Top class business, great for consultations and maintenance. Dan answered all my questions well and I will call them for future business.

Responded quickly and replaced AC but that didn't fix the cycling problem. They came back to try to repair and still had issues. Contacted them over the winter to have it addressed. Promised to follow-up and didn't. Gave up and used different company. Problem solved. Nice people but you better hope there aren't any issues they promise to address. read more

Very quick response to our broken heater problem. Courtesy and professional technicians. Simple and honest with estimates for repair. Repair able to be achieved same day. read more

Using the Yelp request system, I asked about getting my faulty swamp cooler repaired. Of the companies that replied, Hytek was both the slowest, and by far the most expensive quote. They wanted more than twice what I ended up paying for the full repair (which was done by the time they even replied) just for a diagnostic. Hard pass! Edit: Not one word of what I said is misleading or inaccurate, despite the reply below. read more

18 degrees outside and the furnace would not start, I searched Yelp and they were the only guys willing to call and discuss issue. They came out the next morning, figured the problem, went and got parts, and quickly got our furnace running. They did NOT try to sell me a new furnace. They looked everything else over, gave me some good maintenance advice, and were very friendly. Very glad we chose Hytek, not cheap, but honest and a good value! read more

The Hytek team was fast to respond to our quote request. Scheduling the bid walk was easy and they were flexible with changes. With that done we got the work scheduled shortly thereafter and they knocked it out quickly and as we discussed. read more

They came out quickly! And it was free to just get an assessment. They were professional and honest and got the job done fast! Defiantly recommend them. read more

Voytek , and his crew have been keeping my system running for a year and a half now when I moved in I was left with a huge surprise! A broken h Al system it was replaced by another company but Voytek also came out and did other work as I had a huge pipe burst in the kitchen/dining room so they put in an air system used for hospitals as mold and mildew were found as an issue in less than 6 months time id basically rebuilt the place they have been life savers come help me make certain that all is running correctly and I am grateful for them! Thank you Voytek and your wonderful associates for always keeping me warm/cool ! I'm truly grateful for your invaluable customer service read more

I wanted to compliment your company for everything. Josue and John did an outstanding job yesterday from start to finish. They were on time, friendly, professional and took the time necessary to install everything correctly. They cleaned up the worksite and hauled the old venting away. I can't ask for anything more. The dryer is working so much more efficiently now. I will definitely use your company again for any future HVAC needs and will recommend you to any of my neighbors should they need assistance. Thanks again for a job well done! read more

Fantastic experience! Very knowledgeable rep that fixed a 14 yr old builder mistake, installed new ac compressor the next day. Save $1500.00 off another bid. Couldn't be happier. read more

I needed a complete replacement of my HVAC including the compressor. Voytek from Hytek came out and was very honest and straightforward about what would be needed. He encouraged me to get other quotes, which I did but no other company offered the same professionalism. I was told the replacement would take 2 days, but it ended up only taking one. Voytek and his team were so efficient in their work and even had to leave for a little while to go to "the shop" to get something to help in the replacement. The all worked a little late to get it done in one day. They all were so pleasant and one of his team felt so bad because he broke a candle in my bathroom and offered to pay for it. I told him it was not necessary because it was almost "gone" and before he left he apologized again and offered me money again. Such a great experience. Definitely use them!! read more

If I could put 6 stars here I would. We had such a positive and caring experience with this company. Dan came out at a convenient time for us (we are teachers so our schedule can be a challenge) and took so much time explaining their system and pricing. Once we decided to go with them Josue and John did incredible work. They cleaned up well after the install as well. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quick service and a good fair price. read more

I was lucky to get a same-day appointment, and the technician was not only prompt and friendly, but honest! He fixed it for free in 2 seconds - turns out that it was just that my thermostat cover wasn't properly seated. That's all. Hilarious, especially since I'd been struggling with it and flummoxed by it for several years! I'm sorry to have wasted his time, but am so grateful to have my AC back in time for the hottest week of the year. I will definitely call this company again if I need help, and will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!! read more

