April 27, 2014 my world changed for the better. I drove off the iAutohaus (Tempe, AZ) with a pristine Silver 2007 Boxter S. Head snapping and gracious comments from passerby's immediately occurred at my 1st stop light. The BEST car buying experience EVER. I'd been researching for over 6 months specifically for a 2014 white Lexus ES 300H. I'd looked all the way across the East Coast to the West Coast but never found anything that came close to the PERFECT showroom condition, low mileage, color, and competitive price of the Lexus ES 300H I bought from IAUTOHAUS. The place is set up nice, the shop and the cars look good as well. Information regarding the Porsche I was looking at was underwhelming, but I took a leap of faith and traveled from Las Vegas based on the great reviews this place has received. It could be that this was an off chance or maybe I'm just used to a different kind of customer service, but this place was not all that it was cracked up to be. Even starting with my first phone call there it seemed cold and uninviting. It always sucks when you have better customer service etiquette than the reatailer or dealer you're working with like in this case. I showed up a little earlier than planned, was given an opportunity to look at the car, received a water (basic things). We test drove the vehicle and a feature was not functioning properly and there was a loud bang from the rear was dismissed with a "I don't know what it could be" "a mechanic must take a look" once we got back and parked I was left outside with no direction. I was told the part they thought was the issue would arrive in 4 to 5 days. Said the bang was due to driver error. And that's it. I just stood there. No apologies, no urgency to rectify time wasted. No real concern what so ever. Not even a ride to the airport. I called back to see if they were willing to do something like lower the price or at least get some kind of service record to justify me getting the car for any reason and of course no solid information was provided. I would have still been interested in getting the vehicle if I was allowed to take vehicle to get a pre purchase inspection at the Porsche Dealership, but that was also not possible. Money and time wasted. If you're from out of town, save yourself and go somewhere locally. If you're in town I guess it wouldn't hurt to see what they have. They do have some nice looking cars. I can't say the same of their working condition. read more

Guess they don't want my business. Getting the answering machine and no human interaction should of been my first clue. Won't be doing business with these folks, ever! Back to the BMW Dealer I go. This review is way past due! My husband and I purchased an ML 350 from Wesley at IAUTOHAUS in April of last year. We had the best auto buying experience back in April and continued awesome service experience ever since we came across this gem of a dealership! They are not only professional, personable and very reasonably priced, but also honest and full of integrity. The most recent interaction was due to a burned out brake light on my car. Another body shop tried to replace the bulb and after working on my car for 40 minutes they told me that the entire light fixture needed to be replaced and that it would cost $500. The only reason I even went to this body shop is because they were a mile away from my house and I thought it was too little of a job to go to iAUTOHAUS. After the initial shock faded, I called Joan at iAUTOHAUS. She asked me to bring the car by to have a look. My car was barely at their service department for 10 minutes. Sure enough, it was only a lightbulb after all. So grateful I called the dealership and thankful to these so honest people who are always ready to help. Will be buying all my future cars here! Continued great service, long after the sale..... Proof is in the pudding when a locally owned company, continues to grow on their good values, and great customer service. I have never (ever) wrote a review (of any kind) before. But, being a rather large sized business owner myself, I know what good/honest customer service. I have been impressed every-time I've dealt with the people here, and I always expected to pay more than what I end up paying. Yesterday, I took my Mercedes In for regular service, and informed the service center, "I think I need brakes also." Once service was complete, I had a discount coupon, and they also informed me that I still have plenty of life on my brakes, and no need to have them replaced now. I was doubly-triply impressed. Recently bought a very special car that I love from iAutohaus. They were great, very flexible, and supremely knowledgable.

Jeremy was friendly. I asked to see a vehicle listed on his website. He told me the vehicle was not ready to be sold as it was being worked on in his shop. I brought my wife to see the car 2 hours later. The car was still in the shop being worked on and i figured still unavailable. This was 330 to 4pm. They close at 630. I asked when the car would be ready and he told me hopefully by the end of the day or tomorrow morning. Being I work at 4am, I had to leave the "unavailable" car, hoping no one would buy it in the interim, until i could return the next day at 1pm. So with no options i told him "if you sell it you sell it". An hour later on his website the car is marked sale pending, to someone else. He took a deposit on the car and finished the sale the next day. If that was an option it should have been offered. When we called the next morning to find out what happened, and he was extremely dismissive on the phone and uncaring with his response to email. Telling us we weren't "committed" to the sale. Not committed to the sale of what I was led to believe was an unavailable car. They seem nice, but are like any used car people. Profit first. People second. read more

