Sunday and our sewer drain is clogged. Basement is under water. Bell Plumbing tells me, "Sorry. No after hours service." Yelp turns me towards Hyper Flow Service Company who arrived a few hours later and did a preliminary drain clearing. Jeremy Paez came back Tuesday afternoon and did the full clean out video provided. Jeremy gets an upper body workout threading those hoses and ridding us of the Maple tree roots that are a periodic problem. Jeremy was thorough, cordial and careful. Procedure explained. Allen from hyper flow came out for last minute appointment to help figure out why my dishwasher was leaking all over my floor. I was a complete wreck as this is my rental property where tenants were coming in the next day and I was going on a trip. I called at 11 and he was here before 2:30 and in 15 minutes had diagnosed the issue. Helped resolve it at no charge because it was so simple but tricky for those not in the trade. Excellent service. I needed a sewer scope performed on a new home purchase, and Hyper Flow delivered. Carlos was very professional and accommodating, even arranging to perform the sewer scope that very same day, AND while I was out of town for work. The scope was very thorough, checked the main sewer line to the street and kitchen sewer line as well. After the scope was done, Carlos emailed me the video and called to talk through exactly what he saw and what I needed to be on the look out for. This is definitely the sewer line company to call. Last night at midnight, we discovered that our pipes had backed up into the basement, and nasty water was coming into our basement shower. I sent a text out to 3 highly rated plumbing/sewer line companies I found on Yelp right away (at midnight), and by 8am the next morning, Hyper Flow contacted me and sent Garrett out by 10am. I still haven't heard back from the other companies I texted, and there is no need to search anymore; we will call Hyper Flow if anything happens with water flow in the future! Garrett was fantastic and did not try to upsell us - which we really appreciated. We got the service we requested and the reassurance we needed. He sent the rooter thing down right away, cleared out the small tangles of roots that were causing the problem - and we are good to go. The price was much, much more reasonable than I expected (with free estimates too). My basement toilet was stopped up. I called several places. Everyone said it was sewage pump. One guy was even too fat to get around furnace but happy to quote me $1,200 to fix it. Done! was the company. To say the least I was becoming discouraged. Reached out to family friend who suggested Nitro plumbing. They made me wait two weeks and then because I didn't answer their phone call the night before, they canceled my appointment. I was pretty pissed when guy told me that. He sent out young dude who said was sewage pump. That my sewage pump was toast and a new one would run me $2,500. Now I was discouraged. Then by some miracle, I called Hyper Flow Service. The kid came out, looked at it and said it wasn't the pump at all, but was just clogged up. I appreciated his honesty. Took care of it and cost me all of $200. What a lifesaver these guys are. I'd 100$ use Hyper Flow again and recommend them. Overall, responsive, polite, communicative, clean (both in their workspace and around the house - they wore booties and a mask), and a good value. We were having a variety of issues with our toilet the last few weeks, but late last night the chain broke and it started "phantom" flushing like a jet engine about every 20 minutes. I messaged Hyper Flow at 11:30pm on Saturday and by 9am I had a reply. Kyle was prompt and clear in what they could do, when and that they didn't have a diagnostic fee (like others) or a weekend fee (only after 8pm). He was able to book an appointment for later that day (Sunday). James arrived early and was polite, clear in the tests he was going to run, and what he was looking for. Once he diagnosed the problem, he continued to be clear and communicative about what was required and how much it was going to cost. An hour later he was done. He walked the whole family through everything that he did, including proactively replacing the toilet lever which was broken. Upon payment, he again walked us through everything, showed pictures, and shared that he didn't charge us labor for the toilet lever, just the parts. We didn't want a plumbing issue on a Sunday, but Kyle and James made it easy and painless, without charging us an arm and a leg. We'll certainly use them again! read more

We had a back up toilet and tub. We called another company and they charged $400 to snake it and scope it just to tell me we needed to replace everything for $7,000. We called Hyper Flow for a second opinion. Carlos came out the next morning right on time. Three days before Christmas and all through the house, not a creature was stirring...but all of a sudden at 8am I had an overflowing toilet. These guys unclogged a drain for me in June, I was happy with the work, so it follows I called them again. Kyle said someone could be out late afternoon...and answered a couple of questions I had about where the heck to turn off the water to the toilet, etc. Allen (yes, he spells it this way, not "Alan") arrived, thankfully early after calling, with mask and booties on, and was thorough assessing the "why" of the situation. I had a PCP pipe break under the kitchen sink rendering both sides inoperative. I called a previous plumber that I used but was told they wouldn't be able to come out until the end of the next day. Having young kids and needing my kitchen sink, I contacted Hyper Flow and they said they could send someone out this evening. The technician showed up at the beginning of the window. His name was Allen and he was fantastic! It was a quick fix and the price was very reasonable. As a result, Hyper Flow has gained a new customer! Honest, timely, and competent!! I agree with the other positive reviews. I called Hyper Flow because I noticed some of my carpet in the basement of my house was damp. Carlos came out and inspected my pipes, and he gave me the unfortunate news that part of my main pipe was cracked. They scheduled to come out to do the job quickly and were done in a day. They took care to minimize dust and did not damage walls. Carlos had to come out to clear the new pipe of some debris after installation but this happened very quickly. He did also come out soon thereafter to fix a clogged toilet and he didn't charge me. I will definitely use the company again and refer others. read more