A company you can trust! Outstanding service! They will be our go-to company for any furnace /HVAC services from now on! Our furnace started making a weird rattling and metal scraping noise out of the blue yesterday. After looking up the issue, I realized that Youtube was not going to help me. I turned off the furnace and jumped on Yelp to find some help (we are newer-ish to Denver so we didn't have a trusted company yet. NOW we do! Woot!) I reached out to 5 companies and Hytek was not only the most prompt but had the most detailed response. They were also the only company that did not charge a penny to diagnose the issue. They were able to send someone yesterday afternoon. However, we already had plans we could not move and opted for an afternoon appointment today. We were a little concerned about carbon monoxide poisoning in the meantime. We asked Jessica (who set up our appointment) if there should be any cause for concern. She contacted the service tech who assured her and us that we had nothing to worry about. Voytek and his son arrived an hour earlier than our appointment time. (Usually something I'm not happy about -- if you see my review history. But in this case, we were so very grateful they arrived early. We were starting to freeze!) They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Voytek diagnosed the issue quickly and gave us some quotes. We have a very old furnace and he was concerned that he would not be able to find a replacement part. He quoted what we would have to pay for a new furnace, but assured us that he would keep looking to see if anyone had the part we needed to fix our old one. Within 30 minutes, we received a phone call. By some miracle, a shop in the springs had the part. As he said they "searched in the back storage room and dusted off all the cobwebs, but it works!" He returned a few hours later and installed it. We are now warm and cozy again! Way sooner than we expected to be too! We highly recommend their services and will be giving out their number to all our friends! read more

I started working with Hytek in 2021 when my thermostat kept providing error messages. What stood out then and why I continue to hire Hytek since is their honesty, expertise, professionalism, willingness to teach/show you what's happening and understands when there are issues it impacts your home and daily life (i.e. need a warm home). Recently (this week), they demonstrated these qualities again. My thermostat kept providing error messages. The HVAC system was working as expected on manual inspection. Turns out the Honeywell "motherboard" that controlled HVAC, sensors in the home and etc., went bad. Dan and Vyotek educated me and provided me options to proceed. Based on my decision, they updated the wiring in my home so I could transition from using a programmable to a smart thermostat. I'm extremely grateful and will continue to use them! Thank you Hytek team!!!! read more

Dan came out to give me a quote for a new furnace because I asked him to, after having a rather in-depth conversation at a random table of people. I had gotten a bid from another company - previously - and that prior company made the situation sound complicated and desperate, but Dan helped me figure out what the other company said was wrong... Dan knows what he is talking about. It made my day to hear the truth, even though there's no profit margin In that. Thanks, Dan! read more

We reached out to Hytek about an AC issue and were nothing but pleased about their support. Jessica answered the phone, took our info, and got us scheduled promptly. Dan the technician sent a text when he was on the way and arrived within the agreed upon time window. Dan and his counterpart called to get approval for the work, explained what needed to be done and were very helpful and friendly. I had difficulties even getting a hold of other companies or they were booked too far out. I am so glad Hytek was available to help us quickly and would not hesitate to recommend them or work with them again. read more

Good quality work. Quick response. I learned about furnace maintenance and our HVAC tech solved the problem and got our furnace working again pronto. read more

We called another company initially to looked our upstairs furnace, as it was not blowing hot air. The original company was going to over charge us by 100% of Hytek's fee. Hytek dispatched Dan to our house. He got here on time and directly addressed the problem. The bottom line, the job was done at a competitive price, professionally and in a time frame that was impressive. Hytek is the company I will call 1st when we need any HVAC services. Thank you! read more

Today I turned my furnace on for the first time in months, and it... Didnt want to be on. It seemed to be short cycling. Within a few minutes of sending out a request on Yelp, hytek responded, and they were at my house three hours later. Voytek was very nice, and he went out and got the necessary parts and made the repair all within an hour. He showed me the old parts vs new and made sure I understood what he was doing. Couldn't have had a better experience. read more

We hired Hytek to install a central A/C system onto our existing heating system. The house has never had a central A/C system so there was extra work to be done. The heater being in a crawlspace and having a horizontal orientation were both issues when I spoke with other companies. Hytek had no problem installing it though. Their quote was done quickly and I ended up paying exactly what they had quoted. The installation was completed in a day, and they came back the next day to install the thermostat and complete some fine tuning. By the end, my furnace ran more quietly, the A/C system was integrated with my existing ductwork, and their work areas were cleaned up well. I highly recommend Hytek to anyone and will be recommending them to my friends and family in Denver and Aurora. read more

Hytek Air Systems - The evaporator coil was attached to the right side of the furnace and a filter box was installed on the left. - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Centennial, Colorado