Just bought my 2010 MB E350 here and I am very pleased. The entire experience was a pleasure. I live in Phoenix and going to Tempe wasn't a big deal for me. It was well worth the drive. By far the best service I have ever had! My 2000 Vw Beetle had needed a replacement slave cylinder. After being highly dissapointed by the vw dealership in peoria I went searching for some place else. I called IAutohaus and spoke with Andrew. He was very quick on getting back to me with a quote for the work I needed and it ended up being over $800 CHEAPER than the vw dealership! I was in shock! A very very late review but better late then never. I purchased my 2014 MB E350 Coupe from them about 3 years ago. I had spent about a year before searching for that specific car at various dealerships in San Diego. I always walked out of the dealerships frustrated with all the unnecessary fees and blatant lies. If you don't do your research it is very easy to get blindsided by these unnecessary markups. After much research I decided to consider dealerships in near by states and having it delivered. The price in SD was much more than I was willing to pay. I came across my car on Carguru I believe and it was listed by IAutohaus. I looked up the dealership and remember that for every car sale platform Iautohaus reviews always had exceptional reviews. From someone that couldn't find a shortage of bad reviews for dealerships it seemed unreal. It honestly seemed to good to be true. I called the dealership and spoke with Chris who got me all of the information on the car. I wanted to fly in test drive the car and have it checked by a local mechanic. He initially said I needed to move quickly to get the car since it was going to be in route to Vegas (I think they were sending it back to the auction, it may have been on there lot too long?). They assured me they had completed a thorough certification and sent me information on it. I initially thought it was a tactic to get me to rush to buy the car. After much thought, research and speaking with Joann (the owner I believe), I decided to trust them and have the car delivered to me. Turns out that they were being completely honest, the car was actually in route to Vegas and they had it delivered from there. Joann was going to be in Vegas when the car was and made sure to get pictures of the car. She went above and beyond to assure me the car was in excellent condition and that I would be satisfied. I then worked with Chris and Lisa to get all of the funding and paper work done. I had already got pre-approved for a loan through my bank which was a credit union. Unfortunately, I couldn't use my bank since the dealership was out of state and my bank required that I have the car registered before I could give the check to the dealership. The dealership couldn't register the car since they are in AZ and couldn't send the title until I had given them the check. I had to go with a loan they arranged through a bank they work with which had a slightly higher interest rate then I had with my bank. Aside from that the process was very smooth. There was NO unnecessary markups and Joann had it delivered through a transporter the dealership uses for a very reasonable price. She even set me up with a recommendation to have my registration process expedited by using an auto registration/ DMV middleman company she was familiar with in San Diego. They sent my title delivered there. The company name was Finest City Auto Registration in Pacific Beach (see a separate review i have for them if you will be using them). This saved me time and allowed me to avoid the DMV. Almost 3 years later I am still very satisfied with my car and the process I went through with IAutohaus. Anytime i go in for a service, the mechanic always mentions how great the condition of the car is. I always let friends, family, and colleagues know about them. Our salesperson was Jeremy Dunaev who provided outstanding service and made the whole process seamless and effortless. We had a gazillion questions and Jeremy patiently answered each. The showroom is upscale and spotless but also casual and comfortable. Every employee was helpful and friendly. I've waited a couple years to write this review; I wanted to see how the car would do over time since the first few months after purchase were not pleasant. The car in question is a 2002 Porsche Carrera. I had it delivered to my home in California. After driving it less than 20 miles the airbag light came on. I called Autohaus and was told to take it to a dealer, which I did. The dealer, in Riverside Ca. brought me to the car on the lift and pointed out serious mechanical and safety issues with the Porsche. The two rear tires were worn down to the actual steel belts. The front rotors were worn. It was leaking from the cam covers. It needed a new ignition switch. The windshield was scratched due to completely worn out wipers. And, there were other issues. We took pictures for documentation. I was told that the vehicle was not safe to drive. The dealer contacted Autohaus who then told me to have the car sent back to them. I was told a new employee had prepped my car. It did look OK when it was shipped to me. To their credit, Autohaus addressed the most serious issues and returned the car to me. I took the car for a smog inspection. I was told that the monitors in the car were not set. After five or six attempts, including going to the referee program, it passed - happily - because catalytic converters are $2000 a piece. It has subsequently passed smog with no problems. The main reason I'm writing this review is to alert prospective purchasers of a Porsche to obtain a PPI (Pre-purchase inspection) Had I done this, much anxiety could have been avoided. Would I purchase another Porsche from Autohaus? Yes, but I absolutely would have a PPI with the car on a lift. It is now a great car. read more

I've been bringing my Mercedes to iAutohaus for a couple of years now and I'm very pleased with the the service. Josh outlines my quote and is very thorough about what they will review and work on. The team there as never tried to up-sell me on multiple repairs that I didn't need. On one visit, I thought I needed to do several maintenance jobs on the car and they advised me that some of the work really wasn't necessary at that time and could be reviewed again on the next visit. That type of honesty is hard to come by in an auto shop. I would recommend this shop over the dealership any day. read more

I own a 2011 535i and had some concerns about my oil and coolant levels in my car. I had brought my car in a couple of months prior for a complete check-up and couldn't understand why the indicators would be coming on already. I called IAUTOHAUS and when I expressed my concern about the indicators in the car that said service was needed, Josh was quick to offer assistance and made arrangements for transportation while they looked over my car! Turns out that due to the amount of miles I had been driving and that were already on the car, it was indeed time to 'top off' my fluid levels again. He explained further that this would need to be done again within the next 6-9k Miles (again because of mileage & make of car) to keep the car running at its prime. I appreciate that Josh was so very helpful, accommodating and informative. I was pleased with the service I received and am thankful for all that he did to alleviate my concerns with my 'new baby'. Because of the detailed information (video and pictures), data and history of the car, I really had all of the information I needed before I arrived at the showroom to see the vehicle in person and take it for a quick test drive.
