef swimming in grease, soup, salad, green beans, and some items you don't expect to find at an Asian buffet like apple pie. Dessert was ice cream, fruit, flan, almond cookies, and small pieces of cake. Food quality ranged from decent to poor. They have a hibachi and a bar where you can pick protein and vegetables to be cooked for you but I never saw anyone manning the station the whole time I was there. I think my daughter enjoyed our visit here more than I did but she is a starving college student. Still I found enough to nibble on to get my $10 worth. You can't barely get out of McDonalds for $10 these days. If you are looking for quantity over quality than you can definitely get an inexpensive meal here. The wait staff is nasty, a 20% tip for a buffet is thrown back at you as not enough. Then if you complain to the manager he says ( actually did this to us ), he said get the ( F Bomb word used ) out of my restaurant.