Very respectable and professional! I hired these guys to do a sewer inspection to detail the damage of my old, cracked sewer pipe. Our appointment was for sometime between 10a-12p, but Carlos called around 9:30 saying he was already in the area and could he come early, which was great! Also I'd made the appointment just the night before, via Yelp, and they'd been very responsive. They charge a flat rate of $150 for the sewer inspection. In my case they did have to go through the toilet (which isn't always the case) and they did charge an extra $75 for that, but let me know as soon as he got there that would be the case. There are companies that don't charge extra for that part, but I needed this done immediately and since their inspection rate was so reasonable and they were so prof & responsible it was worth it. And in most cases I don't think this would apply anyway. Carlos was clean, professional, and respectful. He wore a mask the whole time inside the house, and out in shoe covers every time he came into the house from outside to prevent tracking mud. He was very sweet to our dog also, who I'm sure was getting in his way until we put her away. He cleaned up very nicely after his work, and had me go into the bathroom and look around to confirm I was satisfied with the state of things. He took his time both before and after the inspection to ask and answer any questions, and was happy to explain what he was doing as he went. I could tell he knew his stuff but was also good at explaining it on a simplified level. He said he usually tried to provide an estimate right away for the work, but my case was more complicated since it would require removing parts of my kitchen floor and deck. But even with all those variables they still sent me an estimate later that same day, and Carlos emailed me my sewer scope video that night. Neither the technician nor the office were at all pushy about hiring them for the actual work, they just told me how much it would cost and about how long it would take (very quick apparently, tho they also told me how much time to factor in for permitting). They said they charge half up front (at which point they can start the permitting process, then the work) and the other half after the work is done. The video was professional as well, he showed my address and the surrounding area on the video before going in (to prove its my property), paused at the places with major damage, and on the video it shows the footage as you go. read more

We were in a bind. We found sewage flowing out of a drain in our basement, My wife found HyperFlow via Yelp and called them right away. She talked with Carlos Rios who said he could be over in 45 minutes - perfect. He arrived on time and went right to work. Despite never having been to this house before, he knew how to access the line and snaked it, clearing the clog in a few minutes even though it was 75' out from the house. He then ran a camera in the line, assessed its condition, and marked it on the surface for followup. Beginning in the Spring of 2021, we began noticing leaks in the ceiling of our basement every time the upstairs bathtub was in use. We gave Hyper Flow a call to figure out what was going on and hopefully get it fixed. The technician that came to visit (David W.) was outstanding. Not only was he able to quickly identify and repair the leak, but he also figured out how it originated. Turns out that a different contractor had drilled a hole in the drain pipe while installing a thermostat, but it took several years for the leak to become evident due to its location (within a wall) and the amount it time it took for the 1st floor drywall to become saturated before the leak began running down to the basement ceiling. In addition to repairing the leak and explaining how it was caused, David also gave us a good overview of the process we should take in getting the removed drywall replaced. He did a great job converting the single vanity to a double. Came out again today and finished the job- installed the sinks and all the pipes etc.. Wow! It's unfortunate that I feel the need to write this review. 2 years ago I left an awesome review as Carlos solved my problem. He was genuinely courteous and thoughtful and clearly knows customer service. Now, 2 years later I was in need of more plumbing fixes. I immediately called Hyperflow. Carlos responded quickly. It was decided that I need a major fix. About $6500.00 worth. A week later Sean, a plumber with the company, showed up. I was assuming the work was to be done that day. Apparently there was some miscommunication. Sean was there to evaluate and give an estimate. Ok, I get it. It's a big job. I must say I have never been treated as disrespectful or rude by ANY other service person. Not only did he tell his boss that I swore at him. He also demeaned his co-worker, Carlos, saying he's "only a drain cleaner"! Said it not once but twice. I don't know about you but condescending comments are about as rude as one can get especially when it involves your company and it's employees. All this being said I decide there was no way in Hell I was going to hire this guy Sean! Thankfully I found another company able to do the work. Granted, it was several days later but the price was competitive. I'm so happy I used another company. I don't need to be treated with disrespect especially as a paying customer. I chose Hyper Flow after sending a request for service via Yelp. They were very responsive and had availability within a day or two. The 2 gentleman that came out were respectful and wore slip covers over their shoes and masks without me needing to request it. They worked on a clogged drain in my basement and gave me a number of updates throughout. Unfortunately, they weren't able to unclog the drain but they documented everything very thoroughly with pictures. I was able to fix the clog with lots of Lime Away and CLR and had Hyper Flow come back out to snake the drain again with a camera. The original blockage was in the P-trap and I wanted to make sure everything was clear further down the drain. The same guy came out to do the work and provided me the pieces that he snaked out of the drain as well as the video of my drain. This is a great company. Kyle was awesome and a great communicator. The crew was professional, helpful, friendly and on time! The work was done well and quickly. I hired them to replace my old clay sewer pipes that went from my house to the HOA sewer line. This is a BIG job with a lot of deep digging and they made it look effortless. They were conscientious and generous. (Ex: they made sure to go around my sprinkler manifold - which other companies did not say they would do. It was super wonderful of them!) They also re-welded and re-painted the part of the fence they had to cut out in order to get their equipment inside my yard. And they replaced the concrete they had to remove as well.
