I bought a groupon voucher and when I called to schedule an appointment, the rep immediately tried to upsell me. I politely declined and scheduled the appointment. When the tech arrived, he counted my vents and returns and said they exceeded the groupon voucher limit and gave me a proposal of $440. My groupon voucher was $49. I said to just do the amount on the voucher. He refused. What a waste of time! This is a total bait and switch scheme!! read more

I submitted a quote request on Yelp yesterday afternoon for carpet cleaning and pet odor removal and within 10 minutes I received a response. I really needed my carpets cleaned within 2 days and they were able to schedule me for the next day. Michel and the other guy with him (sorry, I didn't catch his name) did a great job, explained everything, quick, thorough, and showed up within the time frame given to me. No surprise charges and my carpet looks amazing. I would definitely recommend this company for any carpet cleaning needs! read more

HydorCare is incredible! I was easily able to schedule--by email conversation--cleaning for two apartments in our high rise condo building, including berber carpet, tile and grout, a fabric sofa, and several area rugs. Patrick, the technician on the job, arrived on-time, was extraordinarily knowledgeable and friendly, and completed the work in both apartments in a timely and efficient manner. The quality of his work was excellent. Our carpet, rugs, tile, and sofa look new again! read more

We found HydroCare services on yelp we chose them because the great reviews they have. We were on a time crunch after One other  company did not show up , we have called the office we talked with Michel we've been able to get a price quote on the spot and when the technician Joe showed up and made our carpet tile upholstery look great there was no price change. We are located in Scottsdale AZ we would definitely use them again and we will recommend them to anybody that wants a good and honest service. read more

Had the owners come by (they made me feel like I was there most important customer) dxplained all my options very clearly helped me make an educated decision on what treatments to do without pressuring to do the most expensive psckage. Stains that other companies couldn't get out the got out on the first go round!! Love them!! read more

In the end, the carpets are clean and look great. However, there were some issues with the day of the service. 1) The technician called ahead, which I really appreciate, and said he'd be there in 10 - 15 minutes. I went to the house to open up and he didn't show until 30+ minutes after the call. Annoying! 2) There is a driveway at the house and then some additional concrete going towards the front door. It is not wide enough for a car and, I think, clearly not part of the driveway. But, after the technician checked in with me, he got in his van and drove right up to the front door. I asked what he was doing, and he said he was trying to get closer to the hose spigot. "But you drove on the front lawn? There are sprinklers. What are you doing?" He moved his van back to the driveway. His equipment reached the house and spigot just fine from there. But, he left tire marks on the concrete pad. I did ask him to clean it off and he did. Really weird though. Again, the carpet looks good, but you may need to keep and eye on the technician. read more

They did an awesome job cleaning my sectional. Got all of my stains out and for an unbeatable price. Great customer service, too!

They came back to fix a spot I wasn't happy with and spent extra time cleaning the area. These guys are committed to customer satisfaction. Will definitely use again. read more

Purchased a Groupon and should have known better than I was getting the typical carpet cleaning "bait and switch." The Groupon was for 3 rooms of hot water extraction only with no cleaning agent. As we all know, hot water isn't going to do much cleaning alone. Do you wash your hair with just hot water and no shampoo? Or what about dishes do you use dish soap or just water?? So I added on an actual cleaning agent for $30 a room. Once the product was applied and the rooms cleaned, they turned out good. The tech put on booties once I did the "add on's, something that I would have expected to be worn wether or not I purchased additional services. The tech did a good job and made sure that I was happy with the end results. So it's typical bait and switch pricing, just know that in order to get a good cleaning you have to add an on actual soap. read more

We have two area rugs that are favorite destinations for the dog to pee on. We need the rugs cleaned more often than is typical (how long do dogs live??) and HydroCare does a great job of coming out and cleaning them in place. Rugs look great, reliable service, will definitely use again. And, likely, again. read more

I always do research on companies before I choose them for business and I read the reviews religiously. I've never done business with this company before but based on the owner's response to the "not so good" reviews speaks volumes to their customer service. It's hard for a company to please every customer, but it is easy for the company to offer good customer service in ever scenario, good and bad. The owner's demeanor and responses were very rude and condescending. Although he offers his service through Groupon, he talked down on Groupon and the person who purchased it like that person did not deserve good service. He's comes across and cocky, arrogant, and not pleasant to work with. I think I'll pass!!! read more

I highly recommend this company! Excellent customer service. They communicated well with arrival time. Did a great job on my recliner, nice and clean and smells great. Would definitely use again read more

I'd never had tile/grout cleaning before, but bought a house that originally had a light off-white grout, but over time had become a quite dark grey in high traffic areas. Booking with them was easy, they showed up early and kept in touch including what I could expect and took payment over the phone. They did a great job! read more

Technician came to my property and the quoted price had changed. I spoke with the owner and had to re-negotiate the price after he claimed he didn't agree to seal the tile they were there to clean. When the job was finished I went to write them a business check as this was a rental property they informed me they don't take checks. They wanted Zelle. I had to set up a zelle account to pay them. They then didn't receive it right away and I got a very angry call from the owner. I had to call my bank have the funds returned and re sent funds which they received. They promised me an invoice by email which I still haven't received after several phone calls and text messages, so that I can get reimbursed from the business account. Very difficult company to work with. read more

Amazing job on our carpets! Would recommend HydroCare to family and friends! Michel was very communicative, responsive and had my best interests in mind. I will use them every time from here on out. read more

They texted me when they were on their way and arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. The price never changed from what they quoted me over the phone--they gave an exact dollar amount, not a range like the other places I called. They took about an hour to complete. I will update this when the couch is dry to ensure stain removal. We have an L shaped sectional and I operate an in home daycare so the kids definitely did a number to the couch. I loved how personable the men were, even entertaining the toddlers' conversations throughout their visit. They weren't the cheapest option we called, but they weren't the most expensive either. They were about a lower end median, and we chose them based on Yelp reviews. Will use again for future cleanings. read more

Service was very fast and the price was as quoted. It was actually a little more but that's because I agreed to additional services. I felt the cleaner, Patrik, was friendly and honest about concerns he has with areas of our carpet that he might not be able to fix due to previous issues but overall, my wife and I felt the carpet looked great. They also cleaned a sofa and chair and those turned out great as well. We've used other carpet services in the past but we will be going back to Hydrocare for future carpet and upholstery cleaning. read more