Last Thursday evening I realized that my furnace was not turning on. I usually can hear it cycling off and on. I checked the furnace, and it definitely was not coming on. After my usual attempt to get my normal go to company to fix it and they were a no show, I started looking for another company. Hytek had all 5 stars from everyone who had reviewed them. I called them, and they sent someone out the next morning. The technician found the problem immediately and stated that he didn't have the part. He left to get it, and told me about when he should be back. As it turned out, he got hung up, but a different technician came out with the part. He installed the new thermostat quickly and checked to make sure everything was running. Both technicians were extremely polite and friendly. I also was somewhat shocked at the very reasonable price when I got the bill . I had 2 other companies tell me they would charge me $89 and $150 just to come out. I will definitely use Hytek next time I need repairs on my furnace or AC. I highly recommend this company! read more

I needed a system check up before heading into the winter months. My furnace had concerned me for some time yet kept chugging along. Hytek pointed out orange run-off caused by a leaky connection and condensation. I am confident with the diagnosis and very pleased with options I was presented for potentially repairing and ultimately pricing for a new furnace. We went with the new furnace and are thrilled not only with the ten year warranty cover to cover but also the professionalism, courtesy and speed with which Hytek started and completed the project. I highly recommend and am now a loyal customer read more

I had a really great experience with Hytek. They were very responsive, got back to me quickly after I put in a job request at Yelp. And actually got a technician to our house within a couple of hours, on a Sunday. And the technician was great, really good guy and very good at what he does. Now we are nice and toasty warm again in our basement when we watch movies! read more

My heater started blowing cold air the day it was 0 degrees in CO. Voytek was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. He was very honest about cost and I never felt I was getting worked over on pricing. He even taught me how to troubleshoot my heater in the future. Overall he was super friendly, honest, on time, trustworthy and knowledgeable. Will definitely use/recommend this business in the future. read more

If / when we need to repair or replace the furnace in the future, Hytek has our business! read more

Here are the cliff notes if you don't want to read five paragraphs...Hytek is the way to go!! Dan is amazing, no BSing or trying to add on unnecessary stuff. Explains everything in detail and willing to take the time to answer any questions. First winter in a new house with my 90 year old grandmother. Once it started getting colder we realized there was an issue with the heat. The furnace would kick off when it would get too cold and the only way to start it up again was to heat the house back up with the gas fireplace. Originally called the company the previous homeowners had used to install everything...earliest appointment was December 22, a month and half wait. Decided to catch out Yelp after it got down to 21 degrees and couldn't get the heat to kick back on with the fireplace. So glad I did! Rachel from Hytek, answered right away and quickly had us setup for an appointment. Dan from Hytek sent me a text message the day of the appointment stating he was so his way (well within the two hour window provided). When he arrived I explained the situation and the process I had to go through to get the heat it started up again. He was upfront and honest, saying he had never heard anything like it before. I really appreciated Dan's honesty, after talking to my brother and uncle (both experienced contractors) I knew it was a weird situation. Dan took a look at the furnace and right away could tell there had been an issue with flooding before. The motherboard had been damaged as a result, the question was if that was the only issue. He explained if there were other issues all the separate parts could add up pretty quickly and at that point it's almost better to replace the whole furnace. I'm originally from NY and companies there will literally try and have you do all these repairs only to have the whole thing to go kaput and need to be replaced a few months later. Dan called in for the part and setup an appointment have it replaced right away. Before he left, Dan even took the time to explain the situation to my grandmother and ask if she had any questions. The motherboard was replaced today and so far so good! We're going to test it overnight and have a fellow up call tomorrow morning to make sure everything went well. So grateful to Dan from Hytek, no more late night hours spent turning on fireplaces and electric heaters worrying about my grandmother being too cold or the pipes bursting. read more

Our heat went out, and I got a reply from them almost instantly to come diagnose the problem. They arrived the same day, did a free estimate, fixed the problem for a reasonable cost, and fixed a broken door handle out of the goodness of their hearts, all in under an hour. Highly recommended! read more

Excellent and prompt service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Voytek genuinely had my best interests in mind, was honest about my current system without trying to upsell me. I would recommend Voytek to anyone looking for knowledgeable, reliable service. read more

I had some issues with my electric boiler and reached out to multiple companies for quotes. Hytek was extremely patient with me and very responsive when I was trying to get an appointment scheduled. My property management company was not being very accommodating and made things difficult to work with. Despite that and all the hoops they had to run through, Hytek (I was communicating with Rachel) were extremely flexible and were able to get someone out the same day as the property management company gave the green light. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and helped identify the issues that were going on with the heating system. He pointed out future concerns but didn't try and upsell me on things that didn't needed to be done. I would use them without any hesitation. Simply A+. read more
